This was one of many hotels we looked at but after so many positive reviews about the hotel and the staff it was a no brainer to book and we weren’t disappointed. The staff go out of their way to help you always with a friendly smile. The hotel is clean and adults only makes it a bonus. It’s a 10 second walk from the beach front. The beach is a cove never over crowded and the water is crystal clear and shallow for a long way. Plenty of little shops and places to eat out in this little village. Breakfast in the hotel was good, tasty. Not spoilt for choice but plenty for whatever your tastes. Pool area is great always get a bed. But we mostly went to the beach. There’s a car hire place nearby and a trip to Chania Old Town is an absolute must do. Would come back here again for sure and to this lovely hotel. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful location, beautiful hotel and everyone is very welcoming and helpful. Travelling on my own I felt extremely comfortable and really appreciated the small details like additional locks on the door and ways of ensuring I was not disturbed. Would stay again in a heartbeat and plan to come back.

Die Lage des Hotels ist definitv sehr gut und ein Plus Punkt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und die Dame an der Bar hat uns ein Willkommensdrink gegeben. Das Hotel wirkt am Eingang recht hochwertig und man fuehlt sich gut aufgehoben. Ich würde sagen es hat kein 5-Sterne Niveau, aber so um die 3,5-4 absolut. Das Zimmer das wir bekommen hatten, hatte leider keine Fenster (in der Beschreibung stand es gibt eins). Kein Problem für uns. Unsere größter Kritikpunkt ist, da es in der Dusche keine Tür gab, weil diese entfernt wurde. Somit konnte man leider nicht richtig duschen ohne Wasser nach außen zu spritzen. Als wir es beim Empfang bescheid gegeben hatten, gab es leider nur ein „wussten wir gar nicht“ und lieber ans klingelnde Telefon gehen und den Gast stehen lassen. Wer soll es dann wissen wenn nicht das Hotel, leider somit weit entfernt von 5-Sterne Service. Eine kleine Entschuldigung hatten wir erwartet, und das man sich dem Problem annimmt. Finde ich wirklich Schade, dass man so viel Geld und dann ein Zimmer bekommt, welches nicht dem Standard entspricht und eigentlich nicht auf dem gewollten Niveau ist um an Gäste vergeben zu werden. Zum Glück haben wir nur einen Tag hier verbracht und vorher in einem richtigen 5-Sterne Hotel die Woche verbracht. Ich kann hier wirklich nur overall 3/5 Sterne geben.

Este hotel era perfeito em todos os aspectos, a sala estava incrível, grande, muito limpa e bem equipada.A vista do balcão e da piscina era brilhante! Eu realmente gostei do spa e da piscina interior. O restaurante do hotel também era perfeito, o alimento era realmente bom, mas, mais importante, o pessoal do hotel era muito profissional e as pessoas mais bonitas! Todas eram muito boas para nós e nos trataram tão bem. Eu incluo todos no pessoal, incluindo a senhora de limpeza que também era tão bonita.Tudo isso Pode ter sido a minha melhor férias em um Longo tempo, se não. Eu recomendo Muito este hotel! 來希臘從雅典一路到克里特島伊拉克利翁到幹尼亞，這是最差的一個酒店。 你要是一個1000一晚三星酒店我會覺得你還不錯，但是你自己説自己是五星級酒店一晚2400我會覺得很可笑。 到幹尼亞已經是中午，本來是非常期待入住這一程價位最高的酒店，房間圖片直接看海，我想怎麼也不會比上一個酒店差吧。 靠近酒店就感覺不妙，酒店就在一個靠近海岸線的很擁擠的民居，和海岸線之間還擠着一個住宅樓，如圖一就是酒店前面遮擋的別人家真正的海景房民宿。前台入住之後來了一箇中年女人接待，就不放圖片了，全程最差的就是她。看着客人舟車勞頓不為我安排儘快入住，口頭把條款跟我説一遍，我要是英文特別差我會非常焦慮，入住了房間看到圖一的窗景馬上就傻眼了，房間沒有浴缸就是一個寬敞點的如家精品，你給什麼當地紅酒果盤那都是小恩小惠，沒有一個住五星酒店的客人是衝著你一點小禮物來的，酒店硬件條件差就是最短的短板。然後就是漫長的英文交涉，我可能比較生氣浪費我的時間語速快了一點，前台還聽不懂很多單詞…然後多虧攜程神仙客服，遠程快速把房間處理了，更換了兩次都非常非常一般，不遠萬里前來克里特島我是為了看別人家的太陽能嗎？我是為了看乾巴巴的三線小鎮街道嗎？這個女前台還甩了門還甩了臉子，恕我直言，三星級酒店的硬件，Motel的服務。前面一排民宿都無比友好，我們去海邊玩還問我們要不要喝礦泉水，想要賺錢就要拿出這樣的態度。下午吃完飯酒店經理出來道歉説了一大堆言之無物，最後説免費讓我們吃酒店的全部食物，對於一箇中國客人（世界美食天花板），這吸引力真的不大，而且也不敢在這樣的地方隨便吃手工食物。五星級酒店的硬件設施要求人均綠化娛樂使用面積要達到標準，且客人有任何需求要儘量滿足，一個海邊農家樂怎麼敢説自己是五星級。早餐還可以，擺盤好看但味道一般，隔壁桌客人一堆英國老夫婦一直在説難吃，走的時候也跟主廚投訴了，因為主廚態度很好我們吃完就走了也沒説什麼。總之這個酒店和五星級沒有一毛錢關係，你要是自駕就更不推薦，就在小巷子裏。BTW，酒店最高處就是一個温水池和健身房還有頂樓餐廳，我去了這個建築五層的每一個角落，竟然沒有一個角度可以欣賞完美海景，全部都在看毗鄰民宿的太陽能。你要是有建築限高紅線不如去和人家協商把太陽能放低一點呢，畢竟自詡海景房是吧？！日落本來很美，為了在夾縫中拍下殘陽，也是挺努力的。攜程海外服務是完美的，這酒店是真的不配的，幹尼亞很美，還會再來，這酒店我避雷。

