"Hotel aconchegante e agradável. Somos uma família de 4 pessoas e as 4 camas de solteiro eram boas, macias e bem grandes e confortáveis. O quarto também era espaçoso. Se você ficar mais dias, o quarto só é arrumado a cada 3 dias. Eles fornecem produtos de higiene pessoal self-service (fluxo livre) que podem ser retirados no balcão de check-in. Papel higiênico, chinelos e pente também são de fluxo livre. O gel de banho, xampu e condicionador também são bons. O banheiro tem banheira. Se você estiver alugando um carro, precisará verificar o processo de estacionamento com mais cuidado, pois há apenas 4 estacionamentos associados ao hotel. Há outro estacionamento público na área que é relativamente barato, mas você precisa depender da sorte para disponibilidade. Há um Lawson próximo para que você possa pegar as compras de que precisa de lá. Essa é a vantagem, pois não há muitas outras comodidades por perto. O serviço precisará depender de quem você tem de plantão. Como fiquei uma semana. Tivemos uma variedade de pessoas de serviço muito simpáticas e outras que não são tão pacientes, pois muitas vezes têm dificuldade para entender inglês. Ainda bem que tem o Google Tradutor, senão..."

"Próximo do terminal portuário Tomar. A limpeza e as instalações são boas, conforme seria esperado em um hotel desse porte. Um dia optamos por tomar café da manhã avulso, o que foi informado como sendo servido até as 11:00 horas, com last order até as 10:30. Às 10:16 percebemos que iniciaram a retirar plaquinhas de identificação dos pratos, algumas travessas que ainda continham alimentos foram sumindo aos poucos. Até entenderia que não houvesse reposição a partir de determinado horário, mas não que travessas que continham comida fossem sendo retiradas quando ainda se estava no horário do café da manhã. Mas o ponto mais fraco mesmo está na recepção. Algumas funcionárias eram mais atenciosas, mas outros nem um pouco, o que foi chocante considerando-se a usual alta qualidade de atendimento a que estamos acostumados no Japão."

"The hotel is located near the Makishi station with 2 convenience store near by. Hotel offer ticket for welcome beer, the Orion band. You can redeem it in the bar near the lobby. Also, it is close to the Kokusai dori and go for food and find other staff there. The staff are nice and helpful too."

"I did enjoy the stay there. It is at the Kokusai dori shopping street with 10 minutes walking distance to the Prefectural Office Subway Station. It’s surrounded by shops and restaurants so very convenient - even a 711 at downstairs and a restaurant at basement. It allows auto check-in and check-out. The single room is a bit small but still cozy. Considering the price I would say it is really good for the value."

Super convenient and central! 🍽️ Vibrant Evenings As the nearby streets settle into a peaceful hush and most restaurants wind down with only a handful of diners, the lobby restaurants at Southwest Grand Hotel remain buzzing with energy. The lively atmosphere, filled with cheerful faces and clinking glasses, speaks volumes about the quality and charm of the hotel’s dining experience. 💭 Still Dreaming About It Overall, our experience at Southwest Grand Hotel was truly delightful. Even now—almost a month later—I can still recall every moment with vivid clarity. If it weren’t for the limited parking, I’d confidently call it Michelin-worthy! This hotel is an absolute hidden gem, and without a doubt, I’ll be staying here again on our next visit to Okinawa!"
