Pequeno estúdio com tudo que você precisa, incluindo cozinha completa (fogão, micro-ondas, chaleira, torradeira, geladeira, talheres, louças).
Cama média, que na verdade consiste em 2 pequenas. Infelizmente foi um pouco curto para mim, então tive que dormir na diagonal (morava sozinho).
Limpeza diária, remoção de lixo e reposição de consumíveis diversos. Há sempre funcionários na recepção prontos para ajudar.
O complexo dispõe de ginásio, piscina na cobertura, mini-restaurante próprio, elevadores e estacionamento.
O único aspecto negativo na área em si é que há poucas atividades a uma curta distância, então você tem que caminhar muito no calor ou dirigir.
Tudo no hotel é bom, mas para ser sincero, o preço mais justo é 100 baht a menos.
P.S. Houve um incidente desagradável que não dependeu da equipe do hotel - a energia ficou completamente desligada em todo o hotel por quase um dia. Depois de discutir reclamações, eles prolongaram minha estadia por 1 dia. Problema resolvido.

My experience at this hotel was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the property was not well-maintained. The common areas were in disrepair, the elevator had an unpleasant odor. The lack of towels at the pool and sunbeds that looked like they had seen better days. The gym was a sweltering inferno thanks to broken air conditioning, rendering it utterly unusable.
And as for my room? It was a chamber of filth and despair. Cleanliness was severely lacking, with stains on the bedding and furniture, sand in the drawers, and a blocked sink. The sink was clogged, the shower encased in grime from the sins of countless previous guests.
After enduring just one torturous night in this house of horrors, I couldn’t bear to stay a moment longer. I fled, leaving behind my original booking for five days without a second thought. Save yourself from the nightmare I endured and steer clear of this hellhole masquerading as a hotel.

The hotel is nice and clean. There is a roof top swimming pool with a sea view, a cafeteria and a gym. All is functioning from 8 am to 8 pm. The household service is a little slow to deliver what you need. If you call the reception and ask for something you have to remind them about it several times. The towels that had been changed on the second day of our stay were clean but stained and smelled vinegar. These are actually little things. The location is good - the hotel is relatively close to Surin beach, only 10 min on foot and there are outside restaurants, convenience stores and massage salons also within walking distance. The hotel staff is friendly and the overall impression of our staying there is good.

It was perfect staying here , i have upgrade to large room which is for me it was so nice . And they have swiming pool and gym it’s also really nice , i want to back next time .
And the pool have a sea view so perfect .
The location is a little bit hiding from main street but near the beach , so if u want to go to the beach u can just walk .
Only one restaurant near by, but after u walk 5minutes around the beach there was a lot of restaurants.
I recommend u to check the beach because surin is just so perfect . the beach so calm and not many people , just so comfortable

We stayed here for 3 nights and loved every minute of it! Was very clean and good location. Easy to get around and to get to the beaches. Food was 10/10 and was brought to us to have around the pool. Stunning views, would recommend this hotel for sure!

Short walk to 2 beaches, this is nice. 711 and Tops also within 5 min walk. Beakfast all day long, very convient. Pool, gym - ok. Grey side of this place (besides its actually mostly grey colored) is noticably worn everything.

The room is very cozy and beautiful design . Recommended for long stay also provide those kitchen item for you to cook, microwave, and bread toaster. If you are looking for nice view room better get a Two bed room suite on the 6 or 7 floor over looking at the bangtao beach. Besides, location is great close to restaurant, super market and Surin beach just by walking distance around 10 mins . Much more convenient if you rent motor bike to go around as there are no taxi service around that area. Lastly the most important my kids enjoy the infinity pool and food on the roof top is delicious which is value for money.
