"前台的小姐姐人很好，主動幫我們免費升級了房間。全屋智能，衹要喊一聲：小包小包，就能開燈開窗簾開電視，智能馬桶，體驗感很好。地理位置優越，今天去遊玩長坪溝衹需要步行幾分鐘就到景區門口，天氣好，一進溝就看到了日照金山，騎了四個多小時的馬，沿路都是歎為觀止的風景，像是行走在畫裏，美極啦。"

"The hotel facilities are complete and clean, with floor heating and equipment for drying personal clothes. The location is very close to the Shuangqiaogou entrance, and the hotel uncle drives guests for pickup and drop-off, which is very convenient. The uncle who drives is very gentle and helps with luggage. Next, the two young ladies at the front desk have exceptionally good attitudes; you can feel their genuine service. When I checked in, they upgraded my room. On the day I checked out, I almost missed my bus back to Chengdu, and one of the ladies helped negotiate with other passengers to let us take the bus first, even bowing to thank them on my behalf. I felt a bit embarrassed but also very touched at the time. The hotel's coffee is delicious, and the young lady delivered it to my room, which was a very heartwarming service. I have wonderful memories from Shuangqiaogou. I hope the owner can commend and reward the two young ladies who worked on September 11th-12th. Finally, I wish the owner a prosperous business and the young ladies happiness every day."

"English review (polished & natural): ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If there were 10 stars, I would definitely give this hotel all 10. Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin, because everything was simply amazing. The location is very convenient, close to Shuangqiao Valley. The hotel itself is beautiful and modern. The heating system works quickly and efficiently, keeping the room very warm, which is extremely important in this area. Oxygen is also provided whenever we had health issues due to the altitude — there was truly nothing missing. During our entire trip from Chengdu until arriving here, this was the first time we met a host who spoke excellent English. She was incredibly kind, patient, and caring. Her husband even drove us around after our original booking was already completed. For the next day, I had booked another hotel. Although the room rate was higher, their conditions were unreasonable, and they even refused to provide transportation. Because we are not familiar with the local language, the owner of ShanShangShan Hotel and her husband went out of their way to help us and communicate on our behalf. In the end, ShanShangShan was the one who took care of us and gave us a ride. Now, as I am lying in another hotel writing this review, I truly regret not staying longer at ShanShangShan. The food here was also delicious, and the chef was extremely friendly and lovely. We felt incredibly comfortable, happy, and relaxed during our stay. Every corner of the room was carefully prepared, thoughtful, and very convenient. This hotel is not just a place to stay — it genuinely feels like being taken care of."

"I chose this place because of its excellent location, directly opposite the entrances to Changping Valley and Haizi Valley. It's incredibly convenient if you're planning to hike either of those trails. From my room, I could directly see the queue for Changping Valley, and after a grueling hike in Haizi Valley, it was a huge relief to just cross the road and be back at the guesthouse. Compared to other establishments in this area, the room facilities were probably the best at the time of my visit (though there might be better ones now). The laundry and drying facilities were also very convenient, with commercial-grade machines. The service was quite good; whenever I had a question, the front desk staff usually provided detailed solutions and were very friendly. If you're too tired after hiking, you can also eat at the guesthouse. The food was decent, and the prices seemed comparable to nearby restaurants. I get the feeling the manager or owner is very dedicated; I always saw him in the lobby, which suggests he genuinely wants to make this place a success. I do have a few minor suggestions: the bathroom sink area lacks a countertop, so there's nowhere to put a small trash can, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, there's no splash guard behind the sink, so water easily splashes onto the nearby bed. The light switches in my room were wired incorrectly, so turning lights on or off was a guessing game every time (this might just be an issue with my specific room, and the owner could look into it). There were no bath mats, and the shower area wasn't recessed, so water easily spilled out. We had to use disposable bath towels as makeshift mats (it feels like the owner might have been short-changed during renovation here). The windows also leaked easily during rain, which over time could lead to significant water damage. I understand that running a guesthouse in a place like Siguniangshan might have its challenges, but these are just suggestions. If you're looking for a picturesque spot for photos, this place is perfect. Every day, I saw people taking photos in the lobby on my way out, and again when I returned in the evening (｡ì _ í｡). My room faced the mountain directly, and at night, the gentle sound of the stream provided a soothing white noise for sleep. Although it's by the road, there's very little traffic at night, so it's quite peaceful."

"ฉันกับเพื่อนรวมทั้งหมด15คน เราจองทั้งหมด6ห้องจากทั้งหมด7ห้อง รถบัสของกลุ่มเราไม่สามารถเข้าถึงที่พักได้ ทางโรงแรมจึงส่งรถไปรับโดยไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่าย แต่พอเช็คเอ้าขาไปส่งโรงแรมคิดค่าใช้จ่าย15คน100หยวน ตอนเช็คอินเพื่อนของฉันจองห้องชั้นบนสุดที่แพงที่สุดแต่โรงแรมเปลี่ยนเป็นห้องราคารองลงมาโดยไม่แจ้งก่อน พอทักท้วงจึงบอกว่าห้องชั้นบนน้ำหยด จากนั้นจึงให้ส่วนลด10%สำหรับห้องนั้นแค่นั้น ส่วนอีกห้องใช้รูปห้องอื่นมาใส่ทำให้เพื่อนเข้าใจผิด ตอนกลางคืนร้อนมากเพราะปรับแอร์ไม่ได้ แม้ข้างนอกจะอากาศหนาว สิ่งที่ชอบที่สุดคือน้องหมาโกลเด้นที่แสนน่ารัก"

"Spacious and oxygenated family room. Comfy and large double beds. A bit outdated bathroom. I thought I had booked a Mountain View side bedroom. Technically there was a mountain but the room was parking and street side so we had some street noise at night and morning. Make sure you book a room valley side. The staff was helpful, patient and helped us plan our day! Big perks: although it is a 20 minutes walk on a large road (sometimes without sidewalk) you can walk back to the hotel from the city. Huge traffic jam during October holidays that makes it impossible to take a taxi. The hikes close by were the best we ever did in China. The children were on horses while we walked by their sides. We bought oxygen bottles and sparsely used them. It was nice though and reassuring with children to sleep with oxygen in the room."
