It’s marketed as a five-star hotel, but in my opinion, it feels somewhat overrated. The room is spacious and clean. There is a minibar with free bottled water and coffee sachets, though the cup noodles are charged. The breakfast and swimming pool are both quite good and enjoyable. That said, the location is fairly far from central Pattaya. If you’re not driving, you’ll likely need to rely on Grab whenever you go out. One downside is the TV, which does not seem to support streaming services such as YouTube or Netflix, although it’s possible I simply missed the option The power outlet layout is also quite impractical, with some sockets placed under the pillow. On top of that, I hit my head several times on the light above the bed, which was not a great design choice. :(

Thoroughly impressed with this hotel at the price point. The deluxe room features two beds (queen and single) and modern AC, plus large bathtub, working area, robes and large fridge  The pool is clean and well kept  The fitness is small and basic but well maintained and has free weights.  The location is good for those who want to be in Jomtien, close enough to the bars and beach and it’s not too noisy despite being close to a busy road  The most impressive thing about this hotel is the breakfast which is worth opting for. There’s a variety of hot and cold dishes that are changed every day. The hotel clearly prides itself on this

Nós reservamos um Clube de quartos, MAS Quando chegamos, nós foram informados que a categoria de quartos FOI totalmente reservada. No entanto, a situação foi tratada de forma excepcionalmente bem, e a equipe encontrou um quarto alternativo para nós e ofereceu um desconto de taxa de quarto como gesto de boa vontade e compensação pelo erro. Gostaríamos de agradecer sinceramente ao Sr. Amortep Treepon (Gerente - Dusit Club) e ao Chefe do Equipa de Front Office (desculpas por não terem apanhado o nome) a sua assistência profissional. This hotel is very nice, but it needs better maintenance. Rooms are formidable, huge, comfortable and clean. The swimming pool is big and full of palms and trees. The staffs were very friendly and helpful!! There's a small gym, although in a poor maintenance, but with AC. The breakfast was excellent, every day new dishes and lots of varieties!!! Location is not so good, far from every place! I was walking towards to the coast 20 minutes, from where I could catch public transport to downtown for just 10B.

I recently stayed at Royal Cliff Terrace and had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers excellent food, a breathtaking view, and a fantastic swimming pool that’s perfect for both relaxation and fun. Its convenient location near the beach makes it an ideal spot for beach lovers. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. While the overall experience was great, I feel it could be even better with more recreational activities for guests. Adding amenities like arcade gaming machines, ping-pong tables, and billiards would provide more entertainment options, especially for families and groups. I would also love to see more retreat activities, such as yoga classes or guided tours, and more promotions or special packages to make the stay even more enticing. All in all, Royal Cliff Terrace is a fantastic destination, and I look forward to returning!

No início, nos foi dado quarto 2404 e informado que fomos atualizados para um quarto Premier, mas quando chegamos, o quarto não foi decorado para o Dia dos Namorados, como pedimos. Compreendemos que o hotel é provavelmente muito ocupado e que não há garantias especiais. Mais tarde, um membro do pessoal bateu na nossa porta e pediu-nos para nos mudar para a sala 2403, perguntando se alguém nos tinha chamado (não recebemos nenhuma chamada). Finalmente, fomos movidos para a sala correta, que foi bem decorada com um arranjo “Feliz Valentine’s”, que realmente gostávamos, mas os hóspedes não deveriam ser atribuídos à sala errada em primeiro lugar. -O balcão não Pode ser usado por um tempo, porque o fumo de cigarros continua a fluir com o vento. -Havia muita barulho de adolescentes a correr motocicletas lá fora.

The hotel was nice but more for families as on the weekend the beach chairs were always full and many kids around. The hotel has private beach with free kayaking during your stay which was quite nice. Hotel were friendly and kind too. Location is a bit inconvenient but you can book a taxi to go to city center still just not very walkable. Worth the price tho, should stay at least 2days+ to properly enjoy the beach and facilities

Make the long story short, fantastic confectionery, good breakfast (in comparison with the surrounding hotels that I tried), clean and cozy room with a nice view of the sea.
