Hotéis Family-friendly em Macau

Although it’s a old hotel but the decor and facilities are still friendly and comfortable. Cleanliness has room to improve especially on the telephone set inside the room. The coffee mugs are plastic which I didn’t expect to see in such an elegant hotel Spa and sauna are nicely maintained, although the resting room inside are too busy decorated. Hope to have wet face towel for the sauna guests in the future.

This hotel should be in a better location. Nevertheless, it was a hidden gem to be discovered! It has its own charm and personality! A true Roosevelt treasure! Kudos to all the congenial staff and service crew! Keep up the good work! Cheers!🥂👍

Family of 5 (3 adults and 2 kids) booked two rooms. One room was available at 3pm, however the other room we had to wait until 6.20pm! Which was frustrating as check in time was supposed to be 3pm and it delayed our plans. 1st room was fine with no issues. However, the second room really smelled of cigarette smoke. We had asked for a non smoking room so this was very disappointing. We called reception straight away and after an hour of sorting they managed to find us another room. They reassured us that their housekeeping had checked the new room to ensure no smoke smelt. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the new room there also had cigarette smoke. With small children we cannot just suck it up and stay in the room. We called reception again and they came to investigate and put in an air purifier machine. By the time this was done it was near 9pm. They did leave a bowl of fruit for us 😊 and the next day they called to check everything was okay. Overall the kids loved the hotel. Waterpark was amazing, shuttle bus was great and loved all the Sanrio displays everywhere.

Best hotel I ever stay. Stayed at Family room, just that the room is small but overall is good. Family room won’t facing the Paris view. Cleanness is tip top, down stair have ******, order room service and foods is delicious as well. Connected to major mall. Swimming pool is goods as well. Service is tip top goods. Free shuttle bus from Airport to hotel. Great service. Good good good. No complaints. I enjoyed my stay at The Parisian.

This is a unique and historical hotel in Macau. It is located in the middle of Macau, all within walking distance to major attractions and historical site. The room is huge, comfy with all the luxury amenities on offer. Love the bath / shower with foot massage in the ensuite bathroom. Will definitely return in the future.

Having a night stay at the Venetian was an absolute delight. As soon as I stepped into the room, I was immediately captivated by the awe-inspiring view of the iconic Macau landscape. It served as a magnificent backdrop and truly showcased one of Macau's most renowned attractions, leaving an indelible mark on me as a tourist. The breakfast experience surpassed all expectations, offering a wide array of restaurants to choose from. With our one-night stay, we had the opportunity to indulge in a variety of cuisines served in different establishments. It was a truly delightful and invigorating experience, made even better by the attentive hotel staff who promptly catered to our every need. We are sincerely grateful for their exceptional service.

Lovely stay with a great view during our 2d1n trip to Macau. The ****** is linked across all hotels within the area and it was a short walk to taipa village for dinner. See pic for our room view.

Hotel has been opened for a while, but staff seems not familiar with the facilities within the hotel complex. One of the restaurants, Mesa, is located on the third floor which is the same floor as the garden. I had reservation at the restaurant and left my room 10 minutes before thinking that I should be there on time. However, they did not allow access through the third floor. I checked with the security guard on duty and he told me to go to the 2nd floor and go to the east gate direction. When I reached 2nd floor, there was no sign whatsoever showing the direction to the restaurant. I checked with staff working at the shops and they couldn't tell how to get to the restaurant. I ended up spending over 30 minutes to reach the restaurant. Eventually I figured out myself that the simplest access only takes much less than 10 minutes from my room. The consolation was the food, service and ambience of Mesa were all exceptional. It's really worth trying. I believe the hotel has close to 1,000 rooms but the size of the gym was just around 2,000 square feet with not a whole lot of equipment. It is totally out of proportion. There was no steam room or sauna in the changing room. That's a bit below expectation for a 5-star hotel. Isn't it?

We booked 4 rooms in 2 separate bookings and requested for our rooms to be on same floor prior to arrival. Our request was accommodated, check-in staff, Otter (hope i got spelling right) was helpful and recommended us to try their buffet breakfast, he was also kind enough to offer 1-1 which made the offer ” inresistable”. We were not disappointed and enjoyed the breakfast buffet spread very much. Thank you. Location of Grand Hyatt is convenience and the 2nd level is connected to the new Cotai East LRT station. Best hotel we had stayed in Macau, so far. 😊

I really like staying here in Emperor. Been there for how many times already. Will definitely come back!
