"My stay in the hotel was absolutely amazing. From reception to accomodation, everything was on point! My room also had an amazing view and I felt like royalty during my stay. They also make sure to make up your room as you tour the city so its all clean and squeaky as soon as your back to rest and sleep for the next day The breakfast is simple but will definitely fill you up to get energized and ready for a whole days experience jn bangkok. "wonderful hotel. it has 24h lawson and 711. near the shopping centre can walk if you are energised enough. the staff are helpful. good room. love the lobby, the bear wears Halloween costume. they also have a shuttle to a nearby area. might be better if the walls under the sink are cleaned, cus i can see it a bit dirty while in the bathub. the food could be better if it had more thai food."

"I chose this hotel because of its location - arrive straight from Suvarnabhumi airport via Airport Rail Link (ARL), no need to take taxi or shuttle bus/coach. For city centre, we can also take BTS Sukhumvit line at the nearby Phaya Thai station. Breakfast here is great with so many choices and varieties. This is one of my favourite breakfast apart from the one at The Peninsula. Room is clean and tidy and overall services are outstanding and IMHO in par with some well-known 6-star hotels. Only complaints: No conditioner inside room or provided when requested, they only provide something called “conditioning shampoo” instead of separate shampoo and conditioner……. Highly recommended for people looking for a convenient, value-for-money, genuine 5-star hotel at the city centre of Bangkok!"

"Overall, it was a good experience. The location is excellent, especially if you’re looking for shopping. The breakfast was very good, offering a variety of options including Halal, Arabic, and vegetarian food. However, cleanliness could be improved a bit."

"The hotel was not quite what I was expecting. The location is alright, a little far away from the Grand Palace. Roughly about a 40 minute drive via taxi. The hotel rooms are too noisy as there is a door that leads to the room next door which allows a lot of noise to come through. The hotel rooms do not have a typical door as one would expect. The door is a sliding door which doesn’t feel private. The air conditioning unit is also very noisy even on the lowest fan speed. The breakfast is fine. Your choices are eggs, chicken, noodles, fruit, cereal, toast and coffee."

"This place offers incredible value! It's perfect as a transit hotel for Don Mueang Airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Downstairs, you'll find plenty of affordable food options, and there's a decent-sized 7-Eleven just 50 meters away. The front desk even gave us a 100 THB voucher to use for snacks at the bar. Overall, the value for money is outstanding."

"Our family had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Grande Centre Point Lumphini. This hotel is a dream for anyone traveling with children. The facilities for kids are incredible. Our little ones loved the Tiny Tree Kids Club on the 27th floor, which is a huge, creative play space that kept them entertained for hours. The real highlight for everyone was the stunning Sky Pool on the same floor—it has a separate kids' area and amazing views. The room was tidy and the double bed is so so so spacious. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. We can't recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be returning on our next trip to Bangkok"

"The room was spacious and spotless. The location is excellent, with a 7-Eleven conveniently located right downstairs and Central Rama 9 mall within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious, and they even offered a takeaway service. The extended check-out until 3 PM was a definite plus. The Chinese Embassy is nearby. However, traffic congestion in this area is notoriously severe."

"This hotel is superb.... Strategically located near train station...barely 150m walk...and connected to hotel on 2nd level. Room was clean and spacious for twin room. Enjoyed my stay in this hotel very much."
