The location of the hotel is very good. On the left hand side is the town hall. On the right side, a few streets are the Independence Palace. The opposite is Marriott. There are delicious coffee and bread downstairs. It is very convenient to eat and go shopping.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is surrounded by historical and cultural attractions and former residences of celebrities in Philadelphia. It is a ten-minute walk from Chinatown. It is very convenient to eat Chinese food. There are many large shopping malls around. The factory stores of Nike and Columbia are worth visiting. The hotel rooms are large and the service is good , Anyway, I personally feel pretty good.

Was celebrating my brother's birthday. Fran in reservations took note of the special occasion, so a card and a banner were placed in room prior to us checking in. It's the little things that count and it put a smile on my bro's birthday. Well appointed room. Bed was very comfortable, shower pressure was nice. Front desk who checked us in was just going through the motions, doesn't know how the metro works and has a dirty jacket. F&B /IRD isn't fully restored but we're still in post COVID world so not unexpected.
This is a 3/3.5 star hotel, and assuming i am grading within that scale, i would give it a 4 overall.

The hotel is located in the airport area, and the corridor on the second floor can directly lead to the departure hall of the terminal building, which is a good choice for early and late passengers. The passenger flow at Philadelphia Airport is very large. The waiting line for the security check at 4:00 a.m. was so long that I was stunned. Even if it takes more than 5 minutes to go through the hotel corridor to the departure hall, we still need to reserve enough time for check-in and security check. of. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant during my stay, and the dessert tasted good.

Facilities: The facilities are good, but some needs such as refrigerators and microwave ovens need to be called separately, but the hotel will respond in a timely manner.
Hygiene: Hygiene is very good, clean and tidy!
Environment: The geographical location is extremely superior, and it is very convenient to do everything. Ordering Chinese food takeaway is very close to Chinatown, and the food is always hot when it is delivered.

The location is definitely not to mention, it is located in the city center, right outside the city hall and other internet celebrity check-in points.
parking:
There is a valet parking service, but it is very expensive.
bed:
The bed was really too soft and it was hard to sleep.
Room facilities:
In addition, when I ordered it, there was a bathtub in the picture, so I ordered it because I could take a bath, but it didn't happen at all.
Value for money:
In terms of value for money, I think apart from the excellent location, everything else is not worth it.

The location of the hotel is located in the city center. It is very convenient for eating, shopping, and going to the main check-in locations. You can walk to the city hall and other places in a few minutes. Diagonally across from the hotel is the reading market. Communicate with the hotel front desk in advance to delay check-out, and the service staff responded in a timely manner, extending it by an hour and a half, a very good service experience.

KKate’s AdventuresOur experience at The Franklin on Rittenhouse was absolutely amazing.
We were greeted by John and another sweet woman at the front desk, and they were so kind and helpful.
We stayed in “The Monarch” room on the first floor. It is a very comfortable and romantic room. It was also extremely clean and updated! I loved the rainfall style shower as well.
While booking the room, I mentioned that we were celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday, and the hotel we so kind to write her a card and left chocolates on the bed.
It was such a thoughtful gesture.
I cannot speak highly enough of our experience here. I highly recommend booking your stay here if you are looking for an amazing boutique hotel experience.

GGuest UserWe’re so glad we found a comfortable and friendly hotel in Philly when visiting our kids who attend a nearby college. Our last stay was fantastic, thanks to hotel manager Nicole and her excellent team, who really made us feel at home. Our room was perfect and it was so nice that they were able to accommodate our request for a certain floor and view. We were even welcomed back with a handwritten note in our room. We are most likely forgetting some of the wonderful team members here, but Montrose, Alesha, Sheyenne, and Daoud were really helpful and very friendly at the front desk and concierge desk. Also great were Jackie, Teresa, and others in the club lounge. Service in the club lounge was excellent, even when things got busy, and the food was good, too, with a number of options to choose from. Between the friendly staff, personal attention, and proximity to both university city and center city, we know we will be back!

