Hotéis em Aqaba com Wifi

We had a very bad experience during check in. Despite explaining that we were very tired & hungry (as it's already almost 8 in the evening), and we just need to check in immediately & have dinner; the staff at the reception denied our confirmed & paid reservation at trip.com. The staff knew that we were very tired, and we even offered to guarantee reservation with our credit card (just so we get the room & can have dinner); but he insisted to keep us waiting until he can get the response from trip.com. After waiting for so long, he said that still no responses from trip.com and he just asked us to wait forever. I got really upset after a long argument with him; and i have to strongly argue with him to give us room & we paid with our credit card for a new reservation. WE NEED A ROOM! I showed him the amount I paid for the Seaview Room charged in USD. (I just realised the next day that he charged me the wrong amount instead of calculating it to USD amount with the correct convertion). So i was charged a wrong amount as I was too tired to check how much he charged me. After a long argument & waiting, he finally gave me the room key; and said sorry for the waiting. They said that they will upgrade the room as an apologies. Just when we were in the room, I found out that they DID NOT upgrade the room. That's exactly the room I booked at trip.com; just I had to pay again with my credit card with a much higher rate! I was to tired to argue with the staff, so I no longer care after calling them saying they didn't upgrade us! This staff didn't even try to change the room; after we said this is not an upgrade. We PAID for this room category at trip.com. Nobody apologies for these so many mistakes from the staffs or management. When we checked out, the manager asked me how was our stay? He was not even aware that WE HAD ISSUES that they denied our paid & confirmed booking! Trip.com finally settled this issue with the hotel, and the hotel returned our overpaid credit card charged. Trip.com apologies a few times, they made many efforts to call us a few times. But the hotel & the management acting as if nothing happened! Is this really how a 5 stars hotel service? Luxury what? They treated us like a homeless person begging for room! So UNACCEPTABLE! I have never experienced staying in a 5 stars hotel with such a BAD service like this! This is the worst in our history of travel! This place must keep their act together! Learn hospitality BETTER! Overall, we were very disappointed, & this place is far from Luxury Collection, it's a CHEAP collection!

Роскошный отель! Свежий ремонт и обстановка! Запах отеля - восторг! Потрясающее качество постельного белья и есть выбор подушек. Классный пляж с белым песком, но вода освежающая. Потрясающие завтраки и ужины в ресторане. Тирамиссу лучше , чем на родине десерта:) была ситуация когда понадобился градусник, а на помощь подошел медик отеля, провел короткий осмотр. Благодарим за заботу!

Hotel magnífico perto do centro da cidade, mas não há muito a fazer. O hotel é um lago de paz onde você está cortado do mundo, você vestir-se como você deseja o que não é necessariamente o caso no exterior. A praia privada é pequena, é uma pena que não se possa aceder aos outros hotéis (des muros delimitam os hotéis) Pequena zona de banho porque todos os barcos passam perto. Pour un 5* les cordeaux troués c’est moyen. Se não, tudo o resto é óptimo. O buffet do pequeno jantar é enorme e variado. Contudo, os restaurantes são caros e não superior em relação à qualidade no centro da cidade. Deviam ter criado um restaurante em si mesmo como a manhã.

It is a brand-new hotel and is located in the central area of Aqaba with many shops around. The staff there are very helpful in providing tourist and transport information and show respect when receiving various feedback from guests.

Отель в целом отличный, но уже немного уставший. Стоит учитывать: бассейны зимой работают до заката, есть крытое джакузи и бани (раздельное для мужчин и женщин; работают до 23:00). В отель можно пронести одну бутылку алкоголя и запечатанные продукты из магазина. Еду из ресторанов за пределами отеля приносить нельзя.

Temos UMA estadia maravilhosa no Hotel Alena, em Aqaba.A partir do momento em que chegámos, o pessoal era incrivelmente amável e útil. Eles nos permitiram verificar cedo e até nos upgradaram para um quarto mais espaçoso, que era uma bela surpresa! A localização do hotel é perfeita, tudo está a pé, incluindo restaurantes, lojas e principais atrações da cidade.A limpeza, conforto e serviço excepcional tornaram a nossa estadia realmente agradável. Recomendamos este hotel e definitivamente ficará aqui novamente na nossa próxima visita a Aqaba!

كل شيء على مايرام ولكن واجهة مشكلة بعدم توفير المتطلبات مثلا تواصلت الصباح مع موظف الاستقبال وطلبت تنظيف الغرفة وتبديل الحذاء (تم التنظيف لكن لم يتم توفير الحذاء) في المساء طلبت توفير الحذاء واجاب الموظف ((حالا)) ولم يتم توفير طلبي

No-nonsense, no-frills, a practical hotel. Good location, was given a room with the window to the walled rooftop so that was not so great, but clean and comfy enough and helpful reception.

The hotel is within walking distance of the beach. There's a large parking lot nearby, and a currency exchange and many shops on the ground floor. The bed was clean, although there were some small stains. The walls near the room entrance were dirty. Breakfast wasn't very diverse, but it was on the top floor with a beautiful sea view. We stayed for two nights; housekeeping was offered daily, but we declined, only taking the water. There's a mosque nearby, so you'll hear the morning calls – something to keep in mind if you're a light sleeper. We accidentally broke a mug and reported it to reception, but they didn't charge us a fine.

The hotel is beautiful and huge, but the swimming pools are very small and not enjoyable, and the sea beach is very small. The staff are wonderful and helpful
