The hotel is 24km from Deqingxi Railway Station and 72km from Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport. The nearby area boasts an abundance of attractions including Huzhou Bowulong Tam, Moganshan Beiye Firefly Scenic Area and Longtan Trail. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. According to our guests, the location of this hotel is one of the best around. For guests traveling with families, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.
"We loved our stay at Refuge. The tents and facilities are exactly as pictured with impressive furnishings and additions: Dyson hair dryers, heater/AC in the tent, lovely towels and toiletries in the shared bathroom. The staff and coffee were great too. The location is stunning but need a driver or own transport. The walks all need to start by the road but many routes to take through and from the small villages at the foot of the mountain. Like with camping, need to bring plenty of your own snacks and food. The hotel offers a cook your own BBQ and breakfast is provided but no other food options."

According to our guests, this hotel provides a very high level of service.
"My baby has always wanted to stay in a motorhome. We picked several places, but this one was the last to open, in 21 years, so we chose this one. It was near the end of summer vacation, and we reserved the entire motorhome area that night. Although the motorhome was small, it had everything, except that the sofa in the living room was cracked. In the evening, I took the babies to catch frogs and crickets, which showed that the ecology was still very good. Breakfast was one portion per person, and we couldn't finish it."

"景區的環境超級好，走在裏面賞心悦目，遊玩的項目也比較多～房間很乾凈，也很有特點，很多小細節做得很不錯，比如在房間裏準備了眼罩、小零食等。坐在陽台上，一壺茶，一點零食，一邊聊天，欣賞外面的景色，超愜意。最主要的是小管家服務超貼心，玩累了，走不動了，羣裏呼叫小管家，立刻就有車來接送了。當然，拍照打卡也很出片～"
