It does not get any better. This is a destinations say. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels over my career, and this one is the best.

Arrived early but room was not ready until close to 6pm (3 hours after check in ) . We had dinner reservations at 645 pm and after having been out all day, we wanted to shower and have down time.. but that didn’t happen.
The front desk staff and management went above and beyond in making it up to our group - by adding some additional perks and extending check out.
Room magnificent and view of park was amazing!
Amazing breakfast at LaCroix.
The initial check in was very disappointing and off putting but the front desk staff and manager made up for it..

Unfortunately the pricing of this classic establishment does not justify the experience, and we wish we had stayed elsewhere in this prime location. Rittenhouse square has several other hotels nearby for a fraction of this, all of which are in better condition and offer full amenities.
