We went here with my girlfriend to celebrate our anniversary in advance, and it turned out to be the perfect choice! From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by how peaceful and relaxing the place was. Ang ganda talaga ng ambiance, very cozy, intimate, and perfect for couples who just want to unwind and spend quality time together. Every corner of the place was well-maintained and thoughtfully designed, giving off a warm and homey vibe. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. You can really tell they value their guests and want to make sure everyone has a great experience. The place was also very clean, the rooms were comfortable, and everything we needed was there. And the food, we didn’t expect their food to be that good especially their pizza and they also offer a lot of different cuisine that we tried but I can’t remember what it’s called but it is a Greek dish and it was so good. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay, from the peaceful atmosphere to the breathtaking views, delicious food, and the warm hospitality. It’s definitely a place we’ll come back to again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a chill, romantic, and memorable getaway!

The hotel is located in nice beach, white sand, an incredible spot, however not properly maintained. The access is bad, the water feature at the entry long stairs is not working and water seems to be stoped for a long time. It seems not very crowded with guests even on ***** New year holiday and only one restaurant running. The pool bar was closed. Missing one of our bookings for a shuttle, encountering a huge cockroach near the bed, being told that the room is not ready on check in and after 10 mins it's actually ready and made us walk all the way back to reception when the room was just near where we were didn't leave us with a good impression of the service. Staff needs to be more attentive not only saying ”good morning sir” but actually carrying for what are the guests needs. Hotel staff needs more training.

No geral, uma estadia decepcionante com a Crimson. Começou mal e, infelizmente, nunca melhorou. Nosso voo para Caticlan atrasou 5 horas, chegando às 19h30. Mantive contato com a Crimson durante todo o atraso, atualizando-os sobre nosso progresso e o horário estimado de chegada. Eles me avisaram que não organizam traslados após as 20h. No entanto, na chegada, nos deixaram para o transporte até o hotel por meio de uma empresa terceirizada. Essa empresa era boa e cumpriu seu papel, mas era um traslado que envolvia paradas em outros 3 hotéis — muito diferente da experiência 5 estrelas privativa que nos haviam prometido, levando 1 hora e meia. O fato de não terem esperado até as 20h, quando outros resorts já estavam preparados e aguardando, foi uma grande decepção. O traslado acabou sendo oferecido gratuitamente após nossa experiência — o que, para ser sincero, é o mínimo necessário. É uma loucura eu ter que pagar pelo traslado, considerando que a maioria dos hotéis 5 estrelas oferece isso gratuitamente. Embora os quartos fossem bons, o serviço foi extremamente decepcionante. O check-in demorou uma eternidade e, por algum motivo, não havia ar-condicionado em nenhum lugar fora dos restaurantes e quartos, então ficamos suando depois de uma viagem de 8 horas enquanto esperávamos os 30 minutos para o check-in. Além disso, todos os pedidos que fizemos foram ignorados ou demoraram uma eternidade. Eu havia pedido decorações no quarto para comemorar o aniversário da minha namorada, mas não recebi nada. Consegui organizar tudo enquanto estava lá, mas depois de pedir fósforos para acender uma vela, eles nunca chegaram. Some-se a isso o fato de termos que pedir água várias vezes antes que alguma aparecesse, e era tudo muito frustrante. Reservamos um quarto com vista para o mar, mas não conseguimos aproveitá-lo totalmente, pois ficava em frente à piscina de borda infinita, com os hóspedes podendo ver diretamente a privacidade do nosso quarto devido à ausência de películas de escurecimento nas janelas. Os quartos também não tinham isolamento acústico e tínhamos que acordar cedo todos os dias com o barulho de crianças gritando na piscina em frente ao nosso quarto. Não havia comodidades disponíveis: não havia acesso a garrafas de água sem pedir ou pagar, não havia acesso a café sem pagar, não havia bebidas de boas-vindas ou de saída, nem água gratuita na praia (o que é realmente perigoso). O Crimson certamente tem uma praia e um mar 5 estrelas. O acesso à praia é excelente e a areia e o mar eram tipicamente excelentes, mas não é como se o Crimson tivesse controle sobre essas coisas. Aliás, apesar da taxa ambiental, eu via regularmente lixo no mar e na praia. Parecia muito econômico na forma como te tratam. Há ônibus para o centro, mas eles saem quase a cada 3 horas e costumam estar lotados, sendo oferecidos por ordem de chegada. Tudo também é cobrado. Para um check-out às 12h em vez das 11h, custa 2.000 PHP. Não há como cobrar nada dos quartos para pagar no check-out (como em qualquer outro hotel) se você não tiver um cartão de crédito. Aparentemente, cartões de débito não são válidos para o depósito. Acabamos de ficar no Piece Lio em El Nido, que era muito, muito, muito superior. É uma pena, porque o Crimson não oferece um serviço que leve em conta o mar maravilhoso e a localização deslumbrante. Pode ser o hotel 5 estrelas mais moderno da ilha, mas, sinceramente, pague a mais e vá para o Shangri-Lá. É quase como se eles soubessem o quão ruim era. Nem nos perguntaram como foi a nossa estadia no check-out, como se estivessem com medo da resposta. Parecia um restaurante americano indo embora, onde eles só queriam que saíssemos do quarto o mais rápido possível para dar lugar à sua próxima fonte de renda. Chegamos ao aeroporto 3 horas antes para um voo doméstico, por algum motivo.

