"Recentemente me hospedei no MerPerle e tive uma experiência, no geral, agradável. O quarto era limpo, bem projetado, novo e bem conservado. No entanto, uma desvantagem foi o nível de ruído. Meu quarto ficava de frente para a rua e era bastante barulhento. A porta de correr para a varanda não oferecia muito isolamento acústico, o que às vezes dificultava o sono. Se você planeja se hospedar aqui, recomendo ficar em um quarto que não fique de frente para a rua principal."

"Had a wonderful stay at this new hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer a great view. A special shoutout to the hotel staff, who are incredibly helpful and always eager to assist. In particular, Quyen at the reception was fantastic—she checked in on us daily via the hotel's WhatsApp to ensure we were enjoying our stay and had everything we needed. A quick tip: When booking a Grab, drivers can easily miss the entrance slope. If you are getting picked up and your driver seems lost, just ask the front desk—the staff are more than happy to call them and guide them to the lobby. Similarly, when returning to the hotel, keep an eye out and be sure to alert your driver as you approach so they don't drive past the entrance."

"I really liked this hotel! It's large, new, and offers excellent service. Security guards greet guests upon arrival and assist with parking. Hot ginger tea is offered at reception upon check-in, a very nice touch. The hotel and rooms have a pleasant aroma. The room is spacious and bright, everything is clean and new. The bed is huge and comfortable, with crisp white linens and towels. It's clear that every detail has been thought through. The breakfasts are excellent, with a wide selection to suit every taste. There are also several cafes and restaurants within the hotel building, and the prices are quite affordable. We had dinner at the Japanese restaurant, and it was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. I'd also like to highlight the excellent value for money – for the price, this hotel is simply excellent. We received much more than we expected. We hope the hotel continues to maintain such a high level of service; we will definitely be back."

"Khách sạn chưa hoàn thiện xong và nhiều hạng mục còn đang xây dựng, nên sảnh bụi và ồn. Tuy nhiên phòng ốc sạch sẽ và bữa sáng đa dạng. Điểm trừ cực lớn là thiếu biển chỉ dẫn vào sảnh A, sảnh khách sạn bị khuất và không có định vị chính xác khiến cho việc đặt xe taxi khó khăn. Cần khắc phục."

"Great staff all over the resort, always smiling and no rain or cold weather can dampen their moods. My room card was accidentally disabled and just by reaching out to a near by technician, he immediately understood my issue despite language barrier, within 3 minutes someone ran to me to open up the door. The villas are far away from the reception. The surrounding is so beautiful and peaceful. I love that the resort plants their own vegetables. There is a shuttle bus (not very frequent) bringing you to town area which is abt 20+ mins drive away. There is a mini mart in the resort for basics including wine and beers. Very family friendly too as there is a theme park within the resort. The interior of the room(I stayed in a villa) is like the chalet type. If the resort can do minor touch ups to the rooms, this hotel will definitely get its 5 stars!"

"Absolutely loved it! Brand new hotel with the friendliest staff! If you are looking for a place to stay in Da Lat, just book this hotel (at 11 Phan Nhu Thach). It’s amazing and totally worth the money! *Great Location: Super convenient! It’s surrounded by tons of places to eat, and you can easily walk to Da Lat Market and the Hoa Binh area. No need to worry about traffic or catching a taxi. *Super New Rooms: I checked in just 2 days after their opening, so everything was untouched and sparkling clean! The furniture and amenities are modern and high-quality. Definitely book the room with the bathtub—it’s perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking. *Nice Little Details: The balcony has an automatic watering system, and there are 3 elevators so you never have to wait long. The fire safety system feels very professional and safe. Also, for those riding motorbikes, the parking basement slope is gentle and super easy to drive down. *Amazing Staff: The service here is top-notch. Everyone—from the luggage guard and parking staff to the housekeepers—is polite and always greets you with a warm smile. Big thanks to the front desk team who were incredibly cheerful and welcoming from check-in until the moment we got into our car to leave. Special shout-out to Mr. Tu for being so helpful and sweet! *Price: Very reasonable price for such a premium experience. 11/10! I will definitely come back next time I’m in Da Lat!"

