"騰沖自駕去的大理，路上去網紅雙虹橋咖叔那裡打卡，就在保山停留休整一晚。亞朵就是首選！
服務：不比那些五星級酒店遜色哦！車子剛停門口，就主動出來幫忙搬行李，指引停車位。早餐豐富。退房時還送了温的瓶裝水（冬季的早上還是挺冷的）非常貼心！
設施：床品很舒服，睡得很好！還有健身房、洗衣房，非常方便！充電口多，還有無線充電。出差旅遊都能安心住！
環境：感覺挺市中心的，叫外賣購物逛街都方便。樓下有跳廣場舞的，但是9點以後就安靜了。

The room was impeccably clean, fully equipped, and well-designed. The bed was so soft I couldn't get out. The room was impeccably clean, and it was incredibly relaxing. The shower had instant hot water, a steady flow that washed away the day's fatigue. The hotel's location is fantastic, with the high-speed rail station just a few hundred meters away and a night market offering everything from entertainment and entertainment all within easy reach. GGuest UserUpon arriving in Ginkgo Village, we booked the Jubing Hot Spring Inn. While a bit pricey, it was a fantastic value. Although newly renovated, it didn't feel like a renovation. The room was spotlessly clean, fully equipped, and the bedding was my favorite white color—very classy and comfortable. There's a large bathhouse with hot springs, which was incredibly relaxing. There are two ginkgo trees in the courtyard. Perhaps we arrived a little early, so the leaves hadn't yet turned yellow, but that didn't detract from the beauty. It was perfect for photos and a photo opportunity, and the scenery was stunning! The owner was especially welcoming and attentive, and the breakfast included was delicious. I had a fantastic experience and was completely satisfied!

UUsuário convidadoDuring our two weeks travel in Yunnan with our parents and kids, this guesthouse was the biggest surprise of the trip! It was incredibly comfortable and superb clean for all six of us — from the elderly to the little ones, everyone absolutely loved it. My parents couldn’t stop raving about how thoughtful and cozy it was, saying it’s the best place they've ever stayed.
The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, every little detail was taken care of — whether it was travel tips, food recommendations, or little thoughtful touches, we truly felt at home. Their hospitality made the whole trip smoother and even more enjoyable.
The guesthouse itself is beautifully designed, with unique and creative touches in every corner — we couldn’t stop taking photos! The rooftop view was especially stunning, with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets that looked like paintings. Our whole family went up there every day; we didn’t want to miss a single moment of the scenery.
If you’re coming to Heshun, you have to stay here! The environment, service, and warmth of the hosts are all top-notch. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality travel experience — we’ll definitely be back next time!

I sent emails to Nuangui via trip.com on 24 Nov and 30 Nov to arrange for complimentary pick up. I got no reply to my 2 emails.
I telephoned Nuangui via trip.com on 1 Dec before flying out to TengChong, a lady answered the phone, she insisted she didn't receive my 2 emails, but promised to arrange pick up.
When we arrived in TengChong we were picked up and dropped off at the entrance of HeShun and given a gps map sharing location and told to find our own way to the minsu after eating because their staff/boss refused to meet and greet us at the HeShun entrance. At the time it was around 9.30pm.
Despite the gps map sharing, we spent a long time walking around dark, narrow, quiet streets of HeShun looking for something to eat and then later the minsu location. In the end we couldn't find the minsu. There was no one around to ask for durections and it was quite dark and very cold. By around 11.15pm we finally gave up looking and called the minsu to come and find us and take us to the minsu. They only answered after a few minutes of calling. It was lucky we insisted on calling, we would never have found the minsu by ourselves.
The minsu itself was great, comfortable and clean. The location is convenient (when u know where it is and how to get there).
The minsu staff took our luggage all the way, from the airport to the minsu, which was very helpful, I wouldn't have made it to the minsu if I had to carry my own luggage because a lot of the HsShun streets are uneven, uphill and many steps.
The only hic up was the bath, originally we thought it wasn't working because there was no hot water coming out from the hot water tap. After 3 nights of stay, we later found out that the taps were installed incorrectly, C water tap meant hot water and the other way round.
Also, even though staying in minsu in HeShun, you still have to pay entrance tickets, that wasn't pointed out on the minsu details.

