Location was good 20 mins from downtown St. Louis. The lobby is pretty and was very clean. The pool is nice but I would stay away from the hot tub as it seemed to have a layer of dead skin floating at the top of it. The room itself is really nice and very clean it is a great stay for family or a solo get away the rooms look exactly like they do in the photos.

It should be unnecessary to praise what used to be normal expectations, but yet here we are. This hotel did not disappoint in any single way. Clean, freshly updated (or relatively new, I can't tell which). Staff is friendly. Rooms are spacious, well appointed, comfortable. The location is safe - isolated from really anything close by other than the clinic in the adjacent parking lot. Wish all hotels could be this on point and consistent with brand.

The hotel was pretty nice. There are some nice restaurants near by. We went to an oriental one, Sunrise Asian Food, and it was in walking distance. The aslo have cookie and milk happy hour from 8 - 9. They have a pool which was also nice. The reason I only gave it a 4 instead of 5 is they charge a convention and tourism tax. It was about $15. PLEASE. I wish hotels would stop ripping off customers. If your hotel needs to be $15 more, just make the rate $15 more. I hate being nickled and dimed to death. Just make the cost of the room, the cost of the room, not this fee and that fee.

After seeing the reviews about bed bugs I didn’t want to book here but we needed a last minute hotel for the night. After staying the night I can say that we had a great experience. This hotel was close to downtown and a great price. Customer service was on point. The room was clean and comfortable. Cons: Cigarette smell throughout lobby and elevator. The room patio door doesn’t close fully and lock. We were on the side of the Main Street so we heard the cars all night. Not the most aesthetically pleasing room. There were a lot of minor scratches and stains in the room. The linen was clean but the mattress itself had a lot of hair and crumbs on it. Trash under/behind bed. The shower had a lot of dirt stains in it. The toilet doesn’t flush well. A lot of the outlets do not work in the room. I think if these things were to be fixed this would be a top accommodation. Overall, since we were looking for a last minute 1 night stay this place was a great accommodation for us. But would definitely not come back for an extended stay unless the issues were dealt with.

The service of the hotel was very good. Everyone was very kind and courteous. The hotel that was staying at 12 o'clock in the afternoon at 3 o'clock wanted to send the luggage and went out to stay at three o'clock before returning. I didn't expect the hotel staff to have a room to let us stay first. . The sanitation of the room is actually quite good, that is, there are a lot of black crumbs on the sheets, so I only give 3 points. Breakfast is a good hotel in the United States, there are hot food, there are some, counted rich!
