"Very beautiful hotel in the village, quite remote but the view is superb, there is a direct view of the distance mountain ranges from the hotel balcony. Room is spacious and clean, it is tastefully designed with quality amenities. Hotel owner and staffs are friendly, they pick us up from town and drop us at the scenic area chang ping gou. It was very congested the road to the scenic area shuangqiaogou entrance so we decide to skip and rest at the hotel on the first day."

"English review (polished & natural): ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If there were 10 stars, I would definitely give this hotel all 10. Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin, because everything was simply amazing. The location is very convenient, close to Shuangqiao Valley. The hotel itself is beautiful and modern. The heating system works quickly and efficiently, keeping the room very warm, which is extremely important in this area. Oxygen is also provided whenever we had health issues due to the altitude — there was truly nothing missing. During our entire trip from Chengdu until arriving here, this was the first time we met a host who spoke excellent English. She was incredibly kind, patient, and caring. Her husband even drove us around after our original booking was already completed. For the next day, I had booked another hotel. Although the room rate was higher, their conditions were unreasonable, and they even refused to provide transportation. Because we are not familiar with the local language, the owner of ShanShangShan Hotel and her husband went out of their way to help us and communicate on our behalf. In the end, ShanShangShan was the one who took care of us and gave us a ride. Now, as I am lying in another hotel writing this review, I truly regret not staying longer at ShanShangShan. The food here was also delicious, and the chef was extremely friendly and lovely. We felt incredibly comfortable, happy, and relaxed during our stay. Every corner of the room was carefully prepared, thoughtful, and very convenient. This hotel is not just a place to stay — it genuinely feels like being taken care of."

"The hotel facilities are complete and clean, with floor heating and equipment for drying personal clothes. The location is very close to the Shuangqiaogou entrance, and the hotel uncle drives guests for pickup and drop-off, which is very convenient. The uncle who drives is very gentle and helps with luggage. Next, the two young ladies at the front desk have exceptionally good attitudes; you can feel their genuine service. When I checked in, they upgraded my room. On the day I checked out, I almost missed my bus back to Chengdu, and one of the ladies helped negotiate with other passengers to let us take the bus first, even bowing to thank them on my behalf. I felt a bit embarrassed but also very touched at the time. The hotel's coffee is delicious, and the young lady delivered it to my room, which was a very heartwarming service. I have wonderful memories from Shuangqiaogou. I hope the owner can commend and reward the two young ladies who worked on September 11th-12th. Finally, I wish the owner a prosperous business and the young ladies happiness every day."

"O hotel TEM UMA boa estadia, o quarto TEM UMA boa dimensão, um BOM espaço de entretenimento para OS meios de comunicação social Na TV, e o gerador de oxigênio é apreciado. Uma coisa que não gostamos é que não há toalhas adequadas - apenas as papelarias descartáveis que substituem uma vez por dia. O hotel está muito perto da entrada do vale principal, o que é muito conveniente. Atravessar e sair das outras vales pode levar um pouco de preparação, pois não existe serviço de táxi online e temos de esperar na estrada para um transporte para nos levar. "Jaw-dropping mountain views set the tone for an incredibly romantic early spring stay. Waking up to snow-covered peaks outside our room felt almost unreal, and the restaurant was even more panoramic. The interiors were manicured and cosy with every space designed to frame the surrounding mountains. The amenities were luxe from the Dyson hair dryer to Havaiana flip flops and Voss water, and the complimentary arrival treats were a lovely touch (the little tea cake was delicious). Breakfast and the hot pot dinner were also great and perfect for the cold mountain weather. If you’re visiting Mt Siguniang, this is the kind of place that turns the trip into something really special rather than just somewhere to sleep. Highly recommend"