GGuest UserWe chose this hotel because it offered breakfast and the others in the area did not. I am so glad we went with Holiday Inn Exprs Penns Landing! There breakfast was hot and wonderful. Best breakfast in a hotel hands down! It was walking distance to most all historical sites. I was worrying because it seemed on the map a bit farther out than other options and I am totally out of shape. I am probably in the heaviest ten percent of the population (morbidly obese). It was a very easy walk for me to Betsy Ross House, Ben Franklin Gravesite, Elfareth Alley, Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, Liberty Visitor Center and great local dining. The location, room and breakfast was great. Clean hotel in very safe area. I felt very safe even at night. I will say the interstate noise is incredibly loud at night. If you are a light sleeper go elsewhere. However, we are a family if heavy sleepers and I was the only one who noticed the interstate noise but not enough to keep me awake. Loved this place

GGuest UserI first want to say it got a 2/5 because the staff tried their best to make my stay decent but it still doesn't excuse the terrible state of things. First of all, the walls are PAPER THIN. You can hear conversations in the other room. I was kept up all night due to their incredibly loud heating system. When running it, it sounds like car engine revving up. When it's being run by the room next to mine, it sounded like a jet engine. The automated heat system would run for 20-30 minutes every 30 minutes and it would vibrate the entire room. It made it absolutely impossible for me to get any sleep. I asked the staff if I could relocate but the hotel had no vacancies. Even worse, there was another guest in the other room who arrived around midnight and started blasting music at full volume. I made a noise complaint and the staff told him to quiet down. Unfortunately he went back to blasting music an hour later. When the staff came back, he started banging on my door and threatened me before leaving for the rest of the night. And just as an extra ”screw you” to me, he turned on his alarm clock to 5am. I learned the hard way these alarm clocks do not turn off on their own and I had to get staff to come shut it off. The staff was nice enough to let me check out 2 hours later because of this but honestly I should have been given a full refund for this godawful stay. Oh, and the bathroom was barely cleaned. I had to deep scrub off several stains on the toilet seat.

MMorrisThe location of the hotel is perfect if you have a car and don’t want to worry about parking. Parking does cost $14 a day however. It’s conveniently located next to a Target and their is a supermarket about a 5 min drive away. The gym facilities were very nice. If you want to use the pool you have to reserve an hour time slot. There’s no complimentary breakfast but there were granola bars to grab as snacks. Overall I enjoyed my stay

We initially booked for 2 nights, but because my friend lost his flight connection, only managed to arrive for the second night. We were given a refund for the night that my friend did not spend there because of the flight change.
From what my friend said, I understood that he enjoyed his stay at Goodseed Suites. He mentioned that it is very clean and comfortable.
So we're very happy and would definitely book again and we highly recommend Goodseed Suites in Philadelphia.

The room was clean and the service was good. No coffee pot, no hot water, instant noodles can't be soaked. The left hand of the hotel is not far from the intersection. There is a Chinese-opened restaurant. It is good to pay for food by self-service.

The Philadelphia Museum of Art boasts a nice array of exhibits. I visited on a Friday evening after work because museum admission is free Friday evenings (pay what you wish). I did pay for parking at their garage, which was only $5.

It seems that every time I come to Philadelphia, I will repeat the ritual of checking in. The two are very close, just walk across the road. The exhibition hall is open to the public for free, and there is no need to buy tickets. The Independence Palace needs to be booked in advance on the official website, with a ticket booking fee of 1 yuan. The Liberty Bell has an independent exhibition hall for visiting, and the entrance requires security check. You can visit it up close and walk to the Liberty Bell. It was previously possible to circle 360 degrees, but this time it was only open 180 degrees, and the other half was blocked, but the advantage is that you can unlock a Liberty Bell with no one in the background.
The Liberty Bell was originally in the palace of the Independence Palace, and then it was displayed in the memorial hall on the lawn because the bell body cracked.
