I’m someone that loves to explore luxury boutique hotels and to indulge in every character and detail the property wishes to present to its guests. Hotel Florida has done an impeccable job from very attentive and helpful pre travel communications, check-in, to check-out. Everyone I met at the property made me want to smile and praise such a good day. Big applaud to keep such consistency on the concept and design quality. The bedding / fabric is so so comfy. I would certainly love to come back for the same room or experience a different suite!

We loved our stay here. Location was superb for seeing all the main sites. The hotel was clean, quiet and refined. Staff were friendly and more than happy to assist. We chose not to pre-book breakfast here as there were many beautiful cafes nearby to walk to each morning. Loved our small suite. It was very small but we were only really sleeping there so it didn’t matter. Would 100% stay here again,

Accessibility and Location: We were mindful that Montmarte is a hilly, cobbled location; therefore, on arrival and departure taxi or Uber would be the most convenient way with large luggages. It's brilliantly located within walking distances of fabulous bars, restaurants, and main sights of Montmarte. About 450-550 meters within Metro stops of Lamarck and Chateau Rouge. Cleanliness: The room we were in had a bit of a body odour smell on arrival, which was disappointing. Thankfully the windows can be opened so that solved the issue. Comfort: Beds and pillows were comfortable. Service: Good breakfast service. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Good coin laundry service.

O design de interiores do hotel era uma obra-prima por si só, com o talento de Raphel Navot evidente em cada detalhe. O ambiente exalava elegância e sofisticação, criando uma atmosfera que realmente aprimorava a experiência geral do hóspede. Além disso, o bar na cobertura ofuscava vistas deslumbrantes de Paris, tornando-o um local ideal para relaxamento e diversão. Lamentavelmente, a experiência geral foi ofuscada por uma combinação de decepções, principalmente o serviço no café do térreo. O funcionário barbudo demonstrou um comportamento desdenhoso e desatento durante minhas interações com ele. Sua falta de atenção me fez sentir esquecido, me deixando hesitante em explorar mais a fundo as opções do café. Embora eu normalmente não exija um serviço excepcional, esse nível de desatenção ficou aquém até mesmo das minhas expectativas habituais. Essa atitude demonstrada por esse funcionário específico ofuscou a hospitalidade positiva oferecida por todos os outros funcionários do hotel, deixando uma impressão agridoce do serviço geral. Além disso, minha estadia foi prejudicada por um problema de cobrança, resultando na cobrança dupla da minha reserva totalmente pré-paga. Tal descuido foi constrangedor. De forma positiva, devo elogiar os demais funcionários do hotel, especialmente os da recepção e do bar na cobertura, por sua natureza acolhedora, contribuindo para uma experiência geral mais agradável. Really like this Hotel, the service is great, staffs are so kind and warm and helpful during our 5 nights staying. The room is small but cute, only thing is the roof is a bit low cause we are on the 1st floor. Location is so convenient which accelerates our visiting in Paris!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Artus Hotel and I was lucky to chance upon this hotel during my search. There are so many options and recommendations out there. I'm glad I chose this hotel for my maiden trip to Paris. First, the location. I can walk to the major landmarks like River Seine, Louvre, 'Dorsay museum, Notre Dame, etc. It is located close to St Germaine, so there are many charming streets to roam about and many options for food and supplies. I feel safe wandering around on my own as a solo female traveller. Second, the place is tastefully decorated. I like my room which has windows that overlook the streets as well as the decor. The bed is so comfortable that I slept very well during the three nights I was there. The housekeeping staff also kept the room clean and I like that the hotel embraces environmental practices. The only thing is that the yellow lights in the room can be a bit dim, but the white light used in the bathroom is bright. Third, the staff. I was greeted by a lady when I checked in and she is so understanding, patient and nice with me. I would like to commend her for her great personality and attitude, but I missed getting her name. The other staff I met are equally friendly and nice (two young ladies, one named Li/Yang; and another gentleman). Even if they don't know something, they will look up the information for me. They will also provide me with recommendations. I also must compliment the driver who picked me up from the airport and drove me to the airport (hotel transfers). He is very polite and considerate and he makes me feel at ease when i was travelling in his car. Even the gentleman who helped me with my luggage wore a big smile on his face. Thank you to everyone I've met during my stay and which made my experience a pleasant one. I learned only on my last day that they have another sister hotel a few steps away. One of the staff recognized me and invited me to take a look inside. Again, the place is tastefully done. If I have a chance to be back in Paris, I will check out both Artus Hotel as well as this hotel. I would also like to take this opportunity to make a request to the guests who are going to stay in the hotel - let's make an effort to treat the room as if it is our own. That way, the hotel will stay in a good condition for a longer time and future guests will get to enjoy the stay as much as I did. Thank you :)

Fica no 15º arrondissement, uma área relativamente tranquila e segura de Paris! O hotel fica a menos de 5 minutos a pé do metrô. O quarto é maior do que eu esperava e todas as comodidades parecem novas. Fiquei agradavelmente surpreso com o quarto, pois tem uma varanda que dá para sair. Como viajante solo, me senti bastante seguro, já que a delegacia de polícia fica bem em frente. A estação Vaugiraud fica na Linha 12 do metrô, o que facilita o acesso à maioria das atrações. Por fim, os funcionários são extremamente prestativos e simpáticos, o que torna minha estadia ainda mais memorável. Recomendo muito.

Great little hotel on the outer skirts of Paris. It's decently located within a 10 minute walk of 2 metro stations. There's a small gym that's 24hr, co working space and a restaurant as well as a laundromat on site. Reception is open 24 hours and they're very friendly and will try their best to cater to your needs. The rooms are extremely clean, and has all the amenities you would normally need (except a spoon to stir the coffee). They provide a reusable glass bottle to take on your day out (which is purchasable if you would like) and they have water refill stations throughout the hotel. For the price i can't complain. Brand new hotel, you can still smell the paint! Extremely clean. Comfy beds (though the sheets are quite thick and I felt a little warm even when the air con was on full blast!) Would definitely recommend if you don't mind the travel into central Paris (I'm from London so the commute is nothing compared to the London underground). Supermarkets and small brasseries located nearby and there's also a restaurant thats open till late that provides drinks and food.

To be honest, I booked this hotel entirely for the tower view. However, it's a far cry from Pullman hotels back home in China. You can only check in really late. The lobby's color scheme, red and green, is just... indescribable. I also ordered flowers and a small cake to be delivered to the room, which was apparently around 100 to just under 200 euros. I think the champagne was also 100 or 200 euros, I can't quite remember. Anyway, go for the tower view, but don't expect anything else...

Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e concordaram de bom grado quando pedi para trocar a cama de casal por duas de solteiro, o que foi muito útil. A área não é exatamente segura, mas não é tão ruim, então não foi um problema. A única coisa decepcionante foi que, por algum motivo, não havia porta no chuveiro, então o chão ficou alagado, mas, no geral, foi um ótimo hotel.
