Sofitel is an elegant brand and is often located at the heart of the city. The Philadelphia location is perfect for those who want to see the city and is luxurious enough to stay in for some rest and relaxation. There's a restaurant in the lobby. In walking distance are some of the best restaurants in the area as well as historical attractions. The room included a King bed, a roll-in shower, and many other amenities. Because I was here for a conference, transportation to and from the convention center was available. Next to the convention center is the Reading Terminal Market. However, if you like to walk, the sites are amazing and the Reading Market is only 1 mile away. Hidden costs were disclosed upon check out. You might want to ask about that from your travel agent or the hotel management.

酒店位置很好，適合旅遊，房間佈置也不錯，空間比較大。標準入住時間是下午4點，早晨7:30飛機到達的，等到下午2:30才有房間，比較辛苦。還有一個問題，退房超過一週了，至今入住時的按金還沒有退回，聯繫酒店，回覆要5-15工作日退按金。其他美國酒店都是離店1-2天就退回。對於長時間旅行的人這種操作不友好，佔用資金。

Very friendly staff. The hotel was being renovated while we stayed but noise wasn’t an issue. Room was clean and spacious. Staff did unexpected extras for us when they found out it was my wife’s birthday. We will definitely be back

I would have given them 5 stars if it wasn't for the staff and service at Chez Collette. The place was never more than 10 percent full but the hostess was always trying to push the hotel guests out into the hallway while she tried to find a table in an almost empty restaurant. Once it was convenient for her to seat people maybe a server would show up eventually. This happened to us all 3 times we went there. I was watching other guests and it was happening to them also. Sunday morning the complimentary coffee urn was empty. I asked the girl at the front desk if it was going to be refilled and her response was maybe. Staff was lacking. Valet guys were great.

The service was great, front desk was very nice and accommodating. The hotel was going through construction which they did tell us about and gave us free drink vouchers but they didn’t tell us about the fire drill they were going to do which woke us up. I wish they would have informed us so we can not sleep in and go out instead of being surprised, it went for a while too. The towels are pretty rough and actually chaffed my skin. In my opinion you can find better hotels in the city for same price range

Front desk check in was awful. Woman was on the phone with someone internal to talk about paper clips, etc. while I stood for at least 10 minutes.
Hallways and carpets are filthy.
Took 10 minutes at 9:30 am to get my bag.
Terrific folks in the dining room - man born in Africa and a woman.
Got home 3-1/2 hours after check out and I don't have my paid invoice yet.
I've stayed at your hotel many, many times. I realize it's under some construction, but that's no excuse. I won't be back. Too many terrific choices in Philadelphia.
