definitely a 5 star experience from the moment i checked in. polite, professional and efficient staffs at check in. apparently i got a free upgrade and all the way up at L23 with nice unblocked views. there was free high tea 3-5pm at L26 with coffee and pastries. room i got was huge and spacious and felt really comfortable. the bed was perfect to sleep on for me. toilet area was well separated and daily amenities provided. probably the only thing i would have wanted is to have a tub. also it was a bonus that in house at L5 there is a massage center. went for foot massage and it was pretty good. provides buffet meals for all patrons of the massage center but i didn’t try it though. breakfast for me was just ok, nothing fancy. location wise it’s in between changsha south railways and ping yang metro station. a bit of walk to get to either but manageable. recommended if u want to be based around changsha south.

However, it is very close to the high-speed rail station. It takes 10 minutes to take a taxi. You can stay for one night the day before leaving Changsha.

The hotel is very big. I booked a hotel very close to the conference center for a conference. There is a corridor upstairs to go to the conference center. The restaurant is also very large. Xiao Ma at the hotel front desk introduced the places to visit around the hotel when checking in. The service is very good. It’s great to order takeout and have robots delivering it👍 👍 👍

Firstly, location is very near Subway Line 2 (Exit 4) and Changsha High Speed Railway (upper) and Changshanun (upper), the entrance is opposite LAWSON and McDonald (downstair). Secondary, The hotel is very clean and comfortable. There are automatic toilet flushing and separate bathroom and toilet. Thirdly, there are various breakfast and staffs are attentive and provide very good service. We were very impressed and would stay again.

Hotel is within walking distance from Changsha south station and is also a short distance away from a mall ( 吾悦广场）. Conveniently located. Check in was fast and easy and the lady at the reception was very friendly. There was ‘welcoming fruits’ too upon check in. Also available at the lobby was hot tea. Month of December is cold and the hot tea is definitely appreciated. Rooms were clean and nice and bed is comfortable. Breakfast is buffet style and the selection I would say not too bad. Would consider the hotel again if I visit Changsha in future.

The room is really comfortable. I manage to sleep like a baby and the location is very strategic just opp the railway station. A tips, you can request the hotel to pick you up from the railway station to the hotel and vice versa. This service is free of charge. Feedback to the front desk, to focus more on their work because upon check in, I have specifically requested a non-smoking room but I was assigned a smoking room instead. Definitely not a great experience.

I came to Changsha on a business trip. It was very close to the high-speed rail station. I saw it at the West Station. The store has a laundry room. For me on a business trip, it is not too convenient. It is dried and packed directly. The room is clean and hygienic. I like the style, super large floor-to-ceiling windows, You can also see the opposite subway, convenient transportation, there are supermarkets with dining, tea Yanyue color sugar oil and other downstairs, not yet on the main road, quiet and comfortable, especially the front desk lady, warm and also sent breakfast, check out also took the initiative to send me mineral water, not bad, it is recommended.

The experience the hotel gave me was excellent and I am very happy to be able to stay here. The hotel itself is wide, bright and spacious, the rooms are full of warm atmosphere, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are clean and well equipped. 房間很大，很乾凈，因為一米八的床定了這家酒店，確實挺好的。 走進漢庭酒店裡麪辦入住，走到外面月子會所坐電梯到房間。 洗衣機帶烘乾非常方便，要注意需要自備洗滌劑，我們很晚到的，臨時要去買洗衣液有點麻煩。附近沒有大型超市，有個美宜佳便利店，可以買零食，附近比較偏僻，外賣不多，樓下湘廚食府不好吃。 住了兩天wifi時而能用時而不能用，網絡連接跳出來提示説寬帶欠費，反映之後有工作人員來看過，偏巧他看的時候一開始不能用，後面可以用，但是後面又不能用了，就用自己的流量上網。 酒店離長沙南一公里，走路大概十五分鐘時間。

I walked too fast and didn't pay attention to the elevator entrance. The proprietress came down to pick me up. The service is really super good and heart-warming. She will also introduce attractions, where to go and what to do. I think I set this price. It's really okay, anyway. I think I'm pretty good. If there is a chance, come to the lady boss again.

It was to take a detour, so the hotel drove to pick up and drop off, plus waiting for the traffic lights for 5 minutes. That piece is all this kind of apartment hotel. The handsome guy at the front desk registered that he could see how the room was first. If he was not satisfied, he could check out. He went up and saw it. In fact, it was still good. This price cannot be a 4-star 5-star standard, and many mid-range hotels are similar, but there are no disposable slippers. There are no two bottles of pure water to drink, go to the supermarket downstairs to buy. The sheets and bath towels are clean, the pillowcases are a bit yellow, and I changed one. The air conditioner heating is a bit weak, and the window is much better. Very quiet rest for one night, check out the train the next morning, the little handsome guy opened the VAT invoice, and drove to the station, the service was warm and thoughtful, my colleagues and I were still very satisfied, the accommodation requirements were not so high-end, you can recommend.

This time I transferred in Changsha, the transfer time difference is 5 hours, so I booked an hourly room on the website. Then I knew that I just placed the order at the hotel and called to ask me what time I arrived. I could pick me up at the exit. I couldn’t believe it, but it was true. After 3 minutes, I arranged someone to come over. It took about 3 minutes to arrive at the hotel. After arranging the room, I took a 3-hour rest.
