Location in proximity to city attractions is amazing 5/5. Location in terms of safety is 2/5. There isn’t a covered secured lot for your car and I was approached by many people asking me for money while taking a walk around the building. Service is hit or miss. When I arrived, and attempted to open my car door, I was accosted by the valet who yelled at me and asked me what I was TRYING to do. I told him I was checking in to the hotel. And he was aggressively unpleasant, seemingly angry that I had arrived. Conversely, the valet attendant the next day was polite and wonderful. The front desk was nice but did not review any of the amenities nor offer any information about the hotel, which is a shame. Nice but inattentive and uninterested. The service at both Idol Wolf and Good Press were 5/5. The food at both were 5/5. The hotel itself is gorgeous. There’s art set in an old gym. The renovation is well done. Enjoyed it very much. The view from the room was also very nice. The room itself was standard with a few attention to detail things needing addressed. Such as broken handles and non working bathroom fixtures. Overall would recommend this hotel because it is unique. Big plus - they allow pets!!! Yes!

This is my 3rd 21c I’ve stayed at and my favorite so far! Everything was lovely and charming and Idol Wolf, the restaurant, was superb! Thank you for a fantastic weekend!

We had to make an unexpected trip to St. Louis and stayed at 21C because we appreciate the concept and the location was convenient. It was beyond amazing. The food and drinks were exceptional. The staff from all departments were very friendly. Definitely will recommend. A++

I love this hotel !!! Always so nice and clean please keep it up. This is the only hotel .i will stay in when in visiting home...thanks 21C for always making my visit so comfortable...you forever have me as a guest

It was a very nice interesting hotel. The only parking was valet and a bit of a surprise. The valet were nice and fairly efficient. The hotel ,people and atmosphere made me feel a little under dressed as i was just there for a family get away

Front Desk wasn’t that friendly didn’t explain anything. Restaurant menu didn’t have anything our group would eat. High class place in low class neighborhood… Rooms/ inside didn’t look anything like advertised… definitely not what we expected.

$45/night for parking is ridiculous, especially when paying over $200 a night for the room. Shower faucet was broken.

My stay was great. This will be my first choice for hotel in STL. The staff, accommodations, museum and food were great. I would recommend that the valet let cars warm in the winter and the cafe have an extended breakfast on weekends and find some a way warm breads and pastries.
