Room condition was quite good, and easily get to snack bar or restaurant. However, the entertainment here is not enough. Especially, sauna & swimming pool. Water temperature of indoor swimming pool was too cold compared to outdoor. Additionally, sunlounger on the beach was too hot by the structure to make shadow. It seems to the r facilities blocked wind flow.

Катался по побережью Турции , заехал в этот отель на 5 дней. Номер был улучшенный частично с видом на море и сад. В основном лежал на пирсе , оттуда же и прыгал в море , удобно, есть рыбки) . Мелкая галька. Наичистейшее море 👍 классный вид на горы. Еды хватает , напитков тоже . Достаточно баров, вечером шоу программы с21:30 . Атмосфера хорошая. Отель спокойный . Рекомендую 👍

Красивая территория. Питание среднее - красная рыба на завтрак только по запросу, после того как нам индивидуально ее предоставили, это увидели другие гости и стали возмущаться, на следующий день появилась в общем доступе. Свежевыжатый сок и только апельсиновый - на завтрак, в остальное время их нет, аналогичная ситуация с чаем - отсутствие свежезаваренного чая, только турецкий и пакетированный, что недопустимо для данной категории отелей, в отелях ниже уровня и то данные напитки имеются (чай и свежевыжатый сок из разных фруктов), например отель juju. Обслуживание в лобби-баре оставляет желать лучшего - хамское обращение барменов со своими гостями, на остальной территории обслуживание хорошее, особенно в барах у бассейна, пляже и и в основном ресторане, данные сотрудники делают все возможное, но явная нехватка персонала видна - сотрудники ”зашиваются” и порой не успевают оказать сервис на должном уровне. Вот что разочаровала, это уборка номеров, стаканы и кружки на протяжение всего отдыха не мыли, мыльные предложения постоянно приходилось просить, уборка, особенно ванной комнаты - поверхностная, унитаз как был грязный при заселении, так даже после обращения в службу по работе с гостями он остался таковым, как была крышка унитаза и ободок грязным, так и остались. Отель позиционируемый себя как премиум, такие ситуации не должен допускать, в будущем данный отель маловероятно что посетим вновь, как гостей, он нас потерял.

В целом хороший отель, но странная политика цены на 1 ночь ~ 400 дол, при бронировании от 3-х или 4-х уже более адекватная цена ближе к 200. На территории хорошая кофейня, красивый вид из номера на горы.

Отель очень красивый. Территория зелёная, очень чистая и ухоженная. В номерах менее чисто и видно, что у отеля бывало и лучшее время. Еда вкусная, выбор разнообразный. Спиртное неплохое, выбор огромный. Пляж широкий, шезлонг свободные найти несложно. Утром море спокойное и чистейшее, после обеда небольшие волны. Бассейн большой, плюс ещё есть 3 детских. Детей много. Отель рекомендую.

The location is perfect, beautiful mountains and the sea and wonderful Sun. The place like a paradise, like cuddled in. It is near to Antalya centre, where you can visit The Sealife zoo, walk through long streets of bazaar, big market and plenty of nice cafes and restaurants, feel the touch of Turkish life. there is also show of dolphins in Antalya and Kemer. You can book any tour with the Pegus travel agent at Crystal Flora hotel or arrange the trip yourself. You can use a public transport or taxi, depends on your choice. You can visit The Land of Legends, another beautiful place you shall visit with your children and teenagers. The hotel and all facilities are very clean, the staff is very polite, kind and helpful, cleaning is conducted and maintained constantly inside and outside. The facilities are very clean, the rooms and bedding are changed every day, so the fridge inside the room is refilled every day. Staff speaks in three or more languages and if needed a guidance or help, you will get it straightaway. The food and drinks are served non stop. Variety of food and desserts is great, beyond the expectations. Everything from the meal and drinks is fresh and delicious, started with domestic meals, burgers, pizza, lachmachun, kebabs, barbecue, and different fish, including Mexican dinner, you can enjoy in the outside restaurant near the sea, prebooked option. For those who are awaken till the sunrise, have the option to have meal on the beach bar, late night or early morning like 1-3AM. you can choose burger with chips, spaghetti, salad and any drinks of your wish, including nice tea with biscuits. there are different activities arranged by staff in the morning and day time for adults and children, every evening there is show and live performance, and you can dance while watching the band performance on the stage, the songs are in a different languages and different time, to entertain every audience. You prefer disco, there is another facility for dancing near the reception, a bit hidden and inside. We would like to have a disco outside on the same place where the band was, but we presume disco place is arranged inside to avoid disruption for the hotel residents at night. I think, disco would be better outside, the near building could be sound insulated and hosted by young generation, who loves dancing and the loud music, but I believe this option probably been checked, but have many obstacles to make disco outside. You will not have time to be bored in Crystal Flora Resort. There is a big market outside the hotel which works till midnight. If its too hot walking in the day, you can go shopping after 8PM and enjoy walking around and do shopping of clothes or food, pakhlava, Turkish delight, different type of tea and many other things. The place is very good indeed and I myself and all my family are going to visit Crystal Flora again. I recommend this place out of other places in that area, as it has facilities, including massive water slides for children that no other have, food and drinks are served 24 hours, that you will not find in other places, the amount of food and drinks is great and more important that everything is fresh and tasty, tea lovers can enjoy tea time in café inside and outside, with different type of desserts and plenty of ice creams for children. I truly enjoyed my holiday and so my children and relatives from other country. Crystal Flora is perfect place for holiday.

