The executive lounge is not open just because of not enough occupancy. N the hotel did not even try to compensate for this

No in room dining, only 1 restaurant option.
Often only 2 elevator working, stopping 7 to 8 times on average, big waist of time. Nice rooms but very unconvinient.

房間很大，第一天的房間和隔壁房間電視牆上有道門，看着像是套房改的，那道門可以找房務打開，隔音很差，還好隔壁是我們自己家人，如果是陌生人很尷尬。窗外有空調外機，不關窗很吵。窗户沒有窗紗，有蚊子🦟
第二天換的房間在南面，不吵，兩個房間中間沒有可以互通的門。
對於我來説床太軟了，枕頭太高，睡的不舒服。
早餐：餐廳是兩個酒店共用，餐廳很大，餐種類略少。咖啡好喝，米粉好吃，糕點也好吃。
基礎設施：
1.地下停車場沒有投入使用，停車不太順暢。
2.房間燒水壺不好用。
3.洗臉枱有點高，每次洗臉枱子會濕一大片。
4.衣櫃沒有門。
周圍很安靜，離地鐵站走路10-15分鐘

帶着孩子到會展中心參加賽事。入駐酒店首先被接站師傅的服務態度打動。提前聯繫了接站地點，主動幫拿行李。一家人出行坐商務車再合適不過了。
酒店的大堂和房間都很大氣。房間空間也是很大，視野也廣，很舒心。 3樓的中餐廳味道不錯。
酒店的早餐再多一些選擇就好了。

酒店離長沙南站很近，打車十分鐘左右，在房間窗前就能看到。酒店硬件設施完善舒適，看上去高大上，贊一下前台服務人員非常熱情周到，就是客房送水果的人員直接刷卡開門送水果嚇人一跳

服務不錯，還提前打電話詢問有啥要求，晚上到的時候已經提前通電開好空調了
房間很寬敞，也很安靜，衞生間也很寬敞，住得很舒服，唯一不足的就是洗澡間水忽冷忽熱，不穩定，下水有點慢
離長沙南站很近，雖然不在中心地帶，但是交通還算便利，附近還有個地鐵站
自助早餐我好愛，雖然品種不是特別豐富，但是中西都有了，而且乾淨，補充迅速，餐廳環境真的滿分！
酒店中餐廳的炒飯跟湯麪好好吃，量也足
性價比還是不錯的！

比預期好。
隔條河，離長沙南站近，打車10分鐘。
旁邊是會展中心，一個人都沒有，清凈。
大堂設計漂亮，房間設施很棒，窗外風景不錯。
就是生意清淡，連續兩天早餐衹看到有幾個客人，卻開的自助餐，恰逢凍雨天氣，空間特大的餐廳冷得不行。
