Gabriel and Diana are very friendly and helpful and direct. They recommended a lot of local foods, restaurants and local tours too. The location was good coz we can visit local night market in front of the hostel. The hostel is new renovation and a gym inside! Rooftop is good for social with other guests and relaxing. Recommended to stay here coz it is at the middle of the city and a lot of local attractions near the hostel.

Super great hotel. Really clean, nice staff and amazing, I mean amazing, breakfast. The breakfast had so many western and Indonesian options. Even some Chinese options that I was happy to see. They can even make fresh noodles or cook eggs for you. The staff was so accommodating. We went on a three day trip and they let us keep our luggage there for those days. They also helped up to order taxis and figure out how to get train tickets. Next to the hotel is a nice bakery, I enjoyed eating their sweets while drinking some tea provided by the hotel and looking out the window 😊

The location is just off the main street running through Malang, makes the hotel less affected by traffic noise. One of the minor drawbacks of this hotel is the lobby drop off area and minimal availability of parking onsite. The friendliness and helpful customer service can be felt as you step into the hotel, from the security to the receptionist and workers all radiating warm smiles. Our check in process was smooth, we were assisted to find an available room for early check-in before 1pm . The restaurant staff was also attentive and courteous. The hotel felt relatively new, only a couple years old and in great shape. The bedroom had semi firm but comfortable mattrass, with abundant pillows. Delightfully we got a 55” LG Smart Tv, with the to-date streaming services available (Netflix, Disney, Prime, Vidio, Youtube) and also cable tv showing international channels (AXN, Japanese, Arabic, etc). The room felt very cosy for resting after a long day's work or travel. The bathroom, although only had showers and no bathtub, gave great water pressure and hot water. The only complaint from the hotel is perhaps due to the connecting door, we can hear the other room's door closing and opening loudly as well as some talking from the other room. Hotel had an interesting gym for good workout, rooftop cafe/restaurant. Didnt try any of those facilities for this trip but hopefully for my next trip. This is my second stay at 101 and look forward to returning again. Also, right across the hotel is a Sara Bakery, which serves good cakes and bakery products, and has a full restaurant menu also.

Estadia Agradável no HARRIS Hotel Malang Tive uma experiência muito agradável hospedado no HARRIS Hotel Malang. A equipe foi calorosa e acolhedora desde o início, e o processo de check-in foi tranquilo. Meu quarto estava limpo, espaçoso e confortável — perfeito para uma estadia relaxante. A área da piscina era um ótimo lugar para relaxar, e a atmosfera geral do hotel era tranquila e agradável. A localização também é conveniente, com fácil acesso ao centro da cidade e outras atrações. Um ponto que poderia ser melhorado é a seleção do café da manhã. Embora a comida fosse boa, a variedade era bastante limitada em comparação com o que eu esperava de um hotel deste nível. Apesar disso, ainda me diverti muito e consideraria me hospedar aqui novamente. Um bom lugar para relaxar enquanto explora Malang.

Rooms was spacious and clean. The hotel is very clise to the mid size mall.with supermarket and decent restaurants spread. The breakfast was so so though, nothing to shout about. The lady manning the egg station (the one handling the on demand egg request) was a bit slow and dont remember the guests' orders, nor the faces. It created chaostic situation where the order will be passed to the person stabding there waitjng instead of by order sequence. Will be best if the hotel just put up a numbering system or get the guess table for delivery. At least the other lady handling the omellete was quite fast so the it reduced the guest's frustation.

They have variety of food for the breakfast which is great. However, the cafe of the hotel (Napa Eatery & Bar), was not as great. Food took 30mins to serve when my family is the only one there for dinner. The taste of the food was not really on par with the reviews that I've seen. The hotel services is not as great. They reassured us that they will provide the things that are not in the room (example: iron for ironing clothes), but, we did not receive it.

Bom hotel, um pouco fora da cidade, quarto é grande e confortável, quarto é decorado com um BOM look contemporâneo.

設施衹能説是一般話，相當於國內的民宿。晚上房間的隔音不太好，隔壁有人三更半夜在聊天也能夠聽到，但是相對而言瑪琅衹是過站，可以住上一晚。
