Great, historical hotel in a nice location. Hotel clearly needs maintenance. The door of our restaurant couldn’t be closed so very unpleasant. Breakfast was good, although preferred to have more savory options. We requested a room on the higher floors but got one which was on the first floor and quite noisy. Still, probably this is the best hotel in Palermo, but there’s room to really improve things for the guests.

Location is excellent and it is between the new and old town of Palermo. Staff were friendly and helpful as well. Room was clean. Highly recommended.

The hotel was not obvious for us - when we arrived, we drove around for about 10 minutes looking for a sign before parking on the wrong side of the road, and having to call for instructions. It was our fault, as the hotel tried contacting us earlier in the day but we did not have signal to take the call. Once we were instructed to the right place, it was super straightforward as Gianluca buzzed us in remotely, and upon verifying ID, let us into the unit and our bedroom. The lift in the building was super cool - for this experience alone I recommend staying in this hotel. The room was charming. Our previous hotel was a suite so this felt a bit small, but it was homely all the same. The small downside was how warm it felt in the room. The air conditioning wouldn't work with the windows open, but it wasn't running very strong. At night, we preferred keeping the window open for some fresh air instead. The poster bed added a quaint and romantic feel to the room, and we were absolutely spoilt with a surprise of a bottle of Prosecco as a gift! Of course, the highlight of the whole place was the jacuzzi in the bathroom. As we both had to do some work and also were tired from a road trip, all of these little touches made the stay in this hotel incredibly luxurious for us. I really recommend this place for a romantic getaway or a honeymoon.

The location was good ....the room was spacious ... there is also a lift in the building .... the only thing is that the bathroom is separate from the bedroom, which was not what I expected ....

On the arrival day, the owner never sent me a message on how or where to check in. Luckily, i am smart enough to google and ask people on the building. Finally, I managed to find my way to the unit after hours of finding it. The lady owner didn't bother to apologise that they didn't send any message, but well, just one night, so i didn't bother it much.

Very good location, close to the beach. Room was very nice and clean with a balcony.

Os quartos são grandes, mas muito antigos. Até as tomadas são antigas e não foi fácil encontrar um lugar para carregar o celular. Os quartos são limpos, mas, com exceção de um pouco de xampu, o hotel não fornece mais nada. O Wi-Fi também é ruim, mas fica muito perto de tudo o que queríamos visitar.

É Muito conveniente andar a dois minutos Da estação ferroviária.O hotel não TEM um elevador, e as quartos estão no 2o andar, e é preciso andar por UMA escada.O quarto é Grande e as instalações são novas, embora Na rua, MAS o som é Muito bom.A cama é um pouco Muito macia, é a única insuficiência.

Meu quarto ficava no porão, e o primeiro andar (talvez parecesse que os funcionários estavam movendo os móveis?) era muito barulhento depois da meia-noite. Muitos passos, conversas e o som de móveis se movendo. Isso continuou por horas nas duas noites. Também fui acordado às 8h no meu primeiro dia por alguém batendo na minha porta. Presumo que tenha sido a camareira, mas não tenho certeza. Era muito cedo para esperar conseguir limpar um quarto. A cama era dura e rangia (havia três camas no meu quarto, não sei por quê, já que reservei um quarto com uma cama queen-size de solteiro) sem um cobertor de verdade. Estava razoavelmente limpo, embora houvesse alguns cabelos na pia e no chuveiro que não eram meus. O chuveiro foi o maior problema, pois era um box estreito e o ralo precisava ser limpo – o chuveiro alagou depois de apenas alguns minutos. Os móveis são todos muito antigos e a iluminação do quarto era incrivelmente fraca. Não parecia convidativo nem se parecia em nada com as fotos do anúncio. A localização fica a quase uma hora de caminhada de Palermo Centrale e, em outra direção, a quase uma hora de caminhada do Palazzo Butera. A menos que você queira apenas visitar a praia, não é nada conveniente. Até mesmo comprar água foi um trabalho árduo, já que a loja mais próxima fica a cerca de 400 metros de distância. O imposto municipal listado no Trip está incorreto. Você precisará pagar três euros por dia. No geral, eu não me hospedaria aqui novamente.
