Initially we are curious because we never been outside the langkawi mainland. In our trip here, i think we are the only malaysian there, but the hospitality given to us both were beyond words. Amenities, room, location and food were perfect. For a nature lovers like us, i think is good place to run away from busy life in city. Just be aware with the boat schedule, and plan your trip ahead. You can stay in the island whole day, but its depend on your type of holiday that you seek. I definitely would come back again.

Primeira vez aqui hospedado neste resort com minha família, tivemos um momento agradável e maravilhoso. O serviço foi excelente, todos os funcionários são bons em maneiras e amigáveis. A limpeza do hotel e do quarto foi incrível. O serviço de buggy foi rápido e eficiente, eles também nos trouxeram para um passeio no hotel. O buffet de café da manhã tem muitas opções. A praia é muito limpa e a piscina é bonita e grande. Tudo foi ótimo. Definitivamente voltarei na próxima vez! Recomendarei a amigos e parentes ao nosso redor! :)

Our stay at Parkroyal Langkawi (Timeless Love By The Sea package) in Chenang was one of the highlights of our extended Malaysia trip. We hadn’t originally planned to stay here. While walking the full length of the lively Chenang beach from our Airbnb, we wandered into the hotel grounds and were immediately impressed by the well-maintained facilities and beautiful beachfront. What we thought was a private beach turned out to be wonderfully welcoming. We sat on the deck chairs, watched a couple enjoying a romantic beach dinner, and decided we wanted that experience too. After checking the rates, we found the pricing reasonable for a family. We booked directly with the hotel for two nights in a Premier Ocean View King Room, followed by two nights in Deluxe Ocean View Double Queen rooms via Trip.com. The entire experience truly felt 5-star. We had read mixed reviews beforehand and went in with realistic expectations, but we were pleasantly surprised — almost everything exceeded what we anticipated. Check-in & Service On arrival, Hafeez handled our check-in smoothly. Since we were already on the island, we didn’t need the airport transfer, but we asked about using the return transfer for our whole family (including children arriving later). Concierge Saravannan went above and beyond by crediting the value of both transfers toward a larger 6-seater vehicle. We only needed a small Grab for the rest. This flexibility left a strong first impression. The Room Our Premier Ocean View Room (922) was excellent — stunning sea views, a large circular bathtub, an incredibly comfortable bed, and luxurious shower facilities. Minor signs of wear were easy to overlook. The room was high enough to avoid most pool and jet-ski noise, and we even enjoyed distant fireworks. The welcome chocolate pralines and sparkling wine were lovely touches. Dining The daily buffet breakfast was superb — a generous spread of Western and local dishes. We ate so well that lunch was rarely needed. Our first dinner at Cassia was decent, especially the sweet-and-sour fish with its nice charred flavour, though the pasta portion was small. Direct booking gave us RM50 F&B credit per day, which added good value. The undisputed highlight was our Candlelight Dinner on the lawn facing the beach. The beautifully decorated table made us feel like royalty. Service from Faheem, a 21-year-old staff member, was outstanding — attentive and proactive. A brief rain shower interrupted us after the first two courses, but the team quickly moved us into Lancava with the same setup. The food was excellent, especially the Sea Bass and Vongole pasta (flavourful clams with no fishy taste). The chef Mr Zul even came out personally to explain the dish. We saved dessert for the Ocean View Lounge, where Izzat served us cake and complimentary coffee. The coordination across departments was impressive. Second Stay & Family Time For our second subsequent booking, the hotel prepared one of the Deluxe Ocean View Double Queen rooms early. A porter moved all our luggage so we could relax comfortably. The kids loved the pool, organised activities, playground, and kids’ club. The Deluxe rooms were spacious, though the sliding door sensor was overly sensitive compared to our Premier room. We enjoyed stepping out for affordable local food just across the street or into bustling Chenang. Breakfast was peaceful when we went early (7–8 am). This is one of the most detailed reviews I’ve ever written, but Parkroyal Langkawi genuinely earned it. From the warm Malaysian hospitality and constant smiles to the thoughtful service touches, every staff member helped create wonderful memories. It was the perfect relaxing end to our Malaysia trip — money very well spent. We’d like to extend our sincere thanks to the entire team!

Que estadia adorável! Eu e minha amiga ficamos apenas uma noite. Os funcionários foram maravilhosos. Chegamos bem cedo, às 9h, depois de um voo, e, por sorte, conseguimos fazer o check-in na hora. As camas são muito confortáveis ​​e tínhamos uma pequena varanda com vista. Havia comodidades como chaleira, frigobar, escova de dentes, pasta de dentes, touca de banho, lâminas de barbear, etc. À noite, a equipe de limpeza batia na porta e entregava um cartão de boa noite com alguns chocolates. The front desk staff were pleasant and welcoming, taking the time to explain the facilities and amenities available around the property. However, the check-in process felt somewhat disorganized, as our passports were collected and we were asked to wait at the side without much further guidance. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find the bed beautifully decorated with towel art, along with a complimentary dessert after we made a special request, despite having no expectations of receiving anything from the hotel. My husband and I truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture, it made us feel warmly welcomed. Unfortunately, the breakfast experience did not quite meet the standards we would expect from a 5-star hotel. The staff appeared somewhat inexperienced, and service was inconsistent. When we arrived, there were no available tables, yet we were instructed to enter and find a table ourselves. This left us feeling awkward as we stood around waiting for other guests to finish their meals. What made the experience more disappointing was that a family who arrived after us was promptly escorted to a table, while we were left to continue waiting, which felt unfair. We also had to repeatedly request utensils as some tables were properly set while others were not. While these may seem like minor issues individually, together they affected the overall dining experience and fell short of the level of service we would expect from a hotel that positions itself as a 5-star property. Overall, we enjoyed the room, hospitality, and thoughtful touches provided by the hotel. The stay had many positive aspects, but improvements in breakfast operations and service consistency would go a long way toward delivering the luxury experience that guests expect.

