"挺好，房間乾淨衞生，服務態度好，還幫我們免費升房了，裝修什麼的都挺新，挺好看的，還挺智能，入住的時候掃一下臉就能登機，排風扇還是靜音的，考慮周全，很貼心，各種設施也很全，洗衣機和烘乾機、微波爐、冰箱、飲水機一樓大廳都有，還有很多小零食之類的，還有卡子、打火機好像，放了很多日常小用品，房間裏還提供漱口水、耳塞、洗衣液之類的，浴巾也是消過毒的，還專門拿一次性袋子包裝好註明了，用着放心，而且還有一次性浴巾毛巾，住過感覺最用心最細心的酒店了，然後給出一點小建議，希望你們能做得更好，換個質量更好的拖鞋，穿上一會兒就破洞了，然後再增加一個不要穿一次性拖鞋進浴室的提醒，因為如果洗完澡有水的話會打滑容易摔倒，我看別的酒店都有，然後要是乾濕分離就更好了，不過無傷大雅，基本上各個方面都挺好的，推薦。"

"首先民宿離高鐵站和客運站都很近，老闆還接送，這就很暖心了，民宿的房間非常乾淨整潔，窗外視野開闊，坐在飄窗上或者客廳窗前喝杯咖啡望着遠山非常愜意，出門回來打車直接到大門口進來就是單元門特別好找，晚上睡覺非常安靜，各方面都很方便，性價比又高，總之特別滿意續租了好幾天，把保山的景點都逛了，這個小城市也很美很悠閑舒適！下次來保山還會住這裏！"

"酒店位置非常好去周邊都很便利，酒店周邊吃的選擇種類多，超市就在周邊買東西比較方便，停車場超大對出行開車的人很友好，酒店設施很新，房間也挺大，衞生很乾凈，房間隔音效果很好，晚上可以睡個美美的好覺，特別是酒店工作人員服務態度非常好，還幫着洗衣服，退房還貼心的給送保温的礦泉水，幫提行李到車上，給前台小妹妹們的服務點贊👍，值得推薦喲👍👍👍"

"酒店有專用免費停車場，走到前台要穿過一樓走廊。酒店以前叫興都。房間很大。wifi速度很慢，看電視直播經常卡頓緩沖，手機上網也慢。衞生間看上去乾濕分離，但是淋浴房裡沒有地漏！泄水要通過淋浴房防水門檻下打通的兩個洞從馬桶後面的地漏泄水，導致一洗澡衞生間滿地水。洗手池水龍頭水很小。淋浴房裡沒有燈，很暗，衞生間的燈被淋浴房門遮擋了。空調濾網臟了，拆下來自己清洗了一下，製冷給力了。馬桶內壁乍一看以為是臟污，沖水後發現是被以前的住客的煙頭燙壞造成的燒痕。有免費早餐，小包子、小饅頭、煮雞蛋、米粉、稀飯。硬件設施需要完善。因為下電梯就直接到停車場，放好行李後忘了還房卡就開車走了，去瑞麗玩了一圈後返回保山還了卡。"

GGuest UserUpon arriving in Ginkgo Village, we booked the Jubing Hot Spring Inn. While a bit pricey, it was a fantastic value. Although newly renovated, it didn't feel like a renovation. The room was spotlessly clean, fully equipped, and the bedding was my favorite white color—very classy and comfortable. There's a large bathhouse with hot springs, which was incredibly relaxing. There are two ginkgo trees in the courtyard. Perhaps we arrived a little early, so the leaves hadn't yet turned yellow, but that didn't detract from the beauty. It was perfect for photos and a photo opportunity, and the scenery was stunning! The owner was especially welcoming and attentive, and the breakfast included was delicious. I had a fantastic experience and was completely satisfied!

The location was within 5 min walk to central business arena but it was quiet. The hotel was owned by a family with a cat. Our room was at the highest floor where we could see the whole complex of hotel; golden yellow ginko trees, dried golden maize & blessing lanterns hanging around.
The room & facilities were clean & tidy. The hot water shower & toilet closet were quite modern & beyond our expectation. Should give much credits to them.
The owner actively arranged a trip for us @0900 to a mountain to see the mist dissipating in sunlight. Quite amazing.
We enjoyed 2 dinners @the hotel; the ginko chicken soup was so good.
The hotel would always be our priority option.

