Best hotel I ever stay. Stayed at Family room, just that the room is small but overall is good. Family room won’t facing the Paris view. Cleanness is tip top, down stair have ******, order room service and foods is delicious as well. Connected to major mall. Swimming pool is goods as well. Service is tip top goods. Free shuttle bus from Airport to hotel. Great service. Good good good. No complaints. I enjoyed my stay at The Parisian.

Four Seasons is always having its reputation and highest level of services. Haven’t been back to Macau Four Seasons for a couple of years whilst rooms and facilities are maintaining highest qualities. Probably it’s not the top picks for travellers given there are so many hotel choices in Macau, I still highly recommend Four Seasons through my experience of staying in most luxury hotels in Macau.

The hotel is located very near to the Macau immigration depots from China Zhuhai and is very well served by taxi. This hotel is a family Hotel where you have everything within the and obviously the ****** is an added attraction for adults.The free bus provided to Macau is also making my stay better but I feel that the starting time should be adjusted to 10 AM instead of 12 noon. I find the serving of popcorn is something which allowed Family having children an added attraction. The checking in counter is also very well staffed and was done orderly and fast. The room is also very comfortable and surprisingly there are a total of 14 minerals water. I surely will continue to stay in the same hotel for my future visits.

Environment: The hotel is in Taipa, close to Macau Airport and Hengqin Port. The decoration is unique and suitable for taking pictures. Hygiene: The room was very clean. I didn't find any hygienic dead spots. There was no peculiar smell in both rooms. Facilities: The facilities are well maintained, and the foot massager is thoughtfully equipped with disposable socks. Service: The service is very considerate. After booking the hotel, the housekeeper will call to confirm the number of people staying and whether there are any special needs. Complimentary private car transfer. I had a temporary change due to my own reasons, and the housekeeper Xiaozong stayed with me to help me find the way. It took more than an hour to arrive at the hotel. Xiao Zong and the driver were very patient. Thank you again🙏 The hotel has a double room and a twin room next to each other. You can book two types of rooms. Please ask the staff to open the middle door, and you will have a large suite, which is very convenient. When you check in, small gifts and children's toiletries are specially prepared for the children, as well as fruit refreshments, and you can take them from the water bar. The kids like it very much. Desserts are provided during check-in, salty snacks and sweets are provided for afternoon tea, and snacks are given when turning down before going to bed. It's so sweet. Even the restaurant has a smart toilet, which is so happy. Duty-free shops are not as good as those in Paris, so you have to go to Paris to buy things. Catering: The Huating on the third floor has few people, fresh ingredients and good taste. Breakfast can be eaten until one o'clock in the afternoon, which is very user-friendly. The child doesn't like shrimp, so he refilled the curry shrimp here three times and said it was delicious. I still wanted to eat it the next day, but it turned into curry beef, and I was still disappointed for a long time. The beef brisket is also very soft when stewed. During this trip to Macau, I stayed in 5 hotels. I didn’t consider the price, but ranked them based on my stay experience. We were upgraded to the Eiffel Tower view suite and the staff there was really helpful and friendly. We arrived at 12 pm and the room was available. Because it was the Mid-Autumn Festival that day, we were given a box of mooncakes which was really pretty. Conrad also offered us late check out at 2 pm and gave us a free shuttle to the pier when we left. We went down to the pool to chill in the afternoon, but I had to say, the pools were a bit small because they separated them into small pools, other than that, it was a nice experience - we had free sugar cane drinks and a snack as welcome drinks. When I came back to the room that night, there was a plate of Portuguese egg tart and fruits for us. The next morning, we had a bath with bath salts provided. I brought my own one-time bath cover for hygiene purposes. We were thrilled with the service provided and would recommend anyone to stay.

We arrived at W Hotel at 4:30pm and was told that higher floor with Parisian Tower view room would be ready in 1.5hr. While waiting, we enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and body message on 3/F. The room did not disappointed me. New and trendy. Shuttle bus frequency and drop-off locations need to be enhanced.

