O quarto é limpo, os funcionários são simpáticos e a localização também é conveniente. A cafeteria fica no térreo e vira um bar umeshu à noite (até as 22h). O único ponto negativo é que não há elevador para o prédio, então você tem que subir as escadas para chegar ao seu quarto (no máximo 3 andares acima). Recomendo este lugar e voltarei na próxima vez que viajar.

Everything is perfect there. Food, massage, transit. enough shower and toilets. note that its 4 floor with no lift. i'll recommend one best massage in area, Dream massage (siam swana hotel). Except some noisy chinese guys, they dont seem to go out and always on multiple phones, scam alert 🚨.

The neighborhood is awful, smells like fish. I think even the taxi driver was scared when he arrived. This was my first time in a hostel. The bedding was clean, the air inside was fresh, and the staff were polite. I asked for an early check-in, and they accommodated me without extra charge because I really needed to sleep. It was comfortable to sleep, and there were no drunkards or unruly people, just young and decent guests. A bed for one night cost 500 rubles, which is perfect just for sleeping.

The location is absolutely unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to top attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Whether you're here for business or leisure, you’ll find everything you need just steps away. What truly made my stay memorable, though, was the staff. Every team member I encountered was incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely eager to assist. From check-in to check-out, their warm hospitality made me feel right at home. It's clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service!

The hotel i believe need major renovation as it is old already although it is clean and the CR is i think newly renovated on my room. Service is average but the reception is nice and helpful. She (Judy) can speak good english and show me where the short direction going to Phya Thai BTS station (thru the train tracks). For location, it is far as it is located at the far end of the street. Around 15-20min walk from Platinum and 10min walk from main Pratuman market. It is quite an walking exercise if you would not mind since i think it is the cheapest hotel in that area (if not one of the cheapest).

Bed cleanliness is unquestionable, which is an important positive point. The location lies in a busy district with plenty of activity, though it is not convenient for airport transfers as there is no direct public transport to either international airport. The main drawback is the lighting design. Rooms have no central light, leaving them very dark upon entry. New guests may struggle to locate the small card switch near the bed that activates the individual bed light, even during daytime. The thin bed curtains provide little privacy; when other guests use phone torchlights to find their beds, the light easily passes through and causes disturbance to those already sleeping. The dry toilet area also suffers from weak lighting, offering minimal functionality. Overall, while cleanliness is strong, the poor lighting design reduces comfort and convenience.

Overall Experience: This hotel is a decent option, especially if you want to escape the city's hustle and bustle. The rooftop room I booked was incredibly spacious and cozy, perfect for a relaxing night even when it rained. The location is a bit tricky, with no parking and a narrow alleyway leading to the entrance, but it's worth it for the peace and quiet. The highlight was definitely the rooftop room. It felt so open and comfortable. However, the open-air bathroom might not be for everyone, especially if you're shy. For me, it was completely fine. Just be aware there’s no elevator, and if you’re on the 6th floor like I was, be ready for a bit of a climb! Bringing snacks and drinks up with you is a good idea to avoid going up and down too often. The view from the top floor room was absolutely amazing. It was a great reward after the climb. haha! P.s..I’d recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a unique and quiet experience and doesn't mind a bit of a workout to get to their room. The view and the rooftop room are fantastic. :)

We stayed at J Two S Pratunam as a couple and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering good value for money. The location is very convenient—close to Pratunam Market, shopping areas, and public transport. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A nice, affordable choice for couples looking for a comfortable stay in the heart of Bangkok.

Merry V Guesthouse is located in the 'extension' street of Khao San Road. Good location. It's very, very basic. Just a small room with a bed. The bed is hard and the pillow was very hard. When I requested at the reception to provide me a softer pillow, it was refused. In the room there are many big open windows (there is no glass, just mosquito gaze) on the upper part, which are not covered by curtains (see photo) and light/might disturb you. The Thai ******* in the next room was inconsiderate and unrespectful. Talking as lot and music from mobile. It's not the hotel's fault, because the put signs everywhere 'don't make noise, others are sleeping'. But it was overall OK. A private room for a small amount of money. Thanks! 🙏

A localização é excelente, perto da Khao San Road Bar Street, e o preço também é o albergue da juventude mais barato. Não há outro albergue. no banheiro você precisa trazer seu próprio papel higiênico para lavar o cabelo e tomar banho, você tem que estar mentalmente preparado para 16 pessoas por quarto, mesmo que ainda tenha muita gente vindo para ficar haha. Pessoas que falam chinês aqui hehe