UUsuário convidado我們訂的房間空間超級大，放兩個20多寸的行李箱完全沒問題，房間可以看到層次分明的山景。
楊老闆一家真的對住客非常友好熱情，做的家常菜乾凈衞生，治癒了我們水土不服的腸胃。早上的米線，中午和晚上的炒菜，我們每一頓都吃的很滿意。
在大廳還有咖啡機，免費水果和水。咖啡豆是老闆自己種的，烘焙的，咖啡特別香，每天早上我都會喝兩杯。
老闆自己有管理鳥塘，推薦！鳥塘的各種佈置很用心思，有多處給鳥洗澡的地方，我們去的兩天，雖然是淡季，但也拍的很開心！
最要感謝老闆一家對我們的熱情招待！楊老闆真的對當地鳥類的瞭解深厚，學到了很多，開車特別很穩，做飯也很好吃。期待下次回百花嶺看櫻花。

AAnonymous UserThis was definitely the most comfortable hostel I've stayed at in Tengchong so far. The hostel environment was great, and seeing the clouds and red houses in the distance every day put me in a good mood. The room had a private bathroom, which was a pleasant surprise. The owner even treated us to homemade steamed buns and peaches from their own yard, which we appreciated. The only downside was having a really strange roommate. She thought it was cold in Tengchong and insisted on leaving the bathroom heater and exhaust fan on, sleeping with the door open. Most importantly, she didn't turn off the lights or even close the curtains at night. As someone with sensitive sleep and a light sleeper, I can understand my frustration. Thankfully, I only had to endure it for one night. When it got too hot to sleep, I turned on the air conditioning. I don't understand why she thought it was cold and just covered herself with a blanket. In this weather, how could I feel cold with the soft, comfortable blankets in the hostel? This unpleasant experience reminded me of my dorm experiences when I was in school, but thankfully it was just a problem during my trip. The hostel was great, and I would definitely choose it again if I had the chance to come to Tengchong.

UUsuário convidadoEverything is nice about this hotel. Location excellent. Service excellent for someone like me who doesn't speak fluent Chinese, Yulin was a great help in looking for transport options to reach and to leave the hotel. Also helped me find a nice affordable tour.
They have a very cute dog who likes to play.
I will most definitively recommend this hotel and if ever I come back to Heshun, I will book again.

MMi_HaWe could see the effort of the hotel team to serve their guests very well, staff was attentive and accommodating.
Kind of compact room but efficient, very clean with no bad odors, shower with great water pressure, we had a relaxing bath after a tiring trip, and had a good rest. Without a doubt, I would return to this hotel.
I will mention 2 points that perhaps went unnoticed by those responsible, with the intention of contributing to getting even better and surely not as a criticism, even so because we were really satisfied with the hotel.
1. The bath towels had a little bit of bad odor, giving the impression that they are not washed professionally or at least washed with disinfectant products, also the white color of the towels already had somewhat grimy colors.
2. grout from the sink and shower box, had a little of mold, which can be removed using products such as bleach water when cleaning.
Which all the best for the hotel team and thank you all

DDaniela KisiThe hotel is beautiful and so are the rooms. Very spacious and clean. The location is great, near main sites, shops and restaurants. The service was great and they helped us out with everything we needed. As this is an Inn located in an old house, the wooden walls are thin, and when we had loud neighbors 2 out of 4 nights we stayed there, they woke us 7am with all their screaming, but that is a minor thing as the place is worth it anyway. We'd definitely here again!

ママサラ（摩訶不思議姉妹）保山には中国珈琲第一村を見るために行きました。
このホテルは珈琲探しの旅に保山へ行った私にはピッタリのホテルでした。
街中にある希音珈琲と言うカフェの経営するホテルなのでフロントでは新鮮な珈琲をハンドドリップで淹れてもらえます（無料）
しかもお部屋にもドリップコーヒーと古樹紅茶が置いてあるおもてなしぶり。
コーヒーカップや茶器に至るまで消毒済みで下着専用の洗剤までお部屋においてあるなど、中国の他のホテルと比べても清潔度が高かったです。
5階には無料で使える洗濯機もあり、そこで干すことも可能。
駅からは徒歩圏内ですが街中からは少し離れています。
でもバスの路線も多く、割とすぐ来るので移動には問題ありませんでした。
希望を言えばホテル宿泊者はカフェで割引が受けられるなどのサービスがあると良いかなと思いました。
カフェもとても雰囲気が良く、オリジナルのフレーバーコーヒーがとても美味しかったです。

PParsa BarhaghiOnly reason I gave a 4/5 for service was it took about 30 minutes to get registered as a foreign guest. Now I know it must not be common to deal with a foreigner here but a simple photo of the passport and figuring out the forms and paperwork on your own would be convenient. The room itself was across the street from the check in lobby, a bit small but did the job well. In the morning I dropped off the room key easily and walked just 10 minutes to get to the railway! Great hotel for budget travelers!
