"Good location, and the staff were happy to answer my many questions using translator apps, and provided valuable advice. The breakfast buffet offered quite a few Chinese dishes, which I enjoyed. I was given three complimentary meals per day (which I have not experienced at a hotel before), although I was only available to enjoy the breakfast each day."

"Very good service from the front desk even though we are only staying for one night. 向样，小何 & 杨淋 really try their best to satisfy their customers and make them feel at home. We got upgraded to a river view room and the view was fantastic! As our train is only departing near to 5pm, we requested for a late check out. To my surprise, they really did their best to accommodate and we only checked out at 3.30pm. A big thank you for their gracious accomodation to our request 👍👍👍 Highly recommended to stay there."

"整體都不錯，衞生乾淨整潔，院子車位多，房間大，唯一一個缺點就是我訂的這個類型的房間位置在二樓，一樓餐廳頭頂，早上五六點鐘做早餐那個排煙筒聲音有些大，睡眠輕的容易吵醒，不過過了這個點也就沒什麼聲音了，其他位置的房間不存在這個問題。再一個餐廳的早點種類有些少，餐廳有些小，去的遲些容易扎堆，希望酒店改進一下。酒店推薦的馮四嬢翹腳牛肉味道不錯，買單報酒店名會打折。推薦入住！"

"Que belo hotel. Está localizado EM um local muito estratégico no meio do acontecimento onde o gigante Buda está (cerca de 800m até a porta de entrada). A rua pedestrática do hotel é agradavelmente colorida iluminada à noite até às 23:00h. Xiaoyan, o pessoal do hotel é muito útil e me escolheu para o MEU quarto e explicou tudo sobre a funcionalidade do quarto.O check-in também FOI feito de forma eficiente por Xiaoyan. Obrigado. Temos jantar e pequeno-almoço no hotel. A comida era tão deliciosa e competitivamente a preços razoáveis, segundo o meu parecer, em comparação com os preços nos Países Baixos. Fica a 600 metros da Rua Zhanggongqiao. É muito tranquilo à noite. A sala é bastante grande e é muito confortável para ficar. Servir: A senhora da recepção é super atenciosa e vai demonstrar cada item com cuidado, o que é muito emocionante. Leshan é realmente uma boa cidade, e este hotel é realmente ótimo! "The hotel is across from a kindergarten. The reception is on the second floor. The stairs lead down to a gravel path, making it difficult to lug luggage. The room is located above an old residential building. Although it faces the street, the soundproof windows are excellent; with the windows closed, you can barely hear the street noise. However, the room's cleanliness is a bit questionable. See the pictures for details. There's a small table in the room, but the area underneath it hasn't been cleaned (see pictures). The floor feels a bit sticky upon entering the room, and the hotel doesn't seem to have a hair dryer. The heating is quite effective. The attentive butler service: Upon check-out, they help carry your luggage downstairs. We accidentally left something behind after check-out, and the front desk lady found it and returned it to us."

"很不錯的酒店，性價比超高！推薦！ 要求不是很高的放心定，酒店服務不輸品牌店！ 酒店招牌可能不是很明顯，樓下太多美食了，電梯很好坐，三樓就是這個酒店，辦理入住超級快！環境也很好，裝修還是很耐看的，房間和圖片展示的一樣！全屋智能化，廁所浴室也沒問題，很好用。電話到前台，東西也很快送達。我們住的三樓，很安靜。 樓下美食太多了，豬癮隨時犯隨時吃！ 離高鐵站很近，我們是早上散步過去坐車，衹用了不到半小時。"

UUsuário convidado五星滿分推薦楠院的放翁院！一大家子老老少少七八口人入住整院，體驗感直接拉滿💯。正宗的樂山明清古宅院，古樸典雅有底藴，環境安靜清幽，妥妥的鬧中取靜，住起來太舒服了。自帶專屬停車場，停車方便，位置也好，離上中順等美食打卡地超近，出行覓食都便捷。院內配置高端，兼具雅緻古樸與舒適質感，長輩們在院裏搓上了自帶麻將悠閑度日，母親還在書法區隨心作畫，最後店總還貼心贈送了捲軸（原本收費的），這份細節和心意太戳人。店家專門建了管家羣，管家小姐姐、店總全程服務周到，事事有迴應，照顧得無微不至，特別暖心。我們住了兩天，全程舒心愜意，臨走還收到了店家贈送的米花糖伴手禮。這次的樂山之行因為楠院變得格外圓滿，留下了超難忘的美好回憶，等天氣暖和了，必定再帶親友再來入住，必須回購。

BBernicetjmXiao Zhou and his colleagues provided us with exceptional service during our one-night stay at the hotel! They were very nice and friendly, attentive to our needs and requests, and chatted with us in an open and welcoming manner whenever we inquired about aspects of the local environment, Mt Emei, etc. We had dinner at the hotel during our stay and ordered the chef's recommendations. The food was AMAZING and so fresh. The fish and chicken dishes that we had came from live fish and chicken that they reared within the hotel compound. If they were a local restaurant back in my country, I would frequent them without a doubt, and would love to bring my friends to try their cuisine. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, Xiao Zhou even brought us to take a look at the hotel's chicken coop and fish pond. When we had to leave for our hike to Mt Emei's summit, Xiao Zhou and his colleague kindly drove us to the nearest bus station so that it would be easier for us to access Mt Emei's public transportation, a gesture which we appreciated a lot! All in all, their attentiveness to us, good manners, and warm and friendly dispositions all contributed to a memorable stay. Of course, the rooms themselves were spotless and comfortable. Would love to come back here in the future!!

