"The location is perfect, beautiful mountains and the sea and wonderful Sun. The place like a paradise, like cuddled in. It is near to Antalya centre, where you can visit The Sealife zoo, walk through long streets of bazaar, big market and plenty of nice cafes and restaurants, feel the touch of Turkish life. there is also show of dolphins in Antalya and Kemer. You can book any tour with the Pegus travel agent at Crystal Flora hotel or arrange the trip yourself. You can use a public transport or taxi, depends on your choice. You can visit The Land of Legends, another beautiful place you shall visit with your children and teenagers. The hotel and all facilities are very clean, the staff is very polite, kind and helpful, cleaning is conducted and maintained constantly inside and outside. The facilities are very clean, the rooms and bedding are changed every day, so the fridge inside the room is refilled every day. Staff speaks in three or more languages and if needed a guidance or help, you will get it straightaway. The food and drinks are served non stop. Variety of food and desserts is great, beyond the expectations. Everything from the meal and drinks is fresh and delicious, started with domestic meals, burgers, pizza, lachmachun, kebabs, barbecue, and different fish, including Mexican dinner, you can enjoy in the outside restaurant near the sea, prebooked option. For those who are awaken till the sunrise, have the option to have meal on the beach bar, late night or early morning like 1-3AM. you can choose burger with chips, spaghetti, salad and any drinks of your wish, including nice tea with biscuits. there are different activities arranged by staff in the morning and day time for adults and children, every evening there is show and live performance, and you can dance while watching the band performance on the stage, the songs are in a different languages and different time, to entertain every audience. You prefer disco, there is another facility for dancing near the reception, a bit hidden and inside. We would like to have a disco outside on the same place where the band was, but we presume disco place is arranged inside to avoid disruption for the hotel residents at night. I think, disco would be better outside, the near building could be sound insulated and hosted by young generation, who loves dancing and the loud music, but I believe this option probably been checked, but have many obstacles to make disco outside. You will not have time to be bored in Crystal Flora Resort. There is a big market outside the hotel which works till midnight. If its too hot walking in the day, you can go shopping after 8PM and enjoy walking around and do shopping of clothes or food, pakhlava, Turkish delight, different type of tea and many other things. The place is very good indeed and I myself and all my family are going to visit Crystal Flora again. I recommend this place out of other places in that area, as it has facilities, including massive water slides for children that no other have, food and drinks are served 24 hours, that you will not find in other places, the amount of food and drinks is great and more important that everything is fresh and tasty, tea lovers can enjoy tea time in café inside and outside, with different type of desserts and plenty of ice creams for children. I truly enjoyed my holiday and so my children and relatives from other country. Crystal Flora is perfect place for holiday."

"Замечательный отель, хорошо все!!! Начиная от расположения, красивейшие горы, зелень, а море😍 это просто красота!!! Сам отель большой, зеленый. Огромная чистая территория, много локаций, мест для прогулок. Большой пляж, много шезлонгов, найти свободные-не проблема в любое время. Еда-выше всяких похвал!!! Очень вкусно, очень много, очень разнообразно. Каждый день с новой тематикой. Целый день на разных локациях, своя еда. По поводу алкоголя могу сказать только за вино, так как выпиваю только его. Очень вкусное местное вино, не болит не голова, нет никаких пятен, очень приятный вкус. Развлечения для детей и взрослых с самого утра до вечера, каждый может найти себе развлечения по душе. Бассейны, очень много, большие. Очень чистые, есть небольшой аквапарк. Мы жили в номерах в саду, они с новым ремонтом, очень чистые и тихие. В отеле понравилось абсолютно ВСЕ!!!!!"

"Красивая территория. Питание среднее - красная рыба на завтрак только по запросу, после того как нам индивидуально ее предоставили, это увидели другие гости и стали возмущаться, на следующий день появилась в общем доступе. Свежевыжатый сок и только апельсиновый - на завтрак, в остальное время их нет, аналогичная ситуация с чаем - отсутствие свежезаваренного чая, только турецкий и пакетированный, что недопустимо для данной категории отелей, в отелях ниже уровня и то данные напитки имеются (чай и свежевыжатый сок из разных фруктов), например отель juju. Обслуживание в лобби-баре оставляет желать лучшего - хамское обращение барменов со своими гостями, на остальной территории обслуживание хорошее, особенно в барах у бассейна, пляже и и в основном ресторане, данные сотрудники делают все возможное, но явная нехватка персонала видна - сотрудники ”зашиваются” и порой не успевают оказать сервис на должном уровне. Вот что разочаровала, это уборка номеров, стаканы и кружки на протяжение всего отдыха не мыли, мыльные предложения постоянно приходилось просить, уборка, особенно ванной комнаты - поверхностная, унитаз как был грязный при заселении, так даже после обращения в службу по работе с гостями он остался таковым, как была крышка унитаза и ободок грязным, так и остались. Отель позиционируемый себя как премиум, такие ситуации не должен допускать, в будущем данный отель маловероятно что посетим вновь, как гостей, он нас потерял."

Nezaketen bahsetmek istemesem de çok ciddi bir nemli yerde yaşayan canlı istilası sorunu var, odalarda rastlamadık çok şükür ama odanın hemen önünde koridorda vs bi çok yerde rastladık, diğer nirvanalardan çok daha az başarılı bulduğumuz çok şey var, başta çalışanlar diğerlerinde çok çok ilgili ve naziktiler buradakiler kesinlikle öyle değildi, günlük temizlik çok yetersizdi, deniz manzaralı oda alıp en alt katı verdikleirnde deniz gözükmüyor tabiki ama yoğunluğu ileri sürerek değişim yapmadılar, asistanlar diğerlerinde çok daha aktif ve kibardılar ilgiliydiler burası yine daha farklıydı nirvana otellerini çok seven sürekli giden aileler olarak dolce vitanın beklentimizin altında kaldığını tekrar gitmeyi de düşünmediğimizi söyleyebiliriz"

"放假自動升級為有山景的 很好看，正好那天是我目前的生日，酒店前台還淺淺地佈置了一下房間，很有心，酒店的自助餐雖然不能説有多好，這個價位偶爾會有點三文魚之類的，酒店很大，不行過去就到酒店內的海邊，而且每天都有滿滿的課程，普拉提，Zumba 等等 非常豐富，這個月份去那邊下室外泳池游泳是有點美麗凍人了，但是室內有一個恆温的。我們還體驗了SPA ，4個人 價格會比國內普通價格貴一點點，但是還是整體下來感覺很舒服 😌"
