I went on a trip with my parents to here. The hotel was quite affordable and the rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was simple. They could have included more vegetarian options.

We had an amazing mid autumn 2025 vacation at this hotel. We would like to thank to the whole staff for their hospitality and devotional services. Especially Ben, with his incredible hospitality management skills moved our experience to another level. Ben upgraded our room, sent a wonderful birthday cake for my husband’s birthday and helped us with other countless requests. We strongly believe that Ben and the rest of the hotel staff should be rewarded for providing an excellent level of service quality. Even during the busiest period of the year they managed to keep the service level at the highest. Other than that, the room was spotless, the bed was large and comfortable, the river view was amazing and the location of the hotel is very convenient. There is a nice mall right next to the hotel and the new neighboring bbq restaurant is also very nice. Overall we had an amazing experience and would like to thank everyone for their hospitality and kindness. We hope to come back soon. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Breakfast was included and the service was good. The only downside was that there seemed to be a club nearby, so we could hear the beat at night. Security was quite high, since a card was needed to access the guest room floor. The room looked exactly like the photos. The only issue was the hair dryer, which couldn’t be locked in place, so you had to hold it to avoid bending it.

It is a stylish hotel. Very clean and tidy. A nice family room overall. The location is a bit far away from the city centre, extra time has been spent on the transportation.

Room is clean. Staff is very helpful and considerate, always with smile. Love it.

Good location, around Qianshan Station and University. The room with a tub offers a good experience

Windowless rooms, rooms were dirty and smelly. No listed amenities present anymore (pool and sauna and foot soak). I’d suggest you book somewhere else if you prefer cleanliness.