O hotel é bom se você estiver lá para férias tranquilas. O serviço, o hotel em si é ótimo. Porém, a localização é um tanto distante das praias. O transporte público não é facilmente acessível. Você tem que fazer uma caminhada tediosa se quiser ir para a estrada principal e até para o lobby. O transporte está disponível, mas é para uso limitado e apenas para horários específicos. Talvez fosse melhor se eles tivessem transporte dentro de Alta Vista, especialmente para hóspedes com idosos e crianças.

Amazing service from F&B staff, housekeeping and lifeguard at the pool. My 1 yr old enjoyed the amenities as there are a lot options to play with The complimentary access to Brighbuds Play Club is a nice gesture. They have a beautiful swimming pool The amenities are clean Housekeeping is quick to attend to our needs Breakfast options could be improved, especially like us who stayed for 7 days, we were looking for variety of food choices. Add more fruits. Replace the fish fillet dishes with dried fish perhaps.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It's cozy, quiet, charming, and was the cheapest option, leaving me with only positive impressions. I will definitely be back! Pros: 1. It's exactly 400 steps or a 5-minute leisurely walk to the beach. 2. Excellent and delicious continental breakfasts. 3. Free daily massage. 4. Welcome drink upon check-in. 5. A clean, cozy hotel where it's always quiet and peaceful. An ideal place to get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy a good night's sleep. 6. A 15-minute walk to the best beach on this island – Puka Beach. 7. Only a hostel would be cheaper. This was the most affordable booking option available. Cons: 1. The shuttle to the center runs infrequently (only in the morning or evening). 2. Remote location from shops and cafes. 3. Few tourists in the immediate vicinity. It feels a bit like being in a local ghetto. I'm only deducting a point for the infrequent shuttle service to and from the center.

This is the most wonderful hotel I've ever stayed at on Boracay. It's clean, beautiful, and surrounded by lush greenery and flowers. There are lovely spots to watch the sunset. The room is huge and every detail is thoughtfully designed. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, though we had to buy a frying pan as the one provided was quite worn out. Housekeeping is daily. The front desk lady was very friendly and positive, always resolving our issues with a smile, and allowed us to check in early. The shuttle to D'Mall is always available according to the schedule, running every hour. We were greeted with peace and quiet every time we returned from the crowded D'Mall and White Beach.

Nosso quarto é meio grande e limpo também. Mas fica um pouco longe de Boracay, no continente. Mas se você quer um ambiente tranquilo e silencioso, este é um bom hotel. O problema é que a van precisa ser reservada com antecedência, porque está sempre lotada. O serviço de van funciona até as 22h. Se for para o continente, volte para um hotel.

Great location and right at the end of the runway where you can see planes landing and taking off and very short distance. Check in process was fine and we expect a very basic room for the price paid and it was the only hotel available but when we entered the room, there was an infestation of ants. We notified housekeeping who did attend to the issue right away while we went outside to Kam’s restaurant which was so cool and awesome with great views on the beach of the sunset. Food was decent and nearly half the price of the island and double the portions. The biggest disappointment was that we paid for breakfast which was to be served from 6am and we had to leave for the airport (5 minute walk away) at 7am. I notified the waitresses who took my order the night before. When I woke up at 6 and went down to the restaurant expecting the food to be ready, they hadn’t even begun cooking it and proceeded to take my order again. I waited 15 minutes but still not served so when I chased them they still had not even started cooking so I just asked for coffee to which they said it was the 3-1 satchet so I thought fine, it’ll take a minute and I can take the coffee to my room whilst we get ready. Waited another 10 minutes and still no rush to make it and didn’t not understand my own urgency so I told them to bring to the room which they eventually did. It was also annoying that they didn’t even have another customer in the restaurant so there was no reason why the food was not ready or even cooked on time.
