"What can I say other than that we loved our stay at the hotel. We were staying in Chania, and my boyfriend wanted to find a restaurant on the beach, isolated from the big city. So we came for lunch, which turned into an afternoon of pure relaxation, with a meal with a value for money rarely seen (the special burger was just incredible, I think the best ever eaten). Panayotis welcomed us very warmly, and made our experience even more beautiful; our server Marcos was very attentive too. Following this experience, we came back the next evening, and had an incredible evening, and I'm not exaggerating. The dishes were delicious, and Panayotis was there again to listen to our requests. We decided to come back to the barbecue on Tuesday evening, and having fallen in love with the hotel, we decide to rent a Junior Suite on Tuesday evening, while we were already staying in another hotel. But ending our stay there was a great desire. Despina was very kind, and prepared our arrival as best as possible. The room was amazing. I have rarely stayed in a hotel where the food and the room were both perfect. Small negative point concerning the barbecue, which we found less good than the rest (cooking of certain meats, too dry). But overall, I 100% recommend this hotel. A big thank you to Panayotis and his warmth. He is an asset to this hotel."

"We have scored this hotel a 3 out of 5 based on a blend of expectation, value for money and our experience. We stayed here as a couple for a week early July not long after the hotel’s opening. First things first, this is not what I would call a “Resort” hotel as the name suggests, there are very limited “Resort” facilities. As an example there are extremely limited sun beds around a small outdoor pool on the roof terrace where access to sun and a sunshade was pretty much impossible given the approach to sun bed reserving other guests were taking!! I can imagine when full or busy the roof area could feel even smaller. I would suggest a proactive approach by staff to managing the pool area would help. I would not consider this a great hotel for a family holiday unless simply serving as a base for days out at the beach etc. Whilst other reviews have mentioned a private beach area, this was certainly not the message we were directly given when we asked via Messenger before we arrived and was definitely not promoted as an available feature during our stay. There are no other hotel-organised entertainment options - in simple terms the hotel is mis-named as a ‘resort’. Think more a couples hotel or typical nicely appointed Hilton property with some relaxation areas. We didn’t try the spa. As expected there are a few teething issues:- the great ‘a La carte’ breakfast offering was somewhat haphazard in terms of length of service and consistency of being offered the various pastries, cold cuts and cheeses available although all food was great quality and very plentiful. Service from all staff, although new, was exceptional, friendly, courteous and aimed to please. We did not eat at the hotel restaurant for dinner but enjoyed fantastic cocktails, sushi and snacks at the rooftop terrace. Given its proximity to the old town, we got the impression that dinner time in the restaurant was ‘quiet’ without the vibrancy of the Chania port and old town and having done a quick comparison on our costs for eating & drinking out generously every lunch and dinner in various places compared to the all-inclusive option, I would not consider the all inclusive great value for money for the average couple. Other small niggles included a lack of drawer/shelf space for storing clothes and a general lack of promotion of the services available or communication 0n things like the in-room technology and beach areas etc. and squeaky beds! Having said all that, the location is phenomenal within 10 minutes easy walk of the Port and Old Town; short airport transfer from Chania; the property is beautifully appointed as are the rooms with large beds and great shower; the balcony plunge pool is more gimmick than usable, but a nice add on; staff are super-nice and all food and drink was excellent. In summary, a few early niggles, some difference to initial expectation, fantastic location, nothing to be truly disappointed by other than the lack of sun beds & beach beds and my"

Não utilizámos a área de piscina, ou a Bar de snack, por isso não posso comentar, e fiquei um pouco desapontado por termos de manter as nossas toalhas fora do quarto para o check-out tardio, e também deixá-las no tribunal. A Praia era bonita, o pequeno café era um bom alimento, UMA boa seleção de bebidas e um serviço amigável."

