Front desk service ambassadors are very helpful, attentive, and professional. 双双, 魏松玲, and colleagues did a very good job at recommending local eateries. The whole check in and check out are smooth. They even offer a complimentary fruit upon check in. The most impressive is they voluntarily provide warm bottled water when I drop by the front desk asking for directions. A very thoughtful gesture considering the cold and windy weather last night. The room is new and super clean. Towels are thick and bedding are comfortable. Definitely a great stay and highly recommended.

The comfortable bed and amenities provided a perfect retreat after a long day of work. The hotel's dining options exceeded my expectations. This stay experience was truly extremely satisfactory! The service was warm and attentive. Xiao Du at the front desk responded promptly to any needs. They communicated with me in English throughout the process, recommended nearby restaurants for me, and even helped me with a taxi. It made me feel very considerate and comfortable. The room was cleaned to an excellent standard, clean and tidy without any unpleasant odors. The bedding was comfortable, and the details were handled very thoughtfully. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, with good lighting and views. It was peaceful amidst the hustle and bustle, and I had a particularly good rest. The facilities were complete and well-maintained, and they were very convenient and easy to use. They fully met my daily accommodation needs.

The Hampton by Hilton in Qingzhou is probably the best hotel in town from a perspective of reliable comforts and services. The room was quite spacious and modern with a nice bathroom and the bed was comfortable, too. The location is about 14 minutes by taxi from the Old Town Fucai Gate and also about 20 minutes from the Qingzhou City Railway Station. While I might have enjoyed a place closer to the Old Town, I think this choice was much quieter and more conducive to a good night’s sleep. Breakfast is fine, but as often happens in smaller cities the Western choices are a bit lackluster, so I advise you stick to the tasty Chinese options. There’s a good coffee machine, so the main breakfast item is in good supply ☕️👌🏻 I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Qingzhou.

The lobby is magnificently decorated with exquisite embellishment to the extent almost every detail has been ornamented exclusively . sort of like stepping into a royal palace in a three dimensional world ! The Security guy at entrance by the main door impressed me by his kindness and heartwarming service.But one of the lady from front desk is awful and extremely terrible with her shitty attitude and service. But Big thumbs to the guy who willingly made a small cup of hot americano for me 👏🏻❤️

Precisa melhorar o aspecto dos moveis e principalmente pia de banheiro. Pia com trincas e deformações em 2 quartos que foram apresentados. O atendimento foi muito bom e após solicitar mudança de quarto em razão do exposto acima o hotel ofereceu um.upgrade gratuito para um quarto melhor.

Super friendly and helpful staff, and the hotel is new and clean. We've enjoyed our stay in general minus a few annoyances. The three things that came to mind were: 1. the room keys would randomly stop working and we had to keep asking for either new ones or reactivations; 2. The housekeeping did not replace our toilet paper when they were out; 3. the laundry facility did not function as it should, as the dryer would not properly dry our clothes. Just a few things to keep in mind. We would still book here again but would love for the hotel management to address the issues noted above.

I booked a twin room with a bathtub, and overall the cleanliness was good. The toilet was very clean, and the bathtub had a disposable bath liner. The design of the bathtub area was very practical: the shower was right next to the tub, and the vanity was next to the shower, with each area (shower, vanity, and tub) separated by its own glass door. The hotel's location is also excellent, right next to a shopping mall, and it has its own parking lot. The breakfast offers decent value for money too. At around 300+ RMB during the off-season, the price is acceptable. However, if it were over 400 RMB, the breakfast would definitely need an upgrade. The freshly made noodles at breakfast were terrible – the worst I've ever had.

Exceptional stay in this magnificent hotel. The location is top (next to everything), the hostesses were at the top from the beginning to the end of the stay (available and listening if necessary), the cleanliness of the hotel (thanks to the housekeepers). Nothing to add except, THANK YOU FOR ALL!!!
