The hotel is very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is small and dirty when we were there. Kids walking around at the breakfast area and jumping in and out from the pool to breakfast area. No proper towels provided for the pool. My room is clean but face a block of construction wall which looks really eerie at night. I think they are in the midst of extension their hotel. Blackout twice but power came back fast. Despite the small imperfect, it is still a very comfortable hotel which I will go back to in Batam.

I loved Batam View so much! I'll be honest, I wanted to stay at Turi Resort, where I normally stay, but they were fully booked. So I tried Batam View, and I was flabbergasted. I had a room in the main building with sea view, and it was stunning. The rooms have been renovated and are clean, modern, comfortable. The hotel's beach and pool are both amazing, and I was so happy to find a really deep pool (rare in Asia), plus a very clean beach. I had an unforgettable dinner at the beach, too. The staff are universally lovely, attentive and professional! I saw the villas and definitely want to stay there next time! I spent a lovely 6 nights there and cannot wait to return!

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the hotel is generally clean and the front desk staff are exceptionally polite and helpful. The room itself was tidy and the bathroom was in good condition. However, we stayed in Room 426 and had a very difficult time sleeping. The bed makes a lot of loud noise every time you turn over, which made it almost impossible to get a good night's rest. If you are looking for quality sleep, I would recommend requesting a different room. The worst part is I forgot to ask for changing another room😇😇😇

O pão também não funcionou bem, esperava 20 minutos e ainda não está bem torrado.Decidimos ir para o Golden View Hotel e Pagar o pequeno-almoço Na segunda manhã. A primeira noite de jantar, MAS ficou desapontado com o teu dessert.A lava e o queijo são tão bonitos Como mantidos há semanas, não são bonitos.

Good location with many food options nearby. Walking distance to Nagoya Hill Mall. Breakfast is superb, delicious local tastes. The room is clean but lacks amenities, especially hand towels and hairdryers.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Grand Eska Hotel Batam! The food was absolutely delicious be it the breakfast or the weekly Saturday BBQ and the hotel had such a vibrant atmosphere with events that made the experience even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Felix! Who went above and beyond throughout our stay. From recommending great dinner spots to even assisting us with purchasing gifts, his thoughtful service really made us feel well taken care of. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated and genuine—thank you, Felix! What stood out most was the warm hospitality from every staff member we encountered. No matter where you go in the hotel, you’re always greeted with a bright smile that makes you feel at home. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Nossa primeira estadia no Turi Beach não decepcionou! Uma ótima escapada com excelente custo-benefício. O acesso foi fácil de Gojek a partir do centro de Batam. O quarto que nos deram era de frente para o mar, no segundo andar, simplesmente incrível. A piscina era espaçosa. O buffet de café da manhã também era ótimo. Com certeza voltaríamos.

2nd TIME STAY AT THE FAMILY GETAWAY RESORT HOTEL. EXPECTED LOCATION TO BE AWAY FROM MAIN CITY. RESORT MAIN ATTRACTION FOR MY FAMILY WOULD BE THE SWIMMING POOL, SPA, TEPPANYAKI FOODS (ok with no dining performance) AND KARAOKE LOUNGE. TOO BAD THE POOL KiD SLIDE WAS CLOSED DUE TO SOME UPGRADING WORKS AT THE NEAR BLOCK.
