O hotel em si está quase como novo (renovado em 2023-2024), os quartos são muito confortáveis, a casa de banho dos quartos é excelente, a canalização é boa, o interior do quarto é simples, mas muito moderno e agradável! Duas enormes piscinas, área de praia própria com espreguiçadeiras! Morávamos no prédio 13 - com acesso a uma piscina grande e linda de formato, o quarto ficava no térreo com uma varanda na frente da qual havia grama (gramado), na varanda havia uma mesa, uma secadora de roupas e suas próprias espreguiçadeiras frescas e confortáveis. Mais 3 passos - e você pode pular direto na água 😊, gostei muito desse momento! Se falarmos do serviço, ele é quase inexistente ou muito, muito fraco, por isso não chega ao nível 5*, máximo 4! Para quem se importa, observe os pontos principais aqui: - quase nenhuma limpeza, pratos, copos, pisos não são lavados, a menos que você mesmo supervisione os faxineiros! É bom que as toalhas sejam trocadas diariamente! - frigobar, chá e café - não reabastecido, a menos que seja lembrado - piscinas: em 5 dias nunca vi nada sendo limpo, mas abaixo nos azulejos dá para ver claramente a sujeira e a areia assentada - não há bar ou restaurante de praia - no momento do check-in, nos deparamos com o fato de que nossa reserva tinha 1 cama king size, fomos colocados em um quarto com 2 camas, pedimos para mudar de quarto, e eles simplesmente mudaram as camas em resposta e nos cobriram com 1 folha. Qual é, pessoal, esse é realmente o nível 5 estrelas? Outra vantagem que gostaria de destacar são os pequenos-almoços muito variados, com uma grande variedade de frutas, pastelaria e pratos quentes para todos os gostos. Recomendações para quem vai reservar: Peça os edifícios 13,14,15 - ficam em redor de uma grande piscina e ao mesmo tempo numa zona sossegada! Os melhores quartos na minha opinião são aqueles com varanda! Durante a alta temporada não há espreguiçadeiras suficientes na praia! Ficamos de férias em setembro, o hotel estava ocupado por 40-50% no máximo. Com tal carga, apenas cerca de 20 a 25 espreguiçadeiras permaneciam livres na praia todos os dias. Isso é muito pouco. Acho que também pode não haver espaço suficiente no restaurante para o café da manhã na alta temporada. O mar perto do hotel é bom, mas sempre houve ondas. A entrada é suave, não muito longe da profundidade. A areia é fofa.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Blu Monkey Hub & Hotel Bangtao Beach — so good that I even extended my stay. The room was spacious, the bed exceptionally comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better. It’s right in the centre of Bangtao, surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and bars, and only a few minutes’ walk to the beach and the weekend night market. The rooftop pool was one of my favourite parts — a perfect place to relax, enjoy a cocktail, and watch an incredible sunset with a beautiful panoramic view. The staff were genuinely kind, helpful, and welcoming, and the entire hotel was spotless. Everything exceeded my expectations — from the comfort and design to the service and atmosphere. I’d highly recommend Blu Monkey Bangtao to anyone visiting Phuket. I can’t wait to come back!