The spa - hamam, sauna and indoor pool (1m deep though?!) is the hotel’s best feature. There is no beach access though, so I went to Nea Hora and Golden beach. Rooms - too small, lack of storage space, complex buttons and unnecessarily complicated console. It was quiet even though I was given a 2nd floor room. The overall signage in the hotel is confusing too. Beds and pillows - huge and comfy. Food - excellent. Massage decent. Toiletries good. Only frontal views are of the sea, but cost 10x more! Otherwise - trash can views!😤 A la carte breakfast - too slow, you eat less, always a misunderstanding… and after you order they take away the menu… Rooftop pool - a scam! Sunbeds always occcupied and need to be booked to see the sunset 🙄 there is another rooftop on 7th floor but after 10min you want to leave, because there are no showers, a pool, toilet or a bar… Staff is young, fakely polite, too slow and not very responsive - obviously trained for certain types of guests (culturally unexperienced). So even to get a locker in the spa you had to wait to be explained how to unlock it (and pass a test?!), even though there are two people at the reception desk. My coffee capsules, sweetener, and teas were not replaced the following morning during the housekeeping visit and a used glass was not washed. The balcony pool is tiny and got a lot of fluff from the street, plus I didn’t feel comfortable using it with it being visible from the street and building right across the street. I was also called at 21:30 (I was asleep?!) to check whether I was satisfied with a complimentary 30min massage (due to the poor room view)… 🤷🏼♀️ I understand that it is a new hotel and they are trying their best but I also paid 800+€ for two nights and was frustrated during 50% of my stay… 😒 I attended a high school for tourism and hospitality, worked as a masseuse, also and worked in 5-* hotels Chania 30 years ago, but stayed in a multitude of 4-5 star hotels worldwide since. Especially in Asia where the service is top notch. Therefore, all of this is not acceptable for such a high price. Yes, the welcome drink is nice, and so is the complimentary massage, but you should do better, Hilton!

Este serviço deve ser jogado por um hotel de Cinco estrelas, e o Hotel Cocaton também o FOI para você.A bagagem é Muito cuidadosa Quando chegou cedo e depois de sair.O serviço de recepção é Muito entusiasmado e paciente para responder às perguntas de consulta. A localização é boa, está à Frente de um antigo edifício Da Chengya, (o edifício está reconstruindo o telhado, que Pode ser um Centro de produtos turísticos) para a Cidade Velha há 2～300 metros, Muito conveniente.Duas Dias de estadia, o preço é valioso. A única coisa que vale a Pena melhorar é colocar Papel de cordeiro sob a lavagem do rosto, e não Pode ser encontrado com cuidado.Sugerir simplesmente colocar no Mesmo quarto.Veja Figura 11.