There is butler service that we availed. Service was excellent. Managed by young people who are attentive to our needs.
We booked a 2 bedroom French-inspired suite. Impressed with the interior and the room design. Loved the heated floors at night. There is a beautiful electric fire place inside the room. The living room is very inviting and generous. There is a private bath per room with private hot spring connected to the tub. Bed and linens were comfortable. Breakfast was alacarte but sufficient and delicious. Offering local healthy produce and food. They also offer Spa services which we didn’t have the time to avail.

MMi_HaWe could see the effort of the hotel team to serve their guests very well, staff was attentive and accommodating.
Kind of compact room but efficient, very clean with no bad odors, shower with great water pressure, we had a relaxing bath after a tiring trip, and had a good rest. Without a doubt, I would return to this hotel.
I will mention 2 points that perhaps went unnoticed by those responsible, with the intention of contributing to getting even better and surely not as a criticism, even so because we were really satisfied with the hotel.
1. The bath towels had a little bit of bad odor, giving the impression that they are not washed professionally or at least washed with disinfectant products, also the white color of the towels already had somewhat grimy colors.
2. grout from the sink and shower box, had a little of mold, which can be removed using products such as bleach water when cleaning.

UUsuário convidado本來訂的是另外一個院子，老闆給升級成了荷畔大床房，視野不錯，如果是荷花開的季節肯定更好看。樓下就是咖啡店，裝修很有格調。交通相對古鎮裏面的民宿來説比較方便，在古鎮的西邊，汽車可以直接到，衹是離古城中間相對來説遠一點。木質結構的房子隔音不是很好，樓下有條小路會有車過，稍微有點吵。店家服務很棒，還到遊客中心來接。晚上回來在樓下壁爐烤火，喝着紅茶很愜意。早餐也不錯。強烈推薦！

UUsuário convidado新婚旅行選擇住在這裏，感謝小黃經理的熱情接待和照顧～在温泉小鎮遠離市區的地方呆兩天，本來以為小鎮沒什麼意思，結果這兩天都呆在小鎮沒有出去，非常休閑非常舒服。
1. 酒店會有免費的徒步活動和其他的手工藝品活動，可以體驗到很多種當地的手工藝，徒步的過程中還認識了很多植物！姐姐就是本地人，在講解的過程中，還有講了很多騰沖的歷史體驗非常好。
2. 淡季，所以温泉基本沒什麼人，基本上每一個泡池都泡了一遍，還泡了足足三個小時，泡池真的很多，也都很有特色，最喜歡那個可以按摩的，太chill
3. 小鎮其實不完全是旅遊度假區，還有一些旅居在這裏的遊客和本地人，這邊有幾家當地餐館，大家都很熱情，而且食材非常健康！酒店的騰沖本地土鍋子非常非常非常好吃！肉圓和豬皮就是遠超江浙滬的水準！早餐自助餐品質也很高，而且早餐可以在室外坐着風景非常好！
總的來説，酒店的區域很大，而且附近的自然景觀都很好，是體驗非常好的一次旅行！會推薦給朋友們！

SSwee Chee TeoWe booked two rooms. Upon checking in, we found that the toiletries were not complete. The bar soap, comb, toothbrush and shaving kit were missing in one of the rooms. The toilet paper was apparently not topped up and ran out in half a day. One of the towels smelled of cigarette smoke.
Room make-up service needs improvement as well. Although towels were replaced, the beds were not made. Used cups were also not replaced.
Breakfast was buffet-style on the first day. Coffee was not provided. The only beverages provided were milk and coffee berry tea. On the second day, the breakfast was given as a set, not buffet style, even though it was stated on Trip.com that the breakfast is buffet-style. Each of us received a bowl of rice noodles, a hard-boiled egg, a mantou, a piece of corn, a pack of biscuit and a glass of milk. I asked if peanuts can be given as part of the condiments for the rice noodles as there were peanuts on the first day. The response was that peanuts are only given for buffet-style breakfast.