We stayed for 3 nights and moved 3 times. The first one was for changed in location. We were given a room next to a construction. It was dusty and there’s smell of paint. The second one, there were all kinds of smudges, spots and streaks on the walls — yellow, brown and white. Hair of various colors were all over the place. I found a round wound plaster I think sticking to the handle of the shower area. I asked them to clean the room while we’re there to which they responded to immediately. The transfer would have to be down by you without assistance, by the way. Oh and there’s no one to help you take up your luggages. Nonetheless, some trolleys that look a lot like the one for supermarkets are there, on standby, for your convenience. Watch out for this especially when there are children involved, PWD and etc. Some rooms especially on the ground floor I saw had steps in almost random places. Anyhow, we were quite comfortable after our second move. In the morning, the breakfast buffet area was overwhelming. There was an event running right next to the restaurant. Being first timers, you would really need to find your way through the maze of people and activities all happening at the same time. Incidentally that morning it was raining hard as well. There were all sorts leaks. It made a lot of mess especially on the floor. You need to set your table. Think of a food hall at the mall, this is generally the system. Prepare for a long line ahead of you at the 2 coffee stations. That morning, the team was able to manage it in my opinion. Service was courteous and friendly. The food was okay. Highlight for me would be the excellent choice of fruits — good quality, plus the pancake. The egg station was outside, unfortunately with the rain, it was quite a feat to get much beloved eggs. The roof was leaking in many parts in this area too. It wasn’t the most hygienic. A soup station is next to it. No A/C in the restaurant too. Old displays for cheese and salad. It reminded me of the grocery stores I went to with my family as a child. Aside from those two I have mentioned, the rest would be far from what you could expect from a 5-star. At this point, I’m still trying to place the hotel. But it’s surely not 5-star luxury. In fact, it helped so much when I reduced the expectation. There are many places to be explored outside. The sidewalks are observed — truly helps to explore the place in peace with a child in tow. Ours was at the plaza nearby. This was truly enjoyable. It’s just on a tiny part on one side of the road where we missed the side walk. There was a big parking lot that helped us. Though a concern (for us) of course is exposure to smoking, some were doing so while they wait in the car and etc. At least in our rooms, upon entering there’s a tiny bit of elevation. Prepare to power through all your belongings with wheels up this step. The interior of the room in actual is many steps down vs the photos. No toothbrush and toothpaste. The toilet bowl has a consistent yellow buildup just above the tip of the water. I think it’s the water in Phuket. I hope it’s just the water. But given the experience at the on set with the cleanliness issue, it could likely be a different story. There’s bidet if this is important for you. There’s no cleaning/make up room everyday I was informed. There’s a last move for us because our room window had to be locked. On our last day, it was raining the whole morning. There’s water on the floor in our room. I thought my child made a mess. Upon closer look, the floor was leaking. The tiles were squeezed as we walked. This is a first time for me but not surprising given our experience from the start. Before we finally left, we were asked for our experience, I told the lady at the checkout counter about this finale. She surely apologized for it and she offered the sweetest smile. Deposit of 3K Baht for us for a 3-night stay. The change was returned during the checkout.

The staff are very helpful. Service is excellent. Very convenient with free shuttle around Laguna area (can go different hotels too). Free shuttle (golf car?) even within the hotel from lobby to building. The swimming pool is huge and the spa is very good. That's our 2nd year staying here and will definitely come stay again next time.

Um lugar maravilhoso para férias isoladas, vimos uma Tailândia completamente diferente, mais limpa e bem cuidada. Café da manhã variado e saboroso, piscina e litoral agradáveis. A única desvantagem foi que pedimos pizza para o nosso quarto, mas eles também trouxeram formigas em uma bandeja como bônus, mas de alguma forma superamos isso) Perto da praia, eles vendem frutas, cocos deliciosos e também há uma mercearia e loja de souvenirs nas proximidades. Eu recomendo

Definitivamente ficaria lá novamente. Por outro lado, você poderia pensar que está na Rússia com a quantidade de russos lá. A única desvantagem da minha estadia lá foi que algumas reformas estavam acontecendo e o martelo pneumático começou das 10h às 17h. Serviço de quarto, você pode esperar um pouco. A piscina na cobertura é ótima e tem boas vibrações com bebidas especiais todas as noites. Opa, deveria ter tirado algumas fotos do quarto

Отличная вилла в очень спокойном коммьюнити, есть все необходимое. Удобно проводить время по вечерам на улице, можно воспользоваться грилем, и устроить ужин на свежем воздухе. Персонал всегда на связи, с заселением никаких проблем не было, замечательный опыт.

O hotel está situado bem próximo à praia, então acordávamos com o som das ondas todas as manhãs. No entanto, isso também significa que o hotel está localizado muito longe da entrada da área do resort Laguna, por isso não é muito conveniente acessar lojas locais / barracas de comida de rua fora da área do resort a pé. Os ônibus estão disponíveis, mas são limitados. Felizmente, algumas das lojas de massagens próximas oferecem serviço de transporte gratuito de volta ao hotel, então isso foi compensado. Os funcionários do hotel foram simpáticos e prestativos. As opções de buffet de café da manhã são limitadas, mas a comida muda todos os dias e era bastante boa. As piscinas não são muito grandes, mas não estavam muito lotadas e tinham um escorregador que era divertido para crianças e adultos. A vista do pôr do sol era magnífica. No geral, uma estadia muito agradável.

130€/noite (muito justo) WiFi 99mbps (muito rápido) Café da manhã saboroso! Quartos excelentes: eu poderia facilmente me mudar para este quarto estiloso por um longo período. O serviço é ótimo na recepção (Peach e Boy me deram uma recepção muito calorosa), restaurante e bar. A localização fica perto, a 6 minutos a pé da praia e dos famosos clubes de praia. Os canteiros de obras ao redor do hotel são um ponto negativo, mas eu os conhecia e o preço era muito justo, então não houve problema. A sauna e a academia completaram a experiência.