"Este não é um resort 5 estrelas! É bom, mas não 5 *. Normalmente ficamos nos hotéis mitsis e com base nisso eu diria que é 3 *. Em primeiro lugar, os pontos positivos, os funcionários foram simpáticos e prestativos, mas não há pessoal suficiente. O bar da piscina era agradável e aberto das 22h às 18h. Bons petiscos disponíveis o dia todo no bar da praia. Chegamos à meia-noite e havia alguma comida no quarto, pois o restaurante e o bar estavam todos fechados. Agora vamos às coisas que decepcionam o hotel e perdem a sensação de luxo de um 5 *. Na chegada, o concierge não se ofereceu para ajudar com nossos casos e nos mostrou o elevador e deu instruções. É limpo, mas algumas áreas são muito esfarrapadas e precisam de atenção. Não há garçons nos bares, mas serviço rápido e amigável no bar, sem toalhas à beira da piscina, você tinha que pagar um depósito no spa por uma de suas toalhas para toalhas de praia que tinham buracos ou eram duras ou esfarrapadas, você tinha que leve-os ao spa para troca de toalha entre 22h e 18h. O tudo incluído não é tudo incluído, você tem que pagar um upgrade para ultra tudo incluído ou pagar extra para usar qualquer um dos outros restaurantes ou quaisquer bebidas que não sejam bebidas locais. Este foi um extra de £ 500 para nós dois durante a semana. A refeição de churrasco na brisa do mar era ruim e custava € 20 extras cada, além de tudo incluído. O único restaurante disponível para clientes com tudo incluído era o restaurante buffet e embora toda a comida fosse muito saborosa não era muito grande e tinha opções limitadas. Você pode usar o restaurante à la carte, mas as bebidas serão cobradas mesmo que com tudo incluído e haja um gasto mínimo de € 15 cada. A praia é muito pedregosa, então você precisa usar sapatos de mar. As espreguiçadeiras na praia e ao redor da piscina eram muito básicas e muito desconfortáveis, algumas rasgadas e muito esfarrapadas. As toalhas do quarto estavam esfarrapadas e com buracos em alguns dias. O entretenimento era ruim e só assistia 2 atos em uma semana inteira. Este é um hotel muito tranquilo no meio do nada. Um táxi custa € 35 em cada sentido até Chania, mas há um bom serviço de ônibus no topo da estrada que custa € 3,60 em cada sentido, mas leva quase uma hora. A máquina de café leva apenas as cápsulas e é cobrada mesmo com tudo incluído. Raramente tínhamos uma colher de madeira em nosso quarto para fazer nosso café, pois felizmente pegamos um pouco do nosso. As camas são muito desconfortáveis. Os únicos banheiros públicos que encontramos em todo o hotel ficam no subsolo e nenhum no andar perto da recepção ou do bar. O elevador estava fora de serviço duas vezes, assim como uma excursão para visitar o banheiro. No entanto, há banheiros próximos ao bar da praia para nós durante o dia. Dissemos a eles que era nosso aniversário, mas nenhum alarido ou reconhecimento foi feito. Isso não aconteceu conosco quando chegamos à meia-noite, mas aconteceu com muitos outros hóspedes, então tome cuidado se você chegar durante o dia e com tudo incluído e tiver um voo atrasado no dia da partida, você deverá pagar por comida e bebida em no dia da partida se você tivesse alguma coisa no dia da chegada! "I would highly recommend this hotel! We had a wonderful stay with a breathtaking sea view. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, and everything was spotlessly clean and well organized. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The outdoor pool was beautiful and very clean. The hotel is within walking distance of the Old Town, close to everything, and if you’re renting a car, there’s convenient parking available. The breakfast was simple but absolutely delicious, and the overall quality of everything exceeded our expectations. The jacuzzi was also clean, relaxing, and very enjoyable. A huge thank you to Sofia, Maria, and Rafael for welcoming us with warm smiles and providing exceptional service throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"O Chania Hotel é um hotel moderno que tem quartos de bom tamanho e varandas. Os quartos são muito confortáveis, com um chuveiro muito bonito e a cama é boa. Infelizmente, o hotel não conseguiu atender ao meu pedido de pré-estadia de um quarto mais alto e pedido de check-in antecipado, então fiquei localizado no primeiro andar, bem em frente às escadas. A vista não era ideal, conforme a foto, com obras constantes do lado de fora durante os dias. A escada também não tem boa acústica e ecoa por toda parte, com as vozes das pessoas sendo ouvidas bem alto. Pedi novamente por um quarto mais alto, feliz em mudar de quarto, mas eles não me responderam sobre isso, infelizmente. O café da manhã estava bom, não havia uma grande variedade de pratos quentes, mas a equipe foi muito eficiente e amigável. A localização era boa, em frente ao centro histórico e havia alguns bons restaurantes ao redor."
