"Good for taking beautiful photos for the social media but rather poor user experience. Aesthetics of this place are good, some corners are really charming. Still it is the comfort that we value the most in a hotel as well as the quality service and unfortunately they are not at the same level of the aesthetics. The room is huge but there is no sofa or chairs to sit and chat comfortably, just the two enormous heavy armchairs in the opposite corners of this long room. No mini bar/fridge, very poor lighting at the wash basin, impossible to do makeup. Zero privacy in the wc and shower since there are no actual doors there, just some short saloon style doors hanging in the middle, letting out the water from the shower and odors from the toilet. No hangers for the towels. No bathrobes provided which is strange for the hotel who’s main entertainment facility is the outdoor pool. At the outdoor pool there are very few deck chairs and no umbrellas at all. The communication was poor, mostly over wechat, since the staff speaks basically no English. We have asked twice, in advance, about the vegetarian option for breakfast and still they brought us meat in the breakfast set (only Chinese style food is available). Altogether the experience was rather disappointing. Glad to have booked just one night there. As for the surroundings, there is no access to the bamboo forest behind the hotel or across the road. And beware of the aggressive unleashed dogs in the village across the road if you decide to go for a stroll near the hotel."

"地理位置真的很好！下樓對面就是文創店，逛得停不下來，買了超多可愛小物件。出門左轉就是超火的藝術街，兩邊小店超好逛，杯子、包包、小紀念品顏值都很高，還有很多氛圍感咖啡館，慢悠悠逛超愜意！ 酒店早餐的手工大肉包我強推！！住這裏的都去吃！外皮鬆軟、肉超多、汁水超入味，住了四天，我每天都要吃兩個哈哈哈哈完全吃不膩，對了有一天沒起來去吃早飯她們給我打包送來了！！還有酒店樓下的子研麪館羊肉麪特辣來一碗！好香啊！ 必須誇服務！店長張鑫人超nice，見到我寶寶會抱抱她和她玩嘿嘿，專屬管家一諾會提前拉羣，需要打掃房間、送體温計、筆啊什麼的他們都秒回，及時送到。對管家小馬印象非常深！第一天吃早餐時他就記住我們用早餐喜歡的座位、需要的寶寶餐具，後面幾天再去吃就提前給我們備好了，很細心！ 房間乾淨舒服，帶娃需要的嬰兒床也都提前備好～整整住了四晚，很棒的體驗，下次來莫干山還會定這家！"

We stayed there to go hike in Moganshan and as the hotel is in the city you will need to take a taxi to get there. "Property location was good, rooms were big & clean. Staff was very welcoming & soft-spoken. We decided to have dinner on arrival day, but we were late & kitchen was closed, but still staff cooked fried rice & noodles for us which was tasty. Breakfast next morning was also good with many options. Only downside was swimming pool was closed which we didn't know before booking. But in-room bathtub was big enough to accomodate all 3 of us. Overall good stay!"
