"中文在下面。 Although I had booked an ocean-view room, I was given a city-view room when I checked in. After carrying an 18 kg backpack all the way to my room, I realized the mistake and had to carry it back downstairs to the front desk. What made it even more frustrating was that the receptionist had already copied my passport during check-in, yet they asked for my reservation name and when I had made the booking all over again. It took more than 10 minutes before they finally gave me the ocean-view room I had originally reserved. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the room barely worked. I asked the hotel staff to check it in the early evening, but when I returned to my room at 10:00 p.m., no one had come. Instead, I was told that the second floor naturally has the weakest air conditioning in the hotel, and that there were no other ocean-view rooms available. They offered to move me to a different room, but I specifically booked an ocean-view room because I wanted to enjoy the view. Then, at 11:15 p.m., the front desk called again to ask if I wanted to change rooms. Honestly, I don’t think it’s appropriate to disturb guests that late at night. Another disappointing detail was that after we finished the two bottles of water we had paid extra for, the hotel charged us again when we asked for more drinking water. Overall, the ocean view was beautiful, but my stay was disappointing due to the poor service and the issues with the room. 明明定了海景房卻在入住的時候給了我沒有海景的房型，身上背了18公斤的包包，好不容易到了房間才發現是市景房，背著包包又到樓下，櫃檯人員明明第一次已經copy過我的護照，卻又再一次問我訂房大名，問我什麼時候訂的房間，花了十多分鐘的時間才終於給了我海景房。 結果房間冷氣非常不冷，傍晚請飯店的人去檢查，晚上10點回到房間飯店完全沒有人來檢查，卻跟我說2樓本來就是冷氣最弱的樓層，但是他們也沒有其他的海景房可以給我了，他提供了我換房間的服務，但是我訂的就是海景房當然希望可以看到海景。晚上11:15櫃檯人員居然又打電話過來，問我要不要換房間，老實說我覺得這個時間點真的不應該再打擾房客，另外付的兩瓶水喝完了跟飯店要他會跟你收錢。總之住了兩個晚上雖然海景很美，但整體體驗不是很好。"

"Kempinski – that says it all. Everything was absolutely top-notch. I don't even have a bed this comfortable at home, and the duvet, pillows, and linens were simply divine. The only downside is that you can't bring any outside food or drinks in. Beer in Aqaba is cheap and good, but the hotel bar only had two types, and they cost 8 JD each (whereas in a store, it's about 2 JD)."
