This was one of many hotels we looked at but after so many positive reviews about the hotel and the staff it was a no brainer to book and we weren’t disappointed. The staff go out of their way to help you always with a friendly smile. The hotel is clean and adults only makes it a bonus. It’s a 10 second walk from the beach front. The beach is a cove never over crowded and the water is crystal clear and shallow for a long way. Plenty of little shops and places to eat out in this little village. Breakfast in the hotel was good, tasty. Not spoilt for choice but plenty for whatever your tastes. Pool area is great always get a bed. But we mostly went to the beach. There’s a car hire place nearby and a trip to Chania Old Town is an absolute must do. Would come back here again for sure and to this lovely hotel. Highly recommend it.

Este hotel era perfeito em todos os aspectos, a sala estava incrível, grande, muito limpa e bem equipada.A vista do balcão e da piscina era brilhante! Eu realmente gostei do spa e da piscina interior. O restaurante do hotel também era perfeito, o alimento era realmente bom, mas, mais importante, o pessoal do hotel era muito profissional e as pessoas mais bonitas! Todas eram muito boas para nós e nos trataram tão bem. Eu incluo todos no pessoal, incluindo a senhora de limpeza que também era tão bonita.Tudo isso Pode ter sido a minha melhor férias em um Longo tempo, se não. Eu recomendo Muito este hotel! Três vantagens 1. Apenas no Mar 2. Pequeno pequeno-almoço 3. O serviço é BOM e envia pequenos presentes.O resto reduz OS requisitos A Cidade é Muito tranquila, não é Muito adulto. Há dois dias que não Parece que vejo outros Chineses.

Die Lage des Hotels ist definitv sehr gut und ein Plus Punkt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und die Dame an der Bar hat uns ein Willkommensdrink gegeben. Das Hotel wirkt am Eingang recht hochwertig und man fuehlt sich gut aufgehoben. Ich würde sagen es hat kein 5-Sterne Niveau, aber so um die 3,5-4 absolut. Das Zimmer das wir bekommen hatten, hatte leider keine Fenster (in der Beschreibung stand es gibt eins). Kein Problem für uns. Unsere größter Kritikpunkt ist, da es in der Dusche keine Tür gab, weil diese entfernt wurde. Somit konnte man leider nicht richtig duschen ohne Wasser nach außen zu spritzen. Als wir es beim Empfang bescheid gegeben hatten, gab es leider nur ein „wussten wir gar nicht“ und lieber ans klingelnde Telefon gehen und den Gast stehen lassen. Wer soll es dann wissen wenn nicht das Hotel, leider somit weit entfernt von 5-Sterne Service. Eine kleine Entschuldigung hatten wir erwartet, und das man sich dem Problem annimmt. Finde ich wirklich Schade, dass man so viel Geld und dann ein Zimmer bekommt, welches nicht dem Standard entspricht und eigentlich nicht auf dem gewollten Niveau ist um an Gäste vergeben zu werden. Zum Glück haben wir nur einen Tag hier verbracht und vorher in einem richtigen 5-Sterne Hotel die Woche verbracht. Ich kann hier wirklich nur overall 3/5 Sterne geben.

The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a stunning view of Chania. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail in cleanliness and design was impressive. Breakfast each morning was a delight, with a wide selection of fresh, delicious options. I would highly recommend Royal Sun hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and top-notch hospitality.

Great hotel. So nice to be so close to the ocean. Also, breakfast is very good.

O hotel é Muito bom, o Ambiente é bonito, TEM SUA própria Praia, escuta o Mar Na Praia, e o empregado dá água.O serviço é Muito bom. Veja que somos Quatro pessoas que estão no quarto, dámos UMA cama adicionada, e ainda pegamos a coberta no milho, é Muito cuidadoso.

Este belo hotel está localizado Na localização perfeita, a partir Da Cidade antiga, praias e o resto.A suite era bonita.As galinhas são confortáveis.O pequeno-almoço é bonito, simples e bem arrumado.O pessoal é amigável e útil. O pequeno-almoço é tão calmo e incrível.Talvez seja a melhor alojamento para a área e o valor que você recebe.  Obrigado.

The spa - hamam, sauna and indoor pool (1m deep though?!) is the hotel’s best feature. There is no beach access though, so I went to Nea Hora and Golden beach. Rooms - too small, lack of storage space, complex buttons and unnecessarily complicated console. It was quiet even though I was given a 2nd floor room. The overall signage in the hotel is confusing too. Beds and pillows - huge and comfy. Food - excellent. Massage decent. Toiletries good. Only frontal views are of the sea, but cost 10x more! Otherwise - trash can views!😤 A la carte breakfast - too slow, you eat less, always a misunderstanding… and after you order they take away the menu… Rooftop pool - a scam! Sunbeds always occcupied and need to be booked to see the sunset 🙄 there is another rooftop on 7th floor but after 10min you want to leave, because there are no showers, a pool, toilet or a bar… Staff is young, fakely polite, too slow and not very responsive - obviously trained for certain types of guests (culturally unexperienced). So even to get a locker in the spa you had to wait to be explained how to unlock it (and pass a test?!), even though there are two people at the reception desk. My coffee capsules, sweetener, and teas were not replaced the following morning during the housekeeping visit and a used glass was not washed. The balcony pool is tiny and got a lot of fluff from the street, plus I didn’t feel comfortable using it with it being visible from the street and building right across the street. I was also called at 21:30 (I was asleep?!) to check whether I was satisfied with a complimentary 30min massage (due to the poor room view)… 🤷🏼♀️ I understand that it is a new hotel and they are trying their best but I also paid 800+€ for two nights and was frustrated during 50% of my stay… 😒 I attended a high school for tourism and hospitality, worked as a masseuse, also and worked in 5-* hotels Chania 30 years ago, but stayed in a multitude of 4-5 star hotels worldwide since. Especially in Asia where the service is top notch. Therefore, all of this is not acceptable for such a high price. Yes, the welcome drink is nice, and so is the complimentary massage, but you should do better, Hilton!

From the very first night the lovely young gentleman (very long name ) was most helpful We were travelling with another couple and found this resort to be excellent It’s not super new but well looked after Location location beachfront on the beach chairs and umbrellas Big breakfast Would recommend for a home base for seeing Chania, balos beach , ellofonsia beach. Restaurants everywhere, markets Also parking Downside - a little bit of a walk to beach Like 3 minutes :) Would recommend for couples with friends Or young families
