Hotéis em Kunming Panlong District

We got upgraded to suite with one bedroom for free! Could never imagine we will get this experience. The room was so big and comfortable for family with toddler. My kid was happily running around here and there playing with her toys because of the huge space. The location was nearby Shuncheng Street where we can access the halal foods and also very nearby to the famous Nanping Pedestrian Street. Cleanliness and hospitality was top tier. We thank the hotel for the nice opportunity for our family :)

We've had an incredible time here! The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we stepped out of our chartered car, helping us with our luggage and making us feel right at home. The front desk staff were efficient and friendly, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The service staff during breakfast and happy hour were top-notch, attending to our every need and even filling our personal water bottles. We're so grateful to have chosen Hyatt for our first family trip, and we can't wait to come back!

The hotel is similar to other City Comfort Inn, the amenities good and room clean, toilet is good too. The staff servicing is wonderful., the counter told that their windows room does not have a city view instead its facing the residential units. Too bad, I was hoping for city view. My only concern on this hotel is that the location is not really near the main shopping district, you need to walk about 2km or take taxi. During my 5 days stay I still didnt manage to use the metro as a convenient transport, instead I walk or get ehailing driver to pick up. Another difficulty I have is that the drop off and pick up point for taxi or e hailing car is block by motorcycle lane, so its difficult to carry luggage and go through fast riding motorcyclist. There are many eateries within 10 minutes walk, and there are TCM pharmacy as well bread store just beside the hotel. Its fine if you are traveling lite and staying few days. Just don't expect its really at main shopping district or near mall.

A localização do hotel é excelente, mesmo ao lado da estação de metro e do Plaza 66, o que torna as refeições e o transporte muito convenientes. O quarto é muito espaçoso e o sistema inteligente é um toque agradável. Há um grande terraço do lado de fora do quarto, que é muito agradável quando o tempo está bom. Elogios especiais à senhora da limpeza. Ela foi muito atenciosa. Deixámos o tapete da sanita todo desarrumado e ela organizou-o para nós quando limpou no dia seguinte, além de substituir todos os produtos de higiene pessoal. O pequeno-almoço é bastante normal, mas o restaurante onde é servido tem uma classificação bastante alta e o ambiente é bom. Uma pequena melhoria poderia ser feita no isolamento acústico. Na segunda noite, os hóspedes do quarto ao lado viram televisão até muito tarde e consegui ouvir perfeitamente a voz deles a chamar o assistente de voz do quarto. 😂 No geral, foi uma estadia muito boa! 👍

Short walk to metro line 3 . It also connects to other lines  to airport and rail stations.  Very comfortable stay. Room is clean and spacious with a sitting area. Shower has good water pressure. Wifi is strong.  Very good breakfast that has lots of varieties and fruits.  Hotel also delivers a late evening dessert to our door nighty which is thoughtful for those who needs a bit of sweets at bedtime . There are also a few good  restaurants close by that we tried .  Self serve laundry area is clean with a nice sitting area. Washer and dryers are new and efficient.  Staffs are wonderful and provide efficient services everywhere. They also let us store our luggages when we took a 4 day trip in between our stay. Overall a great hotel and definitely will recommend to friends visiting Kunming,

The hotel is beautifully designed, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need. I really appreciated the little touches — they even provided fresh fruits and mooncakes since it was close to Mid-Autumn Festival! The staff were super friendly and attentive. There’s always someone at the door to help, and they even assisted with carrying our luggage straight to the room to make sure everything went smoothly. As a sweet gesture, they gifted us a mooncake when we checked out — such a thoughtful touch that made our stay extra memorable.

As 2 camas eram grandes - tamanho queen. Achamos que seriam 2 camas de solteiro. Adequado para famílias com crianças pequenas, podendo acomodar 2 adultos e 2 crianças pequenas, embora o espaço para malas fosse apertado. A localização era excelente - comida, lojas de conveniência e metrô, tudo perto, a 5 minutos de caminhada. Só não gostamos muito da porta de vidro opaca do banheiro, menos privacidade.

This stay was great! Hotel location is very good, convenient to travel. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable and the sleep was very solid. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the response was very fast. Health is in place, the facilities are complete, and the price is very high. The overall stay is very comfortable, I will choose this next time I come, I recommend everyone to stay! There is a manager Li at the front desk who is very caring and the service is very good.

We had an extremely pleasant stay and felt genuinely well taken care of from start to finish. Before our trip, the team reached out to check on our ETA, and upon arrival, our rooms were already prepared. As it was our wedding anniversary, they even arranged a simple yet heartwarming room decoration, a gesture we truly appreciated. Some of my parcels were delivered to a collection station outside the hotel, and a staff member, Daisy, kindly offered to walk me there after her shift at 11pm. I wouldn’t have been able to access the collection point without her help, as scanning the QR code required a local number. Her kindness went above and beyond. During checkout, the team surprised us with a small bag of gifts and a handwritten anniversary note. It was such a thoughtful send-off. On the day we checked out, the morning shift staff helped with our luggage when they noticed I was alone with one of my kids (my husband was with the other two). Their attentiveness made everything so much easier. We booked connecting rooms, they were spacious, comfortable, and came with a lovely view. Perfect for families. Overall, we are very grateful for the hospitality shown throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kunming!

Absolutely amazing place and room. Not everyone speaks English but it was easy enough to communicate via wechat with them and the inbuilt translate function. The place is a little hard to find but only because I arrived at 2am and it was dark. But this shouldn’t be an issue if you come at a reasonable daylight hour. The place is also already within the World Horti Expo so you can just head out and explore during your stay. Service was amazing; I have a lot of dietary restrictions and they catered perfectly for it for breakfast, asking exactly what I cannot take and customizing breakfast to be suitable. Loved every second of my stay here and have been recommending it non-stop to my friends who may be going to Kunming.
