"É um tipo de resort relativamente mais barato, ainda bastante caro, mas era mais barato do que os outros grandes hotéis à beira-mar na área de Onna. Também fica perto de carro da Caverna Azul, e foi por isso que o escolhi. Fiquei em um quarto no térreo, então não tive muita vista (a vista do ”jardim”), mas há um pátio, mas se você ficar nos andares mais altos, deverá ter vista para a praia e o oceano. A praia fica a poucos minutos de caminhada pela pequena floresta e é uma pequena praia particular fechada com um pequeno recife, muito bonita. Posso praticar snorkel, mas só fiquei perto da praia, então não vi muita coisa na água. O quarto é limpo e espaçoso, mas a decoração é datada. Há também um pequeno restaurante de hotel que serve café da manhã em estilo buffet, e eles também vendem equipamentos de mergulho com snorkel no pequeno saguão. É mais conveniente se você dirigir para chegar lá, mas eles cobram 1.000 ienes por dia pelo estacionamento, o que eu realmente não gostei."

"Let me start with the conclusion: I stayed here for 5 nights and 6 days alone, and I highly recommend it! First, the location is fantastic – it's tucked away in a quiet spot but still very central. It's just a 3-minute walk from the Tsubogawa tram station, making it super convenient to get to Kokusai Dori or the Prefectural Office, either by walking (about 10 minutes) or taking the tram. Plus, Don Quijote is right next door! The front desk is on the 5th floor, and I was greeted with such warmth from the staff during check-in. The room itself is really well-designed. One afternoon, I came back and opened the door to see the afternoon sun streaming onto the desk, chair, and bedside, creating such a cozy, home-like atmosphere. The main reason I chose Tokyu Stay is that the rooms come with a drum washing machine. For someone like me who always visits Japan for more than 10 days, this means I can refresh my clothes anytime, which is incredibly convenient for the rest of my trip. And you don't have to worry about the washing machine disturbing anyone; I tested the 2-hour wash and dry cycle, and there was hardly any noise. As for breakfast, even though the area isn't huge, there's always a little something different each day, which is a big plus. However, I do have a small suggestion: in the heated food section, like where the toast is, it would be great to add a 'hot' sign. The first time I reached for it, I accidentally touched the heated area, so just a little heads-up, haha. The hotel facilities are very comprehensive, the room is spotless, and the size was just perfect for me. In summary, my experience at Tokyu Stay for these 5 nights and 6 days was absolutely wonderful. If I come to Naha again, I'll definitely be booking here."

"The front desk staff were very friendly and they even offered valet parking. In the lobby, there were complimentary amenities and drinks for guests to take freely. The room was quite spacious, and most importantly, it was clean and bright. It's only a 3-5 minute walk from the subway station, and there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which is super convenient."

"First off, the location is incredibly convenient, whether you're heading to the airport, ferry terminal, or Kokusai Street. The room was new and perfectly fine. For just over 500, the price was really good value. However, the front desk is basically self-service; there are no staff members to assist you, only friendly employees who will guide you to use the iPad for check-in. They are very strict about not giving out rooms before 3 PM, so you have to store your luggage in a locker yourself. And when we needed to add another room last minute, the three front desk staff couldn't even process a walk-in booking on the computer; they told us to book through an OTA. Their problem-solving skills were non-existent. I'd come back again, but I wouldn't recommend it, even though a lot of Hongkongers stay here."

I even turned it into a mini photo studio and captured some beautiful family portraits of my wife and our 3-month-old baby. My wife was over the moon with the results! 🍳 Breakfast That Delights Every Palate The breakfast spread was phenomenal—offering both Western and Japanese options, all bursting with flavor. The cheese selection and homemade yogurt with honey were standouts. Don’t miss them! 📍 Prime Location Just a minute’s walk from Kokusai-dori (国際通り), the hotel is perfectly located for last-minute shopping or grabbing essentials. Super convenient and central! 🍽️ Vibrant Evenings As the nearby streets settle into a peaceful hush and most restaurants wind down with only a handful of diners, the lobby restaurants at Southwest Grand Hotel remain buzzing with energy. The lively atmosphere, filled with cheerful faces and clinking glasses, speaks volumes about the quality and charm of the hotel’s dining experience. 💭 Still Dreaming About It Overall, our experience at Southwest Grand Hotel was truly delightful. Even now—almost a month later—I can still recall every moment with vivid clarity. If it weren’t for the limited parking, I’d confidently call it Michelin-worthy! This hotel is an absolute hidden gem, and without a doubt, I’ll be staying here again on our next visit to Okinawa!"
