"The spa - hamam, sauna and indoor pool (1m deep though?!) is the hotel’s best feature. There is no beach access though, so I went to Nea Hora and Golden beach. Rooms - too small, lack of storage space, complex buttons and unnecessarily complicated console. It was quiet even though I was given a 2nd floor room. The overall signage in the hotel is confusing too. Beds and pillows - huge and comfy. Food - excellent. Massage decent. Toiletries good. Only frontal views are of the sea, but cost 10x more! Otherwise - trash can views!😤 A la carte breakfast - too slow, you eat less, always a misunderstanding… and after you order they take away the menu… Rooftop pool - a scam! Sunbeds always occcupied and need to be booked to see the sunset 🙄 there is another rooftop on 7th floor but after 10min you want to leave, because there are no showers, a pool, toilet or a bar… Staff is young, fakely polite, too slow and not very responsive - obviously trained for certain types of guests (culturally unexperienced). So even to get a locker in the spa you had to wait to be explained how to unlock it (and pass a test?!), even though there are two people at the reception desk. My coffee capsules, sweetener, and teas were not replaced the following morning during the housekeeping visit and a used glass was not washed. The balcony pool is tiny and got a lot of fluff from the street, plus I didn’t feel comfortable using it with it being visible from the street and building right across the street. I was also called at 21:30 (I was asleep?!) to check whether I was satisfied with a complimentary 30min massage (due to the poor room view)… 🤷🏼♀️ I understand that it is a new hotel and they are trying their best but I also paid 800+€ for two nights and was frustrated during 50% of my stay… 😒 I attended a high school for tourism and hospitality, worked as a masseuse, also and worked in 5-* hotels Chania 30 years ago, but stayed in a multitude of 4-5 star hotels worldwide since. Especially in Asia where the service is top notch. Therefore, all of this is not acceptable for such a high price. Yes, the welcome drink is nice, and so is the complimentary massage, but you should do better, Hilton!"

"We arrived 3 hours early and the hotel said the room had been arranged, so we checked in at noon👍 The room was large and the balcony was spacious. The swimming pool on the roof of the 7th floor is also very beautiful with great views. The breakfast is rich in content, and you can taste many of Crete's special snacks. Although it takes about 12-15 minutes to walk to the old town, the scenery along the way is very good and it doesn’t feel far. In short, it is highly recommended👍"

"Muito com características locais, o nível é Muito alto e o Pessoal é Muito entusiasmado. Deve ser um hotel modificado no topo de um residual. O restaurante Ao Lado do hotel também é Muito bom"

"I normally don't do this but this hotel is so impressive, absolutely one of the best in the area with great service. Bathroom in the petite room is real petite but you can choose to see it as bring cozy. We had a lovely stay and will definitely come back when next we're in town. Highly recommend."

"La piscine de l’hôtel était génial. Petit bémol sur le logement vu jardin il y avait un peu trop de vitre sans rideau pour cacher la lumière du soleil on a dû faire un petit cache de fortune. Il manquait également la bouilloire et du liquide vaisselle et une éponge pour la vaisselle. Si non le service est top et le petit dej est varié."

"The environment is beautiful, and it's just a few minutes' walk to convenience stores and restaurants. The hotel is very popular; I couldn't even get a one-hour late checkout. The private pool was a real treat; you could just open the patio door and jump right in."
