I stayed in this hotel just because of its proximity to Hongqiao Railway Station and my stay was brief. However the room was immaculate and the whole hotel environment was very clean and vibrant. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I’m very happy with my choice.

The location is great if you have to catch a train or plane the next day. The room was very nice and the bed was really comfortable. So comfortable that I didn't want to wake up early for my train.The breakfast had a really good variety such as noodles, crepes, pastries, etc. The room had a good amount of toiletries. However, I was disappointed that the mini fridge was empty despite a list of items available being in the room. Also, there seemed to be no menu for room service or even a guide to the hotel amenities. The check in was quick and easy. But I wouldn't say they really made an effort to be welcoming. I had to ask for the gift and also the information about the dinner included in my booking fee.

Flights cancelled and stayed here with family of young kids in order to save commute time for an early next day flight out. AC didn’t work, it was hot, and light switches were very confusing. Dust around high reaches of ceiling where sprinkler is. As we were exhausted we didn’t bother calling down to front desk to get fixes so just cracked open window. TV signal seemed like it was standard definition. Overall okay stay for cancelled flight with purpose for convenience to fly out early next day.

Had an amazing birthday getaway at Hotel Indigo Shanghai Hongqiao! Beautiful hotel, old Shanghai décor, infinity pool, delicious breakfast and the service was absolutely amazing. I had an early 9am flight so I stayed at the Hyatt. The walk to the airport was about 20 minutes. Very easy! Breakfast started at 6am. Easy check-in and the hotel room was very comfortable.  I would recommend the hotel if you have an early morning flight.

It is located nearby train station , we just spend around 7 minutes to be there . The hotel surprised us with clean and spacious room with a reasonable price . The shopping mall is just next to the hotel where provides variety of entertainment and food ✅

The hotel’s epidemic prevention work is done very well. Just let me see the health code, itinerary code, and take my body temperature. I went to the restaurant to experience the breakfast and introduced some orange crystal features. The rice porridge, tea, egg, soy milk is very fragrant, the room is clean and hygienic, the air-conditioned bed is comfortable to sleep, the service is very good and responsive, you can store your luggage for free when you check out, and the front desk also delivered it. I drink water on the road, and this shop is very close to the airport and it is very convenient to take a taxi. Highly recommended

We had a very enjoyable stay at this lovely hotel, conveniently located within walking distance of the Hongqiao transport hub. There is a wonderful choice of eateries on a food street just across the road and the breakfast at the Mercure is also copious and delicious. Excellent service, very friendly staff who do everything to provide a pleasant environment for their guests. I am familiar with the Mercure chain and I would not hesitate to give this top class hotel a five star recommendation in all categories.

The hotel that has only been opened for a week, the facilities and services are very good. At present, the nearest season to Hongqiao Railway Station, walk for more than ten minutes, the navigation will guide to the underground passage, there are not many people in the morning, and I suspect that the navigation is wrong 😊 I feel that I can take the air corridor.

It's relatively hidden. Although it's close to Hongqiao Railway Station, a taxi only costs about 30 yuan. The service is very good. The toilet in the room had a peculiar smell, but it was upgraded for free. The breakfast was also good.

This is the first time I have come to Shanghai to participate in the exhibition. I met a beautiful and generous proprietress in this strange city. Whether it is living or breakfast, it is very good. The most important thing is to come back late because of the exhibition. I almost couldn’t catch the train. I told the proprietress later. She took my luggage out for me, arranged a car to take us to Hongqiao Station, and gave me two bottles of water intimately. I really met such a good person outside. Thank you very much. I took the children to play during the summer vacation. I will go here to live, thank you for your care today.

I made a reservation for my best friends to return to China. The room was very, very clean. The girl at the front desk was polite and friendly. She also specially arranged a vehicle for them and assisted them with the difficulties they encountered when they just entered the country. If my best friends and family are satisfied, I feel relieved. There is a little sister who is very good, but I don’t know who she is.

For some the location is far from the city centre, for me, visiting friends, it was perfect. Fashion Park, with shops and restaurants, not an actual Park!) is 800m away. Similar distance to the metro. Service was great, breakfast a mix of western and Chinese. Currently outdoor pool is under renovation, but it's too cold to swim outside at the moment. Inside pool is open. Great play area with ball pit for kids. Room nice, I really wanted a bath, and I enjoyed that a lot!! Bed was so comfy. Would consider a summer stay to relax by the pool outdoors.

The location of the hotel is good, eating is very convenient, if you have to catch a plane early the next day, it is really recommended. I wanted to book a big bed room, but it was sold out. After consultation, I changed the twin room, but I can put the bed of 1.2m together. Compared with the same price, the room is quite large, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the shower space is large, and the hygiene is better in the e-sports hotel. The small shortcoming is that there is no window, no timely ventilation, and the smell of aroma in the corridor and the room is a bit heavy. The computer configuration is good, the middle network fluctuates, the front desk lady is very responsible, after agreeing to help the room, I also consulted the backstage technicians from time to time, praise! The monitor is not very suitable for playing FPS games, but playing other completely ok! The episode was that the charger was dropped after checking out. I didn't find it myself. Later, the hotel front desk called me and proposed a mailing solution. The service attitude was very good! Friendly reminder, e-sports room charges deposit, but understandable. The hotel may need to make some adjustments in the compliance of the deposit, because normally, it should take the initiative to issue a deposit bar with a financial or official seal. If there is still a need to catch the plane later, I will consider going again.
