we were so pleased with the rooms after we stayed at Mr Kinjo in Onna. Their rooms were equipped with washer and dryer. The hotel is so new and clean. The wives were amazed by the dressing table with lighted mirrors. The kitchen even equipped with utensils and cutlery and everything was so clean. Location was also excellent. The owner was super friendly and gave us coupons for the parking. some suggestions: we were only provided with one set of keys so the 2nd person couldn't even go into the building without password or key to the gate.Holder of Shower sprinkler was not near the bath tub but away on the other side, not sure if this is JP standard. Rest was impeccable!!! in conclusion, we will come back again.

Our extra day in Okinawa became one of the most memorable parts of our trip—all thanks to this incredible hotel. 🛏️ Stylish & Photogenic Rooms The room was modern, chic, and absolutely Instagram-worthy. I even turned it into a mini photo studio and captured some beautiful family portraits of my wife and our 3-month-old baby. My wife was over the moon with the results! 🍳 Breakfast That Delights Every Palate The breakfast spread was phenomenal—offering both Western and Japanese options, all bursting with flavor. The cheese selection and homemade yogurt with honey were standouts. Don’t miss them! 📍 Prime Location Just a minute’s walk from Kokusai-dori (国際通り), the hotel is perfectly located for last-minute shopping or grabbing essentials. Super convenient and central! 🍽️ Vibrant Evenings As the nearby streets settle into a peaceful hush and most restaurants wind down with only a handful of diners, the lobby restaurants at Southwest Grand Hotel remain buzzing with energy. The lively atmosphere, filled with cheerful faces and clinking glasses, speaks volumes about the quality and charm of the hotel’s dining experience. 💭 Still Dreaming About It Overall, our experience at Southwest Grand Hotel was truly delightful. Even now—almost a month later—I can still recall every moment with vivid clarity. If it weren’t for the limited parking, I’d confidently call it Michelin-worthy! This hotel is an absolute hidden gem, and without a doubt, I’ll be staying here again on our next visit to Okinawa!

Room was very clean and neat. About a 10 minute walk to Tomari Port, and about 15 minute walk from one end of Kokusai-Dori shopping street. There's a lot of izakayas and eateries to try around the area as well! There were 2 car parking lots on the ground floor, and it cost 1000 yen per night to park. There are also other paid parking lots around the building, and they can provide some info on that at reception. Laundry detergent was 50 yen for a small packet (1 wash), and softener was about 100 yen. Washing machine and dryer in the room worked very well. One thing I would say is that I did message them on Trip.com regarding parking more than a week before my stay and didn't get a response until the day before my stay, where they only asked me what time I'd be checking in. Not sure if this was a Trip.com issue. But overall, great place to stay, would recommend, especially if you are catching an early ferry from Tomari Port to one of the islands for the day :)

Um hotel muito econômico localizado na estação Kokusai-dori Makishi. Basta sair da estação de monotrilho e virar à esquerda. O atendente é atencioso e entende inglês simples, facilitando a comunicação. O quarto era limpo e confortável, e o banheiro era muito limpo. O preço incluía um café da manhã leve, que valeu muito a pena. No entanto, o banheiro compartilhado tinha um leve cheiro de urina, o que foi um pouco detrator. No geral, é muito adequado para mochileiros novatos que são novos em Okinawa.

Estou viajando para Okinawa sozinho e quero escolher um hotel que seja conveniente e fácil de encontrar. Quando vi que este hotel tinha um quarto individual, decidi escolhê-lo. Primeiro de tudo, a localização é muito boa. É apenas uma curta caminhada em frente ao escritório do condado, o que é muito conveniente para ir a Kokusai-dori ou se reunir para uma viagem de um dia! Lawson e 711 ficam no primeiro andar, e há restaurantes chineses e farmácias do outro lado da rua. No Lawson, você pode usar a porta lateral passando o cartão do seu quarto. Hahaha, é muito legal 😋 Então o quarto é menor do que eu pensava, especialmente a área do primeiro andar, que mal dá para se esticar. O quarto é pequeno o suficiente para uma mala, mas a área de dormir no segundo andar é bem grande. O quarto é pequeno e arrumado, com uma escrivaninha espaçosa, que geralmente é suficiente para uma pessoa. O serviço do hotel também é muito bom ~ A equipe da recepção me recebeu com muita paciência, e eu consegui me comunicar em inglês. O check-in e o check-out foram muito tranquilos. Não precisa se preocupar com a segurança do hotel. Você pode passar seu cartão para entrar no elevador, e geralmente há alguém na recepção. De qualquer forma, estou muito satisfeito. Amigos que viajam sozinhos podem considerar este.

O Naha Seaside Hotel é geralmente bom e é um hotel 3 estrelas. Está convenientemente localizado perto do aeroporto e é acessível pela Estação Asahibashi do monotrilho. Os quartos são espaçosos e têm varandas, algumas com vista para o mar. O café da manhã é rico em iguarias locais, o serviço é atencioso e a equipe é entusiasmada e multilíngue.

O check-in é uma bagunça! É um sistema de autoatendimento e não há funcionários por perto. A porta principal está trancada e requer uma senha para destrancar. Nunca recebemos a senha, portanto não pudemos entrar. Tentamos ligar para o número de atendimento ao cliente na porta, mas o atendimento ao cliente me disse que eles não trabalham mais com este estabelecimento e me deram outro número para contato. Liguei para o outro número e a pessoa não tem ideia sobre este hotel! Eles tentaram me dar outro número para contato! Felizmente, conseguimos entrar no saguão quando alguém saiu do prédio. Ao usar o sistema de autoatendimento, descobrimos que o número de reserva que tínhamos estava incorreto. Há uma opção de atendimento ao cliente no sistema que nos ajudou a falar com um ser humano que realmente sabe de alguma coisa. O agente de atendimento ao cliente nos ajudou a fazer o check-in. Outra coisa frustrante é que eles não têm serviço de limpeza ou mesmo toalhas novas para reservas de menos de 4 noites. Isso não nos foi comunicado no momento da reserva. Diz que as comodidades são fornecidas! A localização é boa, os quartos são limpos, mas não ficarei aqui novamente só por causa do pesadelo no check-in.

Para uma cápsula, ter um espaço separado é uma vantagem. A equipe do balcão é muito boa e paciente na apresentação. A localização também é ótima, bem dentro do Heiwa-dori. Ao fazer o check-in, eles descobriram que eu era uma menina e se mudaram eu para o andar só para mulheres. Realmente muito cuidadoso e gostei muito!

Clean room, large enough for room to move and luggage, table and 2 chairs, key lock, large bathroom, laundry, walking distance to Asahibashi station and convenience stores.  Large fridge nd freezer, microwave and teapot were great to have in the room! 👍 Overall, a good room for the price and location. Very simple .  A few free basic supplies available and helpful.

Everything was on point. 3 beds uge tub and shower washing and dryer in your room small balcony ac tv separate toilet was perfect for the price not the best location but for the price worth it
