A localização é boa, porque está perto do shopping e de um restaurante. Room was clean and spacious. We requested for smoke-free treatment and the room had no smell of smoke. We encountered some issues charging our EV and she went the extra mile to solve our problem.

The lobby was fancy and clean, and the front desk staff were friendly, even though they didn't speak any English Check-in as a foreign was hassle-free. The breakfast buffet was typical Chinese hotel breakfast food, just normal, but lacking in fresh fruit. It's close enough to the Mountain Scenic area to walk. I have two complaints, though. I had a windowless room, and it smelled awful inside, and the ventilation fan didn't help get rid of the smell. Also, the shower door wouldn't close all the way, so it left a huge puddle on the bathroom floor every time I took a shower. It was uncomfortable taking a shower while trying to hold the door shut as much as possible, too. The room was clean, when I checked in, though, and cleaned daily. I could hear some noise from guests in other rooms, like loud talking and toilets flushing. It would definitely be better if I had gotten a room with windows, to help get that smell out. It's easy to walk along the river from this hotel's location, though.

Hotel is very close to train station but quite far from the city. There are buses from the train ststion to the mountain resort. The room is very clean and with high tech facilities.Robot to deliver requests to the room. With the room rate charged it's very good value.

Hotel is modern and location is in the centre of Chengde. Close to all amenities and the daily night market is just a short 2 minutes walk. There is a great supermarket next door as well. Room is spacious, clean and with voice enabled room controls. Front desk is very helpful and even help us find an English/Chinese speaking tour guide. Strongly recommended to stay here.

Stayed over for one night at the Hilton Garden Inn hotel at Chengde. The entrance to the hotel was congested with cars. The parking attendance in front of the hotel wasn't really helpful when my driver dropped us off to check in to the hotel. What he cares was just faster unload and removed the car form that area. He offered no help at all. I was not sure if the parking attendance was employed by the Hilton hotel. If yes then the service was really not up par with the Hilton standard for customer service standard. We carried one large luggages and few smaller bags. We have to carry it over few flights of stairs to get in to the hotel entrance. The sliding path to get into the hotel entrance was not located in front of the hotel entrance but was hidden at the side that was obscured or partially blocked by the parking car at the front. The reception lady was very friendly though. We were given high floor and she scanned my WeChat to easy contact with the hotel later. The hotel room was very spacious and beautiful but the room was stuffy. Only one tiny small window was able to open a little bit to let the outside air go in. The afternoon temperature was as high as 25 degrees Celcius and rather HOT inside the room. We cannot adjust the aircon in the room as it is central setting! Called to the reception to ask why the room air con can't be adjusted and it seems not working but was told it is central setting. Well, you paid a lots to stay at the hotel without proper ventilation but to rely on the outside air to go in the tiny window. Despite the hotel facility was complete but we still cannot really enjoy and sleep comfortably as we felt HOT. The hotel separates the bathroom from toilet. The washing basin was outside of the bathroom. The breakfast was good with lots of variety. After checking out, I realised I might have left my traveller adaptor in the room. Immediately Isent a text to the hotel via WeChat but to my disappointment, it took two days for them to reply my message asking me to self contact the front desk counter to ask yourself?! What kind of service of that??? Asking hotel guest to add them on WeChat but still asking us to self call the front desk? Not all tourists will have local Sim card to make phone call. That is really a disappointment. They should have offered a better service by checking with the front desk counter and then get back to us via WeChat. This Hilton is definitely still a long way to go to achieve better rating. The hotel is closed to q night market that offers lots of street foods. There was one food stall that offer very palatable Chu Cheong fun. The experience was not pleasant for my one night stay.

Impressive. Excellent services.love to compliement all the staff we due it’s during our 8 days stay in Chengde. During check out the staff help us with our luggage And ran across the street to call us a-taxi very warming gesture. Room is clean and beautifully designed. Located just near chengde railway station. Food and shopping easily accessible.

We spent four nights at the hotel. The view from our hotel room was stunning (first picture) and the location of the hotel is very convenient. The room was big, the bed comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

該酒店位置比較好據避暑山莊，步行15分鐘就可以到了。客房佈局還可以，衞生間差點。賓館的前台。設定。工作人員的。着裝。都非常規範。像正規賓館的樣子。但是表面相。骨子裡不像。接待不熱情。不主動介紹自己賓館裡頭的餐飲。停車場啊。一副愛搭不理的樣子。攜程上説。可以免費停車，我停在他門口，他説停那兒可以，結果收費的來，收了13塊錢，大概是三小時。這不是錢的事兒。是工作素質的事兒。所以不要丟了，避暑山莊，承德服務業的面子。 最後讓我的車停在人行道上，兩邊都是樹，倒進去還真要點功夫

I took my mom to the Chengde Mountain Resort and other attractions. I chose this hotel on Ctrip mainly because of its location, and it was indeed in a great location. The surrounding area was lively, very close to the Mountain Resort, and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. The hotel staff were very welcoming, the rooms were clean and tidy, and they responded quickly to guests' requests. The breakfast was a little lacking, but it was still filling. Although the hotel is on the street, our room was relatively quiet. Occasionally, cars would pass by at night, but it didn't bother us much. However, even though it's a non-smoking hotel, there was a slight smell of smoke in the hallways, which affected our mood.