O chalé está localizado em uma praia tranquila, perto de outros resorts. É diferente das praias vizinhas, que estão cheias de turistas. Aqui você pode desfrutar de privacidade e tranquilidade. Ficamos em um chalé sobre a água, no andar superior. Ao entrar, você se sentirá como se estivesse no Japão ou na Coreia do passado. É uma experiência verdadeiramente incrível. Os móveis do quarto são robustos e bem conservados. Tanto o exterior quanto o interior combinam perfeitamente com o meu gosto. O chalé sobre a água é único e relaxante. Com certeza, reservarei novamente. A única coisa que eu gostaria de sugerir para melhoria é a escada para subir até o chalé. É muito escura e a luz só é acesa à noite, às 19h. Debaixo da escada, você verá sujeira. Fora isso, tudo está ótimo.

Esqueci de tirar foto do quarto deluxe. Para o quarto deluxe, tudo é igual, exceto pela ausência de banheira. 4-5 minutos de distância da praia. Para mim, reservar um quarto deluxe é bom. Porque você passará a maior parte do tempo na piscina enquanto aproveita o pôr do sol e a vista da praia. Se você vier com sua família, deve escolher Frangipani. Este resort não é lotado. Então você não precisa se preocupar com seus filhos incomodando os outros. Obrigado à equipe que nos ajudou a conseguir um novo quarto deluxe perto da minha villa com jardim.

I stayed at this hotel in Langkawi during my trip with my husband, and the place was truly stunning. From the moment we arrived, everything felt so peaceful and beautiful. I stayed there only for a night including with breakfast. The room was very nice, the bed was extremely comfortable, and I honestly regretted that we only stayed for one night. Waking up to such a breathtaking view was an experience on its own—the scenery around the hotel was absolutely amazing. One of my favourite parts of the resort was the beautiful swimming pool located right in the middle. It added so much charm to the place and made the whole environment feel even more relaxing and luxurious. Sitting by the pool and taking in the surroundings felt like a dream. I would say this was my favourite stay on my whole vacation there. That said, the journey to the resort was a bit challenging. The road leading up was quite confusing and honestly a little scary, as the resort is located at the top of a hill. Driving up from the bottom felt intense, and the pathway could definitely be improved. But once we reached the resort and stepped inside, it felt like entering heaven. The atmosphere, the view, and the comfort completely made up for the drive. Despite the challenging road, the experience was totally worth it. I truly fell in love with the place, and next time I visit Langkawi, I’ll definitely make sure to stay there longer.

Reservei este hotel de última hora e fiquei incrivelmente surpreso com o quão agradável e organizado o hotel é. Cheguei ao hotel por volta das 13h30, o que foi um pouco mais cedo do que o check-in normal, mas a equipe da recepção foi gentil o suficiente para me deixar entrar no quarto imediatamente. Você precisa de um cartão de crédito no check-in para o depósito, mas também pode usar um cartão de débito, além de pagar o imposto de Langkawi. Eles também me deram uma bebida refrescante de boas-vindas que tomei enquanto almoçava no restaurante do hotel, que fica em frente à praia. Minha reserva incluía café da manhã e todos os dias havia variedade suficiente para atender às preferências de todos. O quarto era espaçoso e limpo, escolhi ter vista para o mar e foi muito bom, mas os quartos com acesso direto à piscina também pareciam muito bons! Vi acomodações com quartos menores com diárias mais altas, então você realmente vale o seu dinheiro. A cama era muito confortável e a TV tinha algumas opções básicas a cabo, ter a varanda também foi ótimo! Fui para o meu aniversário, mas acho que eles podem ter deixado de notar quando fiz o check-in. A localização permite que você fique longe o suficiente do barulho da Praia Cenang, mas perto o suficiente para pegar um Grab por RM 8-10. O pôr do sol é incrivelmente lindo da praia particular do hotel (veja algumas das fotos)

We take room number 612. Their plug not working at 2 points. 1 is near dressing table and another 1 is real room phone table. Their washing face side light not working. Their toilet water wash hose leaking. Firstly we notice didn't provide toiletries like toothbrush and toothpaste. After we call up to reception then provided. For room issue we reported ask them to settle by giving when we go out. But didn't settle. Saying maintenance team were checked. But didn't do anything. After we report 2nd time saying want to check in midnight 12.35am. That's was our rest and sleeping time. Next day we waited to repair but no changes. They provide another room to change at 2nd day around 10.50am. But we have settle our stuff all at that room. We decide just leave it another 1 day to stay. So we don't want to change the room.
