這家民宿必須5星🌟好評，非常值得推薦👍我帶娃旅遊這麼多年，這是我住過最好的民宿，先説説環境和衞生方面，真的寬敞整潔沒得説，房間不僅大，還明亮，衞生間沒有異味特別乾淨，我家兩個娃到這的第一天就特別的開心，説這個房子太好了，有家的感覺，不像其他酒店感覺哪哪都不敢碰，這個小院乾淨清爽的感覺跟家裡一樣。再説説漂亮的老闆娘阿姨，真是人好的不知道用什麼語言來形容了，我們是兩天的環球行程，不僅每天親自開着大商務車，車接車送，還特別的體貼，我們晚上回來的特別晚，她還耐心的開車帶着我們去買吃的，真的就像家人一樣，人美心善。我們原本定的住3 天，結果孩子接下來的行程不想再換其他酒店了，我們臨時又➕了一天，其實想➕兩天，但是沒辦法了，人家已經都提前訂出去了。我們退房後，美女老闆娘又親自開車送我們去的地鐵站，我們分開不到兩個小時，我的小女兒突然就跟我説“媽媽，我好想念清清小院，想那個阿姨了”這次北京之旅真的太幸運了，選到了這麼好的店，真的給我們的旅行增加了太好的體驗感。推薦推薦，這個店你來北京，特別是帶娃旅行的，你就閉眼定吧，用我們東北話説“包你一住一個不吱聲👍👍👍”

Facilities: The room is spacious and well-equipped. The Panasonic high-speed hairdryer is better than the Dyson one without a pool. The air conditioner in room 1012 makes a sudden 'dong dong dong' noise after starting; it would be good to investigate the cause. Hygiene: Very satisfied. I love their body lotion. I left a message, and they sent two extra bottles the next day. Environment: It's very close to Universal Studios, just a short taxi ride away. There's a mall nearby which is great for browsing, and you can access it directly from the 3rd floor without having to go outside in the sun. Service: I mentioned it was our honeymoon, so they gave us a room on the 10th floor directly facing Universal Studios, sent us desserts, and the towels in the room were folded into swans. They found my comb while tidying the room and immediately called me. I'm very grateful! Universal Beijing Resort Shuttle Service: Didn't use it, but there are three time slots available for a free shuttle. You just need to book in advance with the front desk. Welcome Fruit: Plums, a bit sour, haha. The pool isn't big, but I had a quick swim, and the view is excellent. Overall, it's a hotel I would definitely consider revisiting.

非常非常推薦！！！我們一行四人早上去爬了東靈山，風景太美不想回北京，臨時起意想看看附近有沒有温泉酒店可以泡泡澡呆一呆，就找到了這家。風景真的太美太美啦！！！整個村子紅色建設非常好，風氣超正，即便是村裡的小博物展覽館3D視頻做得蠻好的，很有氛圍，而且早上開窗直麪大紅星！！重點來了，温泉真的太舒服啦，在充滿雲霧的山野裏，吃完燒烤，聽着雨聲泡個温泉………….朋友們，真就是舒服得無法形容了！！ 老闆和管家叔叔都非常好，給我們免費提供了早餐，吃完早飯就趕緊網上買了兩罐同款豆腐乳，太好吃啦哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈 總之，滿分推薦，一定還會再去！！！

We had an amazing staycation at this hotspring resort. I was very impressed with the customer service we recieved. Everyone was incredibly kind and went out of their way to help. The staff has clearly had 5 star training. I would like to make particular note of Mr. Lee at the front desk. Upon check-in, he served us and acknowledged that not all the staff spoke English and that we should contact him directly over Wechat if we needed anything. On several occassions I contacted him and he was prompt and curtious. He was a great ambassador for the hotel. For example, room service forgot chicken on on salad, and he promptly pologized and arranged for two new compelmentary salads to be sent (i believe this was an oversight as the hotel was very busy with a special chiristmas dinner that night). It is common in Beijing for hotel staff not to speak English, however we did found several memebers of staff that did. For example. when we went to the dining hall, they sent an English speaker over to help us. Further, the dining hall manager checked in with us and personally cleared plates away. Buffet breakfast was above average with western and chinese food. Also, when ordering room service, though they did not speak English, they sent someone to our room with a menu so that we could point to the items we wanted. Overall, the hotel is new and to Western standards of cleanliness and quality. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We were with my 2 month old baby and my 85 year old father, all generations enjoyed our time. The hot springs were very clean (not always the case in China) and they were alongside swimming pools with kids climbing apparatice and water ball pit. It was also nice that there were complementary refreshments (snacks and drinks) at the hot springs. In the winter air, the outdoor hotsprings were great. Finally., though it wasnt a huge attraction, its nice to see the lammas, chicken and horses. Overall, I could not recommend this place more. I will defintely stay again.