Второй раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле, готовить стали ещё вкуснее) Первая линия, удобный спуск в море, ухоженная территория. Думаю, остановлюсь здесь в следующий раз) Спасибо за хороший отпуск)

放假自動升級為有山景的 很好看，正好那天是我目前的生日，酒店前台還淺淺地佈置了一下房間，很有心，酒店的自助餐雖然不能説有多好，這個價位偶爾會有點三文魚之類的，酒店很大，不行過去就到酒店內的海邊，而且每天都有滿滿的課程，普拉提，Zumba 等等 非常豐富，這個月份去那邊下室外泳池游泳是有點美麗凍人了，但是室內有一個恆温的。我們還體驗了SPA ，4個人 價格會比國內普通價格貴一點點，但是還是整體下來感覺很舒服 😌

Nous avons séjourné au Fashion TV Luxe Resort à Kemer et globalement, nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour. Il s’agit d’un hôtel club 5 étoiles festif, en formule tout inclus, avec une belle ambiance, idéale pour ceux qui aiment la musique et les soirées animées (les DJ sont excellents !). Les chambres sont très confortables, la literie de qualité, et la vue latérale sur la mer depuis notre chambre au 4ᵉ étage était très agréable. Pour environ 250 €/nuit, soit 125 € par personne tout compris, le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment très bon. Côté infrastructures, les transats autour de la piscine sont top, et les serveuses en roller qui apportent les boissons ajoutent une touche originale et conviviale. Pour commander on scanne un qrcode et on met les boissons dans le panier. Même un black label rentre dans la formule all inclusive. Dommage que je ne puisse pas boire d’alcool. Le ponton sur la mer et les espaces plage sont également très agréables. Mention spéciale aux terrains de padel, très bien entretenus. En revanche, nous avons été un peu déçus par la restauration : plusieurs restaurants étaient fermés, et seul le restaurant italien (sur réservation) était ouvert — complet durant tout notre séjour, donc impossible d’en profiter. Restait la cantine self-service, correcte mais sans plus. Même constat pour le sport bar, fermé lui aussi. La salle de sport mériterait un entretien, plusieurs machines étaient hors service. La salle de jeux/bowling dégageait une très forte odeur de moisi, rendant l’endroit impraticable et infréquentable, et il y a visiblement des réparations à prévoir dans certaines zones. Le spa et les soins sont malheureusement trop chers, et le salon de coiffure ainsi que le cinéma étaient fermés. Aucune excursion n’était proposée non plus, ce qui est dommage. Enfin, il faut savoir que l’hôtel accueille principalement une clientèle russe – cela ne nous a pas dérangés, mais c’est bon à savoir. En résumé : ✅ Excellent rapport qualité-prix ✅ Très bon confort et ambiance festive ✅ Personnel sympathique et service efficace ❌ Plusieurs services et espaces fermés ou à rénover ❌ Offre de restauration limitée ➡️ Un bon choix pour un séjour festif et détente à Kemer, à condition de ne pas s’attendre à un 5★ classique mais plutôt à un club all inclusive animé avec quelques imperfections.

Большой отель, в былые времена роскошный, но в настоящее время очень уставший и потрепанный вид! Выбор еды большой, но не всегда все вкусно, но в любом случае, голодным не останешься! Кофе и чай просто ужас, самого низкого качества! Алкогольные коктейли пить невозможно, качество алкоголя и вид очень сомнительные! Пытались заказывать безалкогольный Мохито, так у них сегодня нет мяты, завтра лимона, лайм вообще редкость! Хаммам не работал (было подозрение, что включают только когда заплатишь за массаж), только сауна. В номере был чайник, но за 10 дней нам выдали только 1 раз 2 пакетика кофе, но всегда были в наличии сливки к нему! Долгое ожидание лифта, влажность в коридорах отеля! Море отличное!!! Пляж убирают! Шезлонгов много, народу тоже! У меня было ощущение переплаты за отель и за питание/напитки! Цена явно завышена!
