"This hotel is perfectly situated within the scenic area, very close to the transfer station, making it incredibly convenient to visit all the attractions. In the evening, there's a fantastic light show at the transfer station, which is a great bonus! The rooms are spacious and bright, and the hygiene is excellent. You need to provide your car plate number in advance if you're taking a taxi to the hotel. The front desk staff member was very enthusiastic, helped us with our luggage, and provided information about the surrounding area. The breakfast is a set menu with a good balance of meat and vegetables, and a rich variety of options! This hotel is highly recommended! If I visit Moganshan again, I would definitely book this hotel again."

"Geralmente é um bom lugar para trazer pais e filhos para férias, adequado para viagens entre pais e filhos. Acomodação: Tanto os idosos quanto as crianças gostam muito do chalé. É muito limpo e tem instalações convenientes, incluindo micro-ondas, geladeira e armário de desinfecção. O único problema é que não há água quente suficiente para tomar banho. Depois que uma pessoa toma banho, ela tem que esperar meia hora para que a próxima pessoa tome banho. É preciso calcular bem o tempo. "This is indeed a nice hotel with beautiful facilities, though there are things to improve , given the high price. Many comments mention that someone has added them on WeChat upon booking, communicating the details of the booking and reminding to make dinner reservations. Unfortunately , nobody has added me and I feel like we missed out many things because of that. For example, we didn’t know that every on-site activity is organized per certain hour , as we arrived around 3 pm we already missed most of them on that day. Also , because of the holiday, the famous castle Chinese restaurant was fully booked for dinner and the next day’s lunch so couldn’t appreciate it . We had to settle for a room service that had very limited options not to mention, was ridiculously overpriced . 300 yuan for three basic dishes like fried rice, stir-fried pork and pork ribs soup, small portions too. Pity. There was a buffet diner happening at another restaurant by the pool, but 460¥ per person seemed too expensive so we passed. Some other small things like broken locker in a changing room or plenty of leaves and trash from the trees in the pool that nobody bothered to clean - felt annoying, again, considering the price per night. I’d still recommend this hotel for visiting at least once in your life. Service is mostly very good, breakfast more than decent, the heated outdoor pool is lots of fun even with the dry leaves floating on it. They have a game room, “activity village” with many things happening all day round ( watch the time though ) , the room I booked was nothing special but had everything we needed. It’s convenient to move around the territory on a “buggy” , they are very efficient. Only if you have a choice , maybe don’t come here on a national holiday so overall experience would be better."

"Our stay at Naked Stables was absolutely wonderful and truly memorable for our whole family. We travelled as a family of six, including two elderly members and two kids, and the resort was perfect for all ages. There were plenty of engaging activities to keep everyone happy — from fishing, pottery, and crafts to outdoor experiences. The kids especially loved the horse riding and grooming sessions, which were thoughtfully organised and very safe. We stayed in a three-bedroom villa, which was luxurious, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Each bedroom having its own bathtub was such a treat. The villa was beautifully decorated, and we were deeply touched by the thoughtful surprise of decorations and cakes arranged for our son’s birthday — a gesture that made our stay extra special. Getting around the resort was effortless, as the buggy service promptly picked us up from the villa whenever we needed. We also loved having a lovely hiking trail right outside our villa, perfect for a peaceful morning. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the noodle station was a definite highlight for us. A special mention goes to Chuan Chuan the resident dog— friendly, gentle, and absolutely adored by our kids. Every detail reflected care and thoughtfulness, making our stay both relaxing and joyful. We left with beautiful memories and cannot wait to return to Naked Stables again. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, nature, and meaningful experiences."

"Better than I expected! The cabin suite was cozy and clean, and the service was excellent. I forgot things twice and they were quickly retrieved for me, and toiletries were replenished very promptly. The shuttle service was always on time, making getting around super convenient. The on-site facilities were enough to keep my kids entertained for two days, though I did think the 'Flying Shuttle' ride was a bit pricey, haha. The park environment is also lovely, lush and green with mountains and water. It would be amazing to stroll around in autumn. Dining options are also comprehensive, so there's no need to leave the park. I'll definitely be back!"

"酒店的位置在德清訊息小鎮，屬於高新區，周邊有會議中心，銀泰廣場，體育中心等設施，自駕很方便，酒店停車免費。我們定的是親子套房，一家四口，前台小姐姐貼心為我們多贈送了兩張早餐券。房間很新，很乾凈，有兩個衞生間，馬桶也都是一體式智能馬桶，很贊。唯一要提出意見的是，馬桶連接的水管會發出間歇性的“吱吱”聲，白天無所謂，深夜還是有點影響睡眠，希望能儘快檢修哦，其他都很棒！"

"We had a great stay, the room was large, comfortable and very clean. Kids enjoyed all the activities onsite. The hotel grounds are amazing, and it is within walking distance from the village. We had an English speaking customer representative, Rachel, which was great because she helped us order a buggy whenever needed and also answered other practical questions. The only part which was more complicated was the service at the western restaurant, we waited a very long time for our food and there were a lot of misunderstandings… but otherwise I fully recommend staying at this hotel!"
