Hotel location is excellent. It is well connected to the malls beside the hotel and the Hong Qiao HSR station. Breakfast is superb with many choices of local delicacies.

Pros: comfortable, clean and quiet rooms, good enough selection of food for breakfast buffet, convenient location close to Hongqiao Railway Station and airport and Hongqiao Hub.
Cons: painfully slow check-in service at the front desk each time, personnel at the front desk barely speak English, can never find a reservation in their system. Every time out of three staff members at the front desk only one is trained enough to work independently, others just standing around.

5 star hotel, 5 points by five! Everything is excellent , unfortunately don’t have time to taste the breakfast, but the room was really nice, modern equipment, clean and comfortable bed and pillows. I like the fragrance in the hotel. My staying there was a joy, thank you.

Service was great, room was upgraded for free, free coffee was decent. There's a mall 5 mins walk with restaurants and the train station is walking distance. Has no issue getting a Didi with all the luggage.

Many places to find your kind of food or drinks, just 5 min walking distance.
Breakfast was really good, a lot of choices. They even served 🍺 if that what you want 😃.

It'd be much better if they have a swimming pool. The staff services especially the chef cook amazing food, the waiters in the restaurant are very friendly and helpful.

The location is great if you have to catch a train or plane the next day. The room was very nice and the bed was really comfortable. So comfortable that I didn't want to wake up early for my train.The breakfast had a really good variety such as noodles, crepes, pastries, etc. The room had a good amount of toiletries. However, I was disappointed that the mini fridge was empty despite a list of items available being in the room. Also, there seemed to be no menu for room service or even a guide to the hotel amenities. The check in was quick and easy. But I wouldn't say they really made an effort to be welcoming. I had to ask for the gift and also the information about the dinner included in my booking fee.
