The inn is near the whale shark watching area and it is where the bus going in Cebu City pass by. Though there's no fridge inside, they allowed us to use thiers. Definitely will choose Susada's again if given a chance to go Oslob.

However, I did find that the food needs significant improvement. While the dining options were ample, the quality and variety fell short of expectations. To truly enhance the guest experience, I believe that more attention to the menu and food preparation is necessary. This aspect would play a crucial role in my decision to return. Another area that requires attention is the communication regarding trips and activities. Unfortunately, we often found ourselves headed to the wrong locations, only to be redirected to another part of the island. Clearer information about where to go for excursions would be greatly beneficial for guests. In summary, Bluewater Sumilon Island Resort is a beautiful destination with a relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. However, improvements in food quality and clearer communication regarding activities are essential for a more satisfying experience. With these adjustments, I could see myself returning, as the stunning views and peaceful environment are truly commendable.

Way Shack Hostel is in a fantastic location for visiting the whale sharks. If you speak to Ken at the hostel, he can help arrange the whale shark excursion, it cost me 500 pesos and was super easy to organize. That said, I’d recommend only a one-night stay here. We were disturbed both nights by heavy goods vehicles passing by the hostel late at night, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, aside from the whale shark activity, there’s not much else around the hostel to keep yourself entertained. A scooter is essential to travel to the local town for food or supplies. The hostel staff can help arrange a rental if you need one. On the plus side, the room was clean and equipped with air conditioning, which made it comfortable for a short stay. Overall, Way Shack Hostel is a practical and budget-friendly option for a quick stopover if you’re visiting the whale sharks, but it’s not ideal for a longer stay.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which really made the experience stand out. The location was also excellent — convenient and easy to get around, with plenty nearby. Overall, a great stay with excellent service and value. Highly recommended!

I stayed at GingGing for a quick overnight stop, and it was an okay experience overall. The scenery around the hotel was absolutely stunning when I woke up in the morning, and the staff were very kind and welcoming, which made the stay pleasant. That said, the facilities were quite basic. The toilet was very minimal, the shower had low water pressure, and the air conditioner was extremely loud, which made it difficult to relax. If you're just looking for a place to rest for the night and enjoy the surrounding views, it’s fine, but don’t expect too much in terms of comfort or amenities.

Contei três quartos EM cada um DOS dois pisos, e EM ambos os pisos há um espaço relaxante no salão, agradável, MAS no calor é irrealista. Não havia outros convidados no dia, então eles não se sentiam incomodados. Nada Mais Na Sala - cama, mesa e cadeiras. A localização, nas margens Da aldeia, para o reboque, Pode ser um pouco Mais longa. A água quente era. A cama é excelente, confortável. O conder não é um Tipo de janela, é raro dividir, o silêncio é raro.Para o conder +1 ponto. Para mim, o Nosso quarto era com um Tempo de três, MAS o preço também é adequado.Em geral, a opção normal de economia é a opção normal.