"Dalat Palace Heritage Hotel It’s true that the last time we stayed at the Dalat Heritage Hotel was years back. It had a different name then too, when it was, we believe, under a different management. The place was beautiful, with vanished wooden floors, beds with canopies and bath tubs on steady golden legs. Golden taps and fresh looking bathroom tiles. Most importantly, it was clean, the cushioned chairs felt firmed, the rooms & bathrooms brightly lit. It was an equivalent if not better than the Raffles in Spore. We decided in our latest trip to stay at the now Dalat Heritage Hotel for two nights, 23 & 24 July 2025 . We learnt that it had changed hands and while we expected it to have aged, we thought most hotel managements, would have done some upgrade, some renovation some replacements of essentials. Sad to say, our stay was a tremendous let down. I’m trying not to use the adjectives “traumatising experience” and will not offer photos, so that the hotel has an opportunity to spruce it up and bring it to its former glory. The property has too much potential & history to be abandoned by visitors to Dalat. We stepped into a an old, tired looking lobby. Waited a long time to register and was told to expect welcoming drinks which never came. We girls had to use the “ladies. ” another disappointment. It was old, the flush was a pull up lever which almost didn’t work. The taps were tarnished. We finally got into our rooms. The floors were scratched, not quite the varnish, but we thought, it’s ok, a little authenticity, somethings must age. The beds still had its canopy, but the linens looked worn, tired. The little table with its two cushion chairs were well placed, but the cushions were totally worn, we could feel the base of the seat. There was a dressing table, thoughtful… but then there was no light for any lady, vain or otherwise, to apply her war paint. The room was badly lit, no extra lights at the dressing table or anywhere. The stand alone cupboards were large, but dark as well. I almost missed the black hair dryer kept in there, and we couldn’t find the room slippers and had to ask for help to locate it in the cupboards. The most disappointing was the bathroom. It was badly lit as well. The taps were all tarnished and without my glasses, I could see the bits of mould growing around the base of the tap. There was also limescale deposits. The floor tiles were badly worn, and I wish I could say it gave the bathroom a feel of the grandeur of yesterday years ageing gracefully, but hygiene is too important here to do so. The highlight was when we took a shower and stepped into the bathtub supported by “stone legs.” It wobbled continuously and made such a lot of noise that kept the user on edge. Then, we saw it all, the grouting of the wall tiles were caked with black moulds. To top it all, the bathroom had a stench of clogged pipes. It stayed with us like a faithful friend that won’t leave even if we tried pushing him out the door!! Did I mention the mosquitoes that bunked in with us? They bit my friend on the face & eye lid which swelled for 2 days. In the mornings, they sounded the wake up calls around our faces. If it had been possible, we would have cancelled the wake up calls. Breakfast was good. There was a good spread and the chefs behind the counters were friendly and all smiles. However much could be done to train the waitresses, who hid in corners. I asked one of them where the toaster for the bread was, she said there was none. I found it on the second morning. It was there all along. I guess her English needs polishing. Luckily, the porters were friendly and quite quick with umbrellas as it rained the whole 2 days we were there. On the whole, the hotel had a handful of local guests while we were there. I hope they chip in, in encouraging the hotel to relook at its offerings. We would really like to go back, but perhaps, only if someone wrote a review that says otherwise."

"This hotel is absolutely luxurious and magical! 🩷 The Gothic Renaissance design is stunning, with every detail screaming five-star quality. Our room was spacious, incredibly cozy, and beautiful, all crafted from wood. The bathroom and fixtures were perfect. The electronic toilet was super convenient, and the shower was lovely. The bed was ideal – large and fluffy. Definitely get a room with a balcony; you'll adore it! 🩷 Upon arrival, we were greeted with a complimentary delicious cake and fresh fruit. The staff were very attentive, and the housekeeping was top-notch. If you stay here, you'll never regret it. A hotel like this, with such beauty and quality, is a rare find. You won't want to leave afterward; it's just too comfortable. The thermal rooms and sauna are so beautiful, meticulously designed to ensure a wonderful retreat. Breakfast is à la carte, and the barista makes excellent coffee. And the pastries, oh, they're divine – you absolutely have to try them. There's no exaggeration in my review. Even the gentleman who greeted us was wonderful; he helped with our luggage and was very attentive, showing us to our room. Everyone here smiles and is genuinely happy to see you. The mini-bar even stocked rare and delicious imported beer. Renaissance-era paintings are everywhere. The entire hotel's design will surely captivate you. We frequently visit Da Lat, and this hotel has truly captured our hearts. 💔 We will definitely be back. Thank you! 🩷"
