This hotel deserves a 10 out of 10! Everything is absolutely perfect. From the very first moment, you can tell they poured their heart and soul into this place. The room was spotlessly clean, fresh, and literally sparkling. A huge thank you to the staff for such a high standard and care for their guests. The room was very bright, spacious, and incredibly cozy—so much so that I didn't want to leave. A special pleasant surprise was the projector in the room—it made the evenings especially atmospheric. The large balcony with a stunning view of the city has become one of my favorite spots, and the sunsets from there are simply unforgettable. Breakfast—a wide selection of dishes, everything fresh and delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay! I will definitely come back again and will gladly recommend this hotel to others.

Bombo Hotel is in a fantastic location - close to everything. You can easily walk down to the night market, the lake, and other attractions, yet it remains quiet because the hotel sits slightly uphill. This was especially important during the holidays, when people were celebrating all night. The hotel is right on the road, so it’s very easy to reach by car - no need to drag heavy suitcases up or down narrow paths. The room looked exactly like in the photos - clean, cozy, and very pleasant. The facilities were new and everything worked well. The breakfast was truly delicious! What I didn’t like as much: - something in the shower was leaking, so there was often water on the floor; - for two guests there was only one pair of rubber slippers and just small single bottles of shampoo and shower gel; - on our last morning we discovered the windows faced a school, and we were suddenly woken at 7 AM by the morning assembly; - there was no heater in the room, and hot water came from a small water heater that didn’t last very long (although this may be typical for the region). Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel!

I always stay in this hotel when I come to Dalat. Clean, cozy rooms and friendly staff. 💝

The apartment had a lovely city view from the balcony. The furniture looked new and stylish. The staff were kind and always ready to help with anything I needed.

I arrived at the hotel before 6 AM because my bus arrived early, and the gate was closed. As soon as I contacted them via WhatsApp, they responded immediately and even allowed me to freshen up. Although the official check-in time is 2 PM, they kindly let me check in at 12 PM. Both receptionists were extremely polite and helpful. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. There are plenty of food options within a 5-minute walk, and the hotel is only 10–15 minutes from Xuan Huong Lake and the night market. Overall, an excellent stay—I would definitely choose this place again when I return to Dalat!

Innecessariamente inconveniente. Avalio a quarto de 4 pessoas com varanda. Muitos locais de alimentação, espaço, mesa e cadeiras e dois espelhos no quarto, as camas são espessas, apenas duas para 4 pessoas, mas acho que são para casais. Com: Os calças interiores estão me magoando com cadA Passo, há muitos Passos para o nível -2. Não podemos tirar-os porque o chão está frio. Quando você VAI para a casa de banho ou chuveiro, você TEM que trazer o Papel de banho, toalha, roupas de champô, etc. do SEU quarto, fechar o SEU quarto, trazer as chaves, ... *** Você Precisa de um gráfico de orgânica e UMA lista de verificação para Tomar um poop. A Luz não Pode ser desligada Da cama, e quando você Entrar no quarto, você deve chegar primeiro atrás Da porta. Após as 8h, você TEM que abraçar um pouco a porta. Não existem informações de Wi-Fi armazenadas na aplicação ou no quarto. Super Inconveniente, contrate alguém para melhorar o fluxo(ou seja, a pessoa japonesa)!

Расположение в конце узкого и длинного переулка. Парковка на 2 машины всего. Виды на теплицы) Завтрак делают под заказ: не наешься как в привычном шведском столе. Полотенца нормальные можно попросить - принесут. Кондиционер только охлаждает, отопления нету никакого. Одну ночь было +6, нам принесли доп одеяла по просьбе.

My friends and I stayed here for 6 days for a wedding. The room itself is spacious, with a beautiful view outside. The bed was comfortable, and big. Really appreciated that. The cleaning staff were so helpful and quick to any requests I had. The request I did have often was to clean my bathroom floor as the water comes out the drain in the shower and to the whole floor of the bathroom, going to the drain by the toilet. The staff said this is a common issue as the hotel is old. So they mentioned that it can be cleaned when I needed it and it was so problem averted, however it can be inconvenient if you don't have the patience for this. Esp at night if you want to have a late shower, you will walk on a wet floor after that in the bathroom. My friends however in the 3 other rooms, did not have this issue. It was only my room. The hotel is very beautiful and the aesthetics do make you feel like you are in some olden royal venue. Note, there is no conditioner in the bathroom, which is common in Vietnam, ensure you carry this, it is not easy to find outside quickly. There are local coffee shops, restaurants and laundry services in and out the hotel. At the hotel they were quick and affordable for laundry. There are no other facilities at the hotel.

Receptionist is very efficient & courteous. Spacious reception & dining area. Room is clean & tidy, but small (no chair, one has to use the bed as chair for the table). Toilet is clean, tidy & quite spacious. However, one of the holder of toilet bowl lid is broken. Facilities inside room: water boiling kettle, wifi, TV (no channel & no remote control), hot shower, toiletries like liquid soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, ear cotton buds, shaver, standing fan, slippers, etc. No hair hairdryer. Nice comfortable bed & pillows. Complementary 2 bottled water, 2 sachets of coffee & 2 tea bags per day. Cafes & restaurants nearby. Safe area. Only complaint: as most hotel in Vietnam, the door & wall of the room are quite thin, & if there is noise from the walkway outside the room, it can be heard very clearly from the room (noise from other hotel guests or room cleaner in the morning). The cleaner will shout from room to room in the morning asking for room cleaning service & this will disturb sleeping guests. When there is no answer, the cleaner will assume that there is no guests inside the room & will open the door using the masterkey. This is not the correct way to do the daily room cleaning service! The management of the hotel should buy tags (request for room-cleaning or do-not-disturb tag) that can be hanged on door knobs as done in many hotels.