TTAN BOON LIANG BERNARDThis place is in the mountain about 1000m elevation. It is right beside Wan Nian temple and is very peaceful here. We took the Emeishan tourist bus from the base to Wan Nian bus station. The host greeted us here and drove us up to his hotel. Alternatively you may take the cable car from the wan Nian bus station up and walk 5mins to the hotel or walk an hour without the cable car. The host’s family is very hospitable and we enjoyed our stay here for a week. We had several meals here and they were all delicious. The room we stayed in was upgraded to the highest level with a great view of the mountains. The sound of the forest was simply relaxing except for the morning roosters call 😅 Overall a great experience here and hope to return in future.

SSoendoro SoedjonoI arrived almost midnight, since I can’t read Chinese characters, I walked along the alley to look for the hotel , as I have already walked pass the hotel , I heard a woman asked me .. which hotel I looked for , then I told her Chenyuan hotel.. I was so surprised , she is the owner of the hotel and took me to the lobby area.  The lady boss is really nice person, she explained everything about the Mount Emei pilgrimage. 🙏🙏 The hotel room is really nice  ( exactly like the picture ), the bed is really cozy.  I have a very good sleep, I stayed for 2 nights. All the amenities is complete 😍😍 In the future if I want to go back to Mount Emei, I will definitely will choose this hotel  again.   Thank you so much.  And I wish the lady boss has a prosperous business 🙏🙏

UUsuário convidadoWe had the most incredible experience staying at this hotel apartment! The customer service was truly the best we’ve ever had. Despite accidentally booking the wrong dates, they accommodated us without hesitation. Our original room was unavailable, but instead of downsizing, they generously gave us two rooms at no extra charge. Beyond that, their kindness went above and beyond—when my friend lost his phone in a cab late at night, the owner personally spent an hour making calls to track it down. Thanks to their efforts, the police returned the phone in the middle of the night! The apartments themselves are spacious, spotless, and set in a quiet, peaceful village—perfect for a relaxing stay. We can’t recommend this place enough. 10/10 service and hospitality!

TTack Weng YeeIf you’re planning to go up to Mount Emei Golden Summit early to beat the crowd, Linggongli, which is located at mid-levels of Mount Emei, is a great place to put up the night. This place may not have many hotels and this hotel may not have many rooms but has air conditioning, floor heating and bed heating that ensures you can sleep comfortably even during nights with freezing temperatures. The rooms are super clean and staffs super friendly. We booked the 3 extended courtyard rooms and had our afternoon tea session on day of arrival. The hotel serves early breakfast upon request and we had one of our best dinners in a private room that night. What’s more incredible is we literally walked 1 minute to the Scenic Area Entrance to start our short journey up to the Golden Summit early. There were no long queues for the bus ride and cable car up. We were early to view the sea of clouds and got to see the sun rising above it. On our way down, the tour group crowds started swarming upwards but likewise we had we didn’t encounter cable car and bus queues.

UUsuário convidadoProbably the nicest hotel in Leshan but does have some problems. Check in desk staff do not even know a single word of English even though they have studied it since grade 2. They won't even look at you if you can't speak Chinese. Wanted to know what airport I flew into China from even though I am on a spouse visa and have been here for 7 years. Creates nothing but problems. The hotel itself is a new renovation of an older building. The owner has spent lots of money on materials to make the place look new, however inside the room those materials were installed by perhaps the worst and dumbest installers ever. There is silicone and paint overpsray everywhere. The bathtub is nice but of course the drain doesn't work right and the water supply fittings turn in circles because they weren't installed right. The walls of the shower and toilet room have never been cleaned not even after construction. There is still construction dust and silicone everywhere. Sad that they would hire such a worthless installer to install premium quality items The cleaning staff is friendly however they will scream loudly and horque a loogy and spit right outside your bedroom. Downstairs on the third floor is a tea bar overlooking the river. It is nice but if you ask for coffee in English they don't understand. So I asked for coffee in Chinese and they still didn't understand. Useless. Overall for most people they would probably enjoy this hotel. It's got a great location and is a new renovation. The AC worked very very well.

AAsia Traveler from GERI recently stayed at a hotel in Leshan and was thoroughly impressed with almost every aspect of the experience. The location was excellent—just a short distance from the Leshan Giant Buddha and within easy reach of restaurants, cafes, and the riverfront. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The hotel itself was clean, quiet, and tastefully decorated. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with directions or recommendations. The only drawback was the limited in-room amenities. While the basics were covered, items like quality toiletries, snacks, or a stocked minibar were either minimal or missing altogether. There was also a noticeable lack of small conveniences, such as extra pillows or bottled water without having to request them. That said, the comfort, cleanliness, and top-notch location more than made up for it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Leshan—especially those who value a peaceful and convenient place to stay over luxurious extras.
