The best service we have ever experienced! The Ferra Hotel is very centrally located and only a few minutes' walk from the water sports activities on White Beach. The facilities and amenities are very good for the price range. But there is one reason in particular why I can highly recommend this hotel: the friendly staff and outstanding service! We travel extensively in Asia and Europe and are accustomed to different hotel categories. But even compared to our experiences in significantly more expensive and exclusive hotels, the service at Ferra Garden is outstanding. From all the staff at the reception desk to the service staff at the bar or in the restaurant to the cleaning staff, everyone at this hotel is more than friendly and courteous. It is never fake or over the top, but always authentic. Every chance glance leads to a beaming smile, and every conversation shows genuine interest and helpfulness. As we sit in the next hotel restaurant and look back on the incomparable service, I realize that I now find the way of communicating in most hotels even more unpleasant because it feels somewhat submissive. This review may seem exaggerated, but I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for that experience and the management for this incomparable corporate culture.

We decided to go for a holiday on Boracay Island for a week. We have been looking for a suitable accommodation option for a long time. And when we found this wonderful hotel, we were very happy. The price includes transfer from/to the airport. A friendly, smiling, wonderful young man met us at Caticlan airport, took our luggage, carried it into a comfortable minivan, and took us to the speed boat. Then we sailed by boat to the next pier, from which we were again taken by minivan directly to the hotel. The hotel is small, one-floor, there is no swimming pool or other interesting entertainment on site, BUT the hotel is a subsidiary hotel of the Coast Hotel, which has everything your heart desires: two swimming pools, an entertainment room with table hockey, a library, a Play Station, a small number of sports equipment. You can enjoy all these benefits on a par with the visitors of this hotel. This hotel is located directly on the coastline and very close to the Blue Marina Hotel. We took breakfast, which turned out to be not a bad option at all. Every day you choose your breakfast from the menu the night before. In the morning you go out to the hotel lobby, they set the table for you and you enjoy it in a relaxed atmosphere. Once we were sent to the Coast hotel for breakfast, we were amazed by the variety of dishes: cheeses, sausages, egg dishes, various fruits, vegetables, yogurt, pastries, main courses. Delicious. At Blue Marina you can only choose one dish. The lobby itself will also have three options for pastries, oatmeal, milk, juice, but no more. They could at least add some more fruit, it would be much better. The hotel room is good, with a large soft bed. Upon arrival, they left us small compliments: Coca-Cola, mango, bananas, a small bottle of rum, sweets, two beach bags, two hand sprays, two pairs of beach slippers. There are a huge number of different cafes near the hotel, so we didn’t go hungry. The beach is 3-5 minutes walk, which is also very cool. The only one huge minus is good audibility, a very loud sound from a nearby cafe, but somewhere at 11-12 at night it closes and there is no more music. But the neighbors can make noise all night, and you can hear it very well. I don’t know how it is in other hotels with this issue, but when we were choosing a hotel, we saw many reviews of hotels telling you that you could hear everything literally to the point of sneezing. Maybe these are the peculiarities of building construction, I am not keen on this matter. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and would recommend staying at this hotel if your budget is small and you want a hotel close to the beach, with food and good service. This is definitely a worthy option, especially because of the transfer. Thank you very much for the excellent service, for the warm meeting at the airport, for seeing off early in the morning, for the organized breakfast before leaving early for the airport at the end of our vacation. We really liked everything, if we come to Boracay Island again, it will be the Blue Marina or Coast Hotel.

We had a pleasant experience staying at Lime Hotel. It’s conveniently located along the road where you can ride e-trikes and mini buses easily to save time instead of walking. Our room has everything we need as well. The only downside for us are the stairs but it’s not that big deal I think. We are also commending every staff as they are all helpful and they always greets us whenever they see us. Overall, we had a great stay at this budget hotel in Boracay Island! 😊

Excellent beachfront location with very friendly and responsive staff. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but the location and service more than make up for it. There's no currency exchange at the front desk, and a 1000 peso deposit is required at check-in. The Wi-Fi works perfectly. There's a cafe and bar in the hotel courtyard offering various breakfast options and easy snacks. The hotel also provides sun loungers and beach towels. Highly recommend ❤️❤️❤️. I also strongly suggest having lunch or dinner at the Villa Caemilla hotel restaurant (just 30-50 meters from this hotel, towards the port). The service and cuisine there are among the best in Boracay, and it's only slightly more expensive than other places.

The property is a bit dated, which affects the overall quality of the stay. However, the rooms are equipped with everything you need for comfort. The staff is super kind and efficient. The location is beachfront, so it's the best possible, but most of the rooms face inward, making them quiet. Complimentary umbrellas and chairs are provided. The breakfast is ideal for Filipinos, but certainly not for Europeans, and I was completely unsatisfied with it. Plus, the dining area was overrun by really annoying flies.

Quando cheguei ao hotel no meu primeiro dia, o gerente disse que eu tinha sido transferido para um quarto maior, e tinha uma pequena varanda, era legal, fiquei muito feliz com isso. A única coisa que não gostei foi do barulho, era um pouco barulhento demais para o meu gosto, desde as noites de karaokê barulhento que iam até as 22h, até as marteladas no chão para um reparo do hotel todas as manhãs às 8h, sem mencionar o fato de que tanto a equipe quanto os outros hóspedes pareciam ser madrugadores e havia barulho a partir das 7h todos os dias. A gerência deveria cuidar disso, um resort de praia é um lugar para descansar e relaxar, definitivamente deveria ser mais silencioso. Reclamei sobre rajadas de vento super altas um dia e eles cuidaram disso, claro, mas eu não deveria ter que reclamar todos os dias em um hotel, deveria ser um dado adquirido. Outra coisa que não gostei muito foi o fato de você ter que pagar mil pesos como depósito caso quebre/manche algo. Ao chegar, a gerência faz você assinar um formulário onde eles dizem que você pagará uma quantia ridícula de dinheiro por toalhas e roupas de cama manchadas. É incrivelmente caro, muito mais do que custaria comprar toalhas novas. Você passa a estadia no hotel se preocupando em manchar as coisas, caso eles façam você pagar. Por sorte, eu fui super cuidadoso e fiquei bem. No geral, acho que para mim foi uma boa escolha principalmente pela localização e pelo preço competitivo, mas se você está procurando um resort chique, este não é o seu lugar, o banheiro tinha vazamentos e o chão estava sempre alagado. Fora isso, eu provavelmente voltaria.