A must - give positive review! The hotel is close to Beijing Capital International Airport, which makes traveling extremely convenient. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, and there is a free parking lot. The room facilities are new, and it's very comfortable to stay. The service staff are warm and friendly. They even help carry heavy items. It's really amazing! I will definitely come back next time!

Tudo se resume à localização. O hotel fica a 2 minutos a pé da entrada do teleférico ou da trilha que leva até o Muro. Reservar o hotel significa que você pode dirigir até o hotel e o estacionamento é gratuito, então você não precisa pegar o ônibus. Você pode visitar o Muro à noite, o que é muito mais confortável e menos lotado do que durante o dia. Como alternativa, como você está bem na entrada, pode acordar cedo e evitar as multidões. Você pode comprar ingressos para o teleférico no hotel (CNY20 cada) e a entrada para o Muro se você estiver subindo a pé já está incluída na tarifa do seu quarto. O hotel em si está espalhado por vários edifícios e há um playground infantil bem conservado no complexo. A equipe da recepção foi muito prestativa quando se tratava de conseguir ingressos e assim por diante. Os quartos são básicos, mas grandes o suficiente e limpos o suficiente. O café da manhã era típico de um hotel com essa tarifa de quarto. No geral, excelente valor e com o playground e a facilidade de visitar o Muro, uma ótima escolha para famílias. Há muitos degraus entre os prédios, então traga algumas malas pequenas em vez de uma grande.

I had an amazing 6-day stay at the Beijing Champs-Elysees Hotel, and it was the perfect place to celebrate my son’s second birthday! The hotel is conveniently located near the Panjiayuan Shilihe Subway Station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were spacious, modern, and comfortable, offering excellent value for money. It truly felt like a home away from home. What made our stay even more memorable was the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff—Chi Chi, Chi Linfeng, and Henguan. They were all incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. A big thank you to Chi Linfeng for his assistance in booking tours to the Temple of Heaven and the Great Wall of China, which were highlights of our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special occasion. The hotel’s attention to detail and the wonderful service from the team made my son’s birthday even more memorable. We took our child on a last-minute trip and chose this hotel because of its nice environment. The experience exceeded our expectations. Every staff member was incredibly friendly, from the front desk to the room service staff – everyone was patient and attentive. I asked for an extra blanket and bed rails because I was worried about my child sleeping well, and they quickly brought them over. There were also many activities for children; my child did two kinds of crafts with the teacher in the morning and even baked pizza – they had a great time. They also have a large swimming pool with crystal-clear water, which the staff said was spring water. My child said it's a must-visit in the summer. There's also a newly decorated multi-functional hall with yoga facilities, tea ceremonies, and singing bowls – it's really quite nice. I was a bit skeptical after reading some reviews, but it wasn't as bad as some people said. There were indeed some insects in the garden, but that's part of the experience – it's about connecting with nature. Sitting on the swings and soaking up the sun in the morning was so relaxing. I also want to praise the tea the owner chose; the tea bags in the room smelled wonderful! 😃

Inesperadamente satisfeito! Em primeiro lugar, é muito fácil de encontrar. Estive em Huairou inúmeras vezes. A estrada é fácil de caminhar e a paisagem é ótima. e os quartos são construídos de acordo com as montanhas. São bem proporcionados e muito diferentes de outros lugares. Diferentemente, há também avestruzes, veados sika, pavões e dois coelhos vagando livremente, além de uma mini piscina, que é realmente um pai. -estilo infantil. The room with a balcony was very comfortable. It was spotlessly clean and tidy. The young lady providing the butler service was incredibly helpful.
