Fantastic place! Highly recommended! The hotel feels brand new, with a stylish and well-designed interior. It’s located on a narrow street full of local cafes, restaurants, and bars - and just a short walk from the night market. We really appreciated the check-in process. We were offered a hot artichoke tea upon arrival, and the staff explained everything clearly - where to get filtered water, how to change towels yourself, where to find bathroom essentials, and how to open the front gate after hours. They also shared a super helpful Google Maps list of recommended restaurants and attractions. You can rent a motorbike right at the hotel, which was super convenient! Plus, they offer free shoe dryers and bananas at the reception - small but lovely touches. There’s an elevator, and thankfully it doesn’t beep loudly at every floor (like in many places!). We were also kindly upgraded from an economy room to a standard one - which included a small kitchen area with a sink, electric stove, cooking pot, dishes, and utensils. The room also had a writing desk, chairs, and a wide-screen TV. Inside, everything was spotless and smelled fresh the entire time. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was strong, and the bathroom mirror had built-in lighting. There was also a dehumidifier in the room, which kept the air fresh and completely free of mold or musty smells. Sound insulation was excellent - despite the busy street, we couldn’t hear any noise from outside. The only minor downside (which applies to most hotels) is that you can sometimes hear loud guests in the hallway through the front door. Luckily, they didn’t stay noisy for long. Overall, a wonderful stay - great location, clean rooms, thoughtful service, and excellent value!

New Boutique Hotel on a quaint corner 5 floors in total. V clean room & bathroom. Mattress is relatively hard. Request for a topper. There is a coffee machine in the room with also free bottled water, G7 coffee and tea. I didn’t try so I cannot comment on them. I like the breakfast buffet and dessert provided in the room. the 2-4pm tea is just hot tea and some pastries. Can skip as you can get better ones at cafe. Service by Ciang at Front Office was prompt and helpful in locating shops for me. A special mention is that the Front desk is at G level which is more like a basement and bringing your luggage down is difficult. However Ciang helped me to carry. Location is far from Dalat Night Mkt or GO supermarket on foot. However, Grab saves the day and is very wallet friendly for the 7-8 min drive. I will still be back!

A nice and cozy boutique hotel. Close to dalat futa bus terminal. Walking distance to various cafe or restaurant. 8 mins grab drive to major tourist spot such as lake, night market or GO supermarket. Not a hot spot for backpackers but definitely suitable to couple or family. Love the hotel design. Staff are friendly and helpful. Every time waiting our grab driver to pick us up at lobby, the staff will serve us a cup of hot tea. Free breakfast and afternoon tea are provided. Pool and gym are available.

This hotel is the kind of place that leaves a lasting impression. I spent the most wonderful two nights here with my family. I'm surprised by some Google Maps reviews that mentioned worn-out furniture; on the contrary, the furniture was beautiful and new. The staff were professional, incredibly polite, helpful, and welcoming to all nationalities. I highly recommend it to every Arab traveler – don't hesitate for a moment to book here! The breakfast was excellent and varied, though it could use a little more diversity. They absolutely delighted me by celebrating my birthday with my family during breakfast, amidst other guests, with a simple yet delicious cake. I'm so grateful for that lovely gesture 🥹💕. Despite its distance from the city center, they offer complimentary shuttle service for guests from the center to the hotel and back, so you can enjoy shopping and sightseeing in Dalat more. Just pay attention to the bus schedule. This will be my and my family's first choice whenever we visit Dalat in the future 🤗. Very friendly service throughout the hotel staff, especially the front desk, Ms Thuy & Ms Doan. I love the 30-minute voucher for the spa service, Ms Suong and Ms Nhi were the best choice for their foot massage technique。 We highly recommend this hotel for its location and service.

I love it. We had a chance to upgrade our room to premier (although only on the third day, but still, it was a great deal). Good breakfast, and normally it is a buffet, but if there are too few guests, is it a la carte. It is the best hotel around (we've checked a few nearby, and they are much worse (conditions of the rooms, beddings, etc) Sometimes it was very difficult to communicate with some of the staff, even with a translator, and it feels like I was talking to the alien, so be patient))

This hotel needs a rebuild, or at least a comprehensive renovation. It's highly overpriced in its current state, perhaps still attracting guests like me by the Muong Thanh name. Almost everything is old and worn out. There is only one reachable power socket in the room, not on the bedside. One bedside table lamp had a broken inline switch, which hangs out of view, and is a shock hazard as one touches it. When I reported this, they just took the lamp away. I had to ask for a replacement again as that was the only nighttime light one can reach. The bathroom is very dimly lit, shower flow feeble, and shower gel and shampoo too little even for one person. No conditioner. Breakfast service is mediocre. Empty dishes and coffee carafe were not replenished even after 15 minutes. After someone spilled coffee, nobody came to clean it up.