The room is very big! Completely intelligent! The welcome fruits and desserts are amazing! The Figure 8 Ferris Wheel🎡 is well worth experiencing, and the hotel’s business and dining options are also very rich! But in comparison, the hotel's service is what needs to be praised most. The dedication, professionalism and patience of Xiaomai and Xiaohuang are admirable. They say it without shame, beating other hotels in Zhuhai by several blocks! If I have the chance to come to Macau again, I will definitely choose this restaurant!

Environment: In Taipa, close to Macau Airport and Hengqin Port. It is separated from the Parisian and Venetian hotels by a road. There is a sky corridor on the second floor of the Londoner, and you can go to the Parisian to buy things. The Royal Garden is in the same building complex as the Londoner Hotel, and the duty-free shop here is smaller than that of the Parisian. The machines in the ****** can directly use Hong Kong dollars, otherwise you have to exchange them at the counter. Facilities: The room is fully equipped with smart toilets and full-body massage chairs. There is a massage room, and you can have someone massage you for an additional fee. All facilities are well maintained and clean, the rooms are spacious and bright, and there is no peculiar smell. The Knight Suite we booked has one king bed, one twin bed, and three bathrooms. All drinks in the water bar are free, and there are three large drawers of snacks, welcome snacks, and free refills. Service: Yuyuan's service is very considerate. The housekeeper will contact you in advance and provide free pick-up and drop-off. Butler Xiao Xu and concierge came to London to pick us up, checked all our luggage, and took us directly to the Royal Garden. We went directly to the guest room, and the housekeeper came to the guest room to help us check in, which was very convenient. The housekeeper will ask about the itinerary and arrange a vehicle to take us to the attractions. The old man didn't bring a thermos cup, so he gave us two thermos cups as gifts. The housekeeper is on call 24 hours a day. When I returned to the room at night, the housekeeper also put away the bath water, which was super worry-free. Catering: Breakfast is on the 36th floor, there are no people there. Afternoon tea is in the Chinese Garden on the 3rd floor of The Londoner. There is a buffet for breakfast. You have to order lobster, abalone, shrimp dumplings, and water crab porridge with the service staff. The ingredients are very fresh and taste good. Great experience. The water crab porridge at Londoner Hua Ting was a bit salty for us. I just happened to check in here and they were given fruit snacks. The housekeeper saw that the children liked to eat and immediately replenished everything they had finished. The whole family doesn't drink, so I didn't go to the cocktail party in the evening. We stayed in the Knight Suite, which cost 3W a night. Includes breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails. There is also a pick-up and drop-off service. Very satisfied with all aspects of software and hardware. For the first time, I didn’t hear any dissatisfaction from the old man. Among the hotels I have stayed in in Macau this time, my overall ranking is The Londoner Royal Garden - The Londoner - Old Lisboa - Wynn Palace - New Lisboa.

If there’s an option to give 10 stars for this hotel, I would have done so. There’s so much to praise about it. Pros: Location is just 2 mins walk from Cotai West Station LTR Amazing hotel design and amazing room Very friendly and patient staff Room is huge and comfortable Shower screen has privacy function, which allows you to watch the living room TV or have some quiet private time. Toilet seat cover is heated to your desired temperature Toilet bowl has night lights in it for night use Toilet amenities are of good quality Charging ports are wireless, or using just cables to charge. (They are fast charging!!) Bed is super comfortable and they are King sized! Mini bar is FREE for one time. (RED WINE INCLUDED. YES. BEER too) Bedroom slippers are solid rubber/plastic instead of the usual cloth kind. Free lounge access, free flow of food/drinks (didn’t use them as the timing did not match my time there) Nice small comfortable pool and gym Cons Shuttle bus only goes to galaxy macau. To get to airport or ferry you would have to take to galaxy macau before transferring to another shuttle bus. The view is another hotel that is still under construction.

The hotel has just been renovated this year. The facilities are very new. The location is great. It's just near Guanye Street. It's very convenient to eat and drink. The guy at the front desk who checks in is very helpful. I will continue to stay in the hotel next time I go to Macau
